Do you want to know why some funnel flop and others turn into amazing passive income and front end offers that actually convert into backend offers. And. The answer really comes down to what I call the hamburger method. Okay. And I actually came up with this a little while ago, years ago. I think I ever telling my clients about this, I think back in 2020, 2021, maybe. And it was so mind blowing for them. Actually, I actually did a a tech stack on it. And. I found that. This was the best way for people to understand. Self-liquidating offer funnels or tiny offer funnels or pocket product funnels or micro offer, whatever you want to call it. Right pain. Lead-generation funnels where you have a front end paid offer or a free beat to a paid offer. And then upsells and order bumps on the way. I call this the hamburger method because people get a little nervous about creating funnels and they're like, I don't want people to feel like taken advantage of or people to feel like this is a spammy sort of funnel. And what I will say is. If you are creating. Any offer. Okay. Any small, low ticket offer. I'm not saying that it has to be a part of a bigger one necessarily, but I truly do think that any small offer you create has to be a topic that actually makes sense and flows to the next level in your business. Meaning this is the kind of stuff that you help your clients with, and you want to attract people who are interested in that thing. And if you were doing that, and if you were creating offers that actually speaks to people and makes people be like, oh yes, like this is exactly the kind of thing that I want. What ends up happening is that. You are so much more likely to turn these front end offers into backend higher ticket customers, whatever higher ticket means for you. And. If there's one takeaway I want you to have before we go into my hamburger method. Okay. And this is one way again, to create longevity in your business. Is that instead of just. Doing a workshop. And selling it once. And then putting it into your little archive and never talking about it again. It'd be like, oh, I should really sell that, but I don't want to do a whole launch for, I want to do a promotion for it. I don't know. Close the loop. Close the loop. Turn it into a funnel. Okay. What do we measure this into a funnel? I didn't order bump. Add an upsell. And then potentially add a email sequence that moves from. That smaller upsell into one of your hard to get offers, invites them to work with you and invites them to your mastermind or your higher ticket group program. Really it's very simple. It's so simple. But it is simple. Because. Just creating something once and never using it again. To me, it feels like a waste of your time. Now, if you just want to do something. For fun. Like I have no objection to doing something for fun. Like you should have on your business. But why not have fun in your business? That turns into revenue later on. Is the question. Okay. So I want you, if this is again, this is your only takeaway from this entire episode. It's when you're creating a small offer. I want you to think about. What can I do? To turn this into. More revenue on the backend. How can I stack revenue? And. So what I want you to understand. Is that. Once you have a process for this. And what I will do is I will give you my process. Okay. Once you have a process for this. I really do believe that you, every time we create something new, every time you create something smaller, You are essentially creating a new revenue. Maker like a long-term revenue maker. Into your business. Whereas if you just create something once never sell it again. Honestly, I believe that you are wasting your time. Let's talk about the hamburger method. So how do you map out a funnel? So to me, Hamburger method means that your main offer is. Buying these offers is like going to a burger shop. All right. The main offer is the hamburger. It has to be able to stand alone. Okay. It has to be satisfying alone. You can buy a hamburger and be perfectly happy. You be like, that was a great burger. Oh my God. That was delicious. I'm so satisfied right now. It can't be like a burger, but like missing the bread. Which to me is like barely a burger at that point. Or missing the burger or missing the vegetables. And The police people miss this is they might create a main offer and then they'll get into, they're going to create an upsell or an order bump. And it's oh, you might need this too. And you're like, I thought that should be part of the original offer. Cause I can't really make use of the original offer without this thing. If you're using like a little piece as clickbait and you really can't do much with that little piece. Because you're going to need the next few pieces. That is spammy. That is bro marketing. Okay. So that is the main offer is going to be your burger. The order bump. With that little bumper checkout. It's Hey, do you want to add this to your order? Do you like some fries with that? These are your fries. Now. You can have a burger without fries. You could. I personally like to have it with VARs share with my husband and I could pretend like I'm not eating to any of them. And the, what the fries do right? Is they enhance the experience of eating the burger. Even the burger, it take a little break, have some fries. Do you need the fries? You don't need the fries. No one needs the fries, but they do make having that burger. Just that much better. Next slide down. Easier. Take a little break in between bites of meat, right? So the order bumps should enhance that experience. Now the upsell is a dessert, right? That's like the natural next step. Now, can you have a burger without dessert? A hundred percent. You can have a burger that dessert and you can even burger with fries up dessert, and you'll be perfectly fine. The upsell is really like, after you have a burger, I don't know if it's just me, but. I do not like going to sleep. I usually have I'll have him having needle have in the evening, but. I don't know. I don't like going to bed like. Burping up meat. I don't know about you. I just don't like having a burger, be the last taste in my mouth. Even after I brush my teeth, it's kinda, you just still feel it. And so I like to have something sweet afterwards, too. Just simply. Wrap it all up. And close that loop, right? Okay. Fine. It had the burger. I had everything and that loop is closed. And now I know I'm enjoying this delicious dessert. It's scrumptious. And like now I really feel like I've had a complete meal. I don't need much else. Okay. For now, because you're going to get hungry again for the next meal, right? You are going to get hung over the next meal. So that is the hamburger principle. I'm not going to go. I can't do an entire funnel training right now. All right.'cause that's an entire like course, really, but. But that being said, I want you just to think about. How you can maybe go into your archives, take out a bunch of stuff you may have created. And see how they all fit together. And I highly recommend I actually have, is maybe to. Your business course. Which is all about. Setting your business up for maternity leave. I recommend you do a product inventory. And you literally go through all of your offers and just put them in there. What they are, who they're for. What, the pricing. And then see which ones that they line up with. When they align with. Okay. And now I'm going to tell you an example funnel, but I personally have that. Is working very nicely for me. Okay. So an example is my mom viable marketing method. Okay. My mom viable marketing method is a little piece of my CEO, mom academy content module. And. That. That content module is one of my client's favorites. They love it. I don't know. The code word, the secret word for today's episode is multiply. Okay, multiply because we are multiplying. Um, the effect of your friend and offers and turning them into funnels that convert. All right. So. Make sure to note down the secret word and save it to put in the form at the end of the week. I don't know. And what I did. Okay. And actually tested this out over black Friday. I tested out, adding a bunch of backend offers to my front end funnels. And I found that they actually converted pretty well. Okay. Not in everything and not everything was purchasing a black Friday sale. And honestly, I'm not going to, I don't even care about that because I'm so glad I actually set up these funnels and I even set up these upsell pages and these backend offers inside of Thrivecart. So I can now. Tack these backend offers onto literally anything I create, if it makes sense. Okay. But an example of a funnel that I currently have is my mom viable marketing method. Like I said, it's a little part of my CEO mom academy. It's basically like the method that I used to plan out my content. So I have my content pillars. And then I add my offers and my cognitive pillars really work backwards towards my offers. Like they really thread back towards my offers in general, because most of my offers come out of what I already have in my head. And they lead very naturally to the next step. And so. I give you basically my my, my content spreadsheet. I give you my, Mike, my content my content planning process, like this is how I do it. This, I plan it out weekly topics and it's only back to thing. And I have an anchor piece of content. I'm not going to go into it. But. This was how I was able to continue showing up. People were like, how are you staying so visible? How are you staying? So like, how are you able to show up every day and create content? During a pandemic and you're pregnant and your kids are all home with you. Cause this was during 2020. But I did this alone. No VA. No help whatsoever. It was just me. And it was just very doable as a mother. Okay. And I this was part of my CEO mom academy content module. And so what I did was I pulled it out. And this is just standing alone. My mom Bible marketing method. You could plan out content like this. You could. A hundred percent you could. So that is my that's my plan. That's my content planning process. I give, I have a few really fun, little bonuses and many chat. Automation that helps you generate leads from your content. It's just, there's some good stuff in there. It is$33 right now. I believe. Now the order bump for that is stand out and sell stands out and sell is my. It was a challenge. I recorded the challenge and now it's basically a mini course and because people got such incredible results, people literally within the week of the challenge had created their signature frameworks. This is, that's what it's about. It's about creating your signature frameworks. You can stand out and sell more by being unique in your industry. People have really created the signature frameworks and put it up on their work in the pages within the week. And we're selling more easily on sales calls, literally within a couple of weeks. Okay. And so I'm like, this is amazing because people's such great results. So this needs to be a course. So I turned it into a mini course. It is currently I think,$47 as a mini course. So my mom Bible marketing method.$33. Add on the standout and sell. Mini course. As the order bump, because I actually use the parts of my framework as my content pillars. Okay, how genius is that? So in order to create those into content pillars, you need to have a framework in the first place. Okay. Fine. You can help create a framework. The court is going to help you create a framework and now it's going to make planning out your content that much easier and also make it that much simpler to lead back towards your offers. Amazing. Now I'm like you already got the one belt, one marketing with that. He got stand out and sell. Why not just upgrade to the whole content module. Normally it's 3, 3, 3, but if you buy it right now, You can get it for 1, 1, 1. Okay.$111 from least 230,$3. And that is basically I couldn't, I called it my cash converting content. I think I'm gonna change it because there's no someone else had the same name for their program. And I don't like to have the same exact names. As other people, but that is basically the content module. As a standalone. Now if they buy the content module. I might invite them to also add on my messaging module as well. Or, and this is what I've actually done is I say, Hey, you already have the content module. Do you want to upgrade to the whole CEO, mom academy? Are most people going to do that? Immediately. After going in and buying a$33 offer. Maybe not. That's not my problem. But the thing that this did do is create exposure to one of my signature offers it just CEO mom academy, which is where I teach you how to create and sell out your signature offer. And hit. Mo, six figure years, five, 10 K months in 20 hours a week or less. That's my that's what my signature course. What am I seeing at your courses? People may not buy it during that funnel exploration. But now they know it exists. And when they talk, when I talk about it in the future inside of'em, instead of emails and things are going to be like, oh, yes, I want, I can't remember. I remember I saw that. I'm going to actually launch it officially with a webinar, relaunch it and be like, oh yes, you want macademia like, I remember, oh, I should. I should've gotten it. That was a great price. Oh maybe we'll get it now at the launch price. What does is. People who are already bought from you, they're likely to buy from you again. And because of this hamburger method, right? Like you can a hundred percent take my stand down and sell. And you take them on Bible marketing with it. Plan out content and create it. Okay. Now the standout and sell is going to make your content even that more impactful because you now have a signature framework that informs your content pillars. Amazing. And if you want more templates and scripts and more in depth content strategies. To really go all the way and go all in on creating a content strategy for your business. Then get the content module. You could do. You could do the other stuff without it technically, but. You will do so much better with the content module. So I want to just understand how this works and why this hamburger method works so well. And what I want for you is to have at least one proven order bump that converts. One parent would have bummed that goes along. Pretty much with any offer. Which I actually have. And some sort of email template for upsells that you can get people to maybe buy your next, your upsell if they haven't purchased it within the funnel. Okay. So that's probably what I would say. I want you to have just available in your business. To just add on to any small offer that you create. And what I think for you is to, in order to create these funnels that lead to your backend offers is to start with the end in mind. Meaning. If you have your big offer. I see, this is almost like pulling out little pieces of a pie. So you pull out, let's say a quarter of the pie, or maybe not a quarter, maybe one eighth of the pie or one sixth of the pie. Right. And that's like your mid ticket upsell. And then you have a smaller piece of the pie. That is your order bump and even smaller pieces of the pie that's your front end offer. Right. But it's all part of your larger offer. Everything that is in that funnel is inside of CEO, mom academy. And it creates some level of demand. I'm like, okay, you have the content module, but do you know how to create an offer that sells? Do you know how to create amazing branding and messaging? Do you know how to sell on the backend? Do you actually know how to make your sales calls even better? Like. You don't have all that stuff. Right. And then I would create an upsell sequence. To say. Okay, amazing. You've gotten all this stuff. If you want. The whole pie. Joined CEO, mama academy.
