Let's face it. The market is saturated unless you do something that is so insanely different. Than everybody else. You were feeling a micro, micro-niche. In your industry. Then you will have to figure out a way to stand it out. And a lot of is going to be through your messaging. A hundred percent, because if you could articulate specific situations, That your clients or customers find themselves in which they need your product. Or your offer? That is so important for sure. And articulating how you're different than everybody else also important. But one shortcut. So to speak. To stand out from the crowd. And. Just a heads up as a recording. This, I have a baby in my lap who is. He just keeps looking at me like I'm crazy. And he's like, why are you holding this cute little microphone? And can I please have it? It might be going in and out a little bit. Yeah. Oh, my God. He is so cute. He's the cutest. Okay. So let's talk about. How to turn your unique genius into a framework that sells itself. So caveat, I go very deep into signature frameworks and why they matter. Inside of my standout and sell mini course, this is a, an entire module actually from my program CEO, mom academy. And I'm a very big proponent. Of creating signature frameworks. You start with one, you start with your signature framework one, but then you can also create like smaller frameworks as well. And again, I go so deep into this and I highly recommend this is not necessarily one of the ones that are on sale in my In my Konica sale, but I'm going to drop the link below because. If you really want to create these signature frameworks to help you stand out in your market. This is. It's unlike anything else I've ever seen when it comes to framework creation, I have book horses. And they've had parts about creating signature frameworks. I've actually been inside courses that like an entire, like the entire course was about framework creation. I've literally never seen it taught this exact same way. And I Personally feel like. Starting off with your framework. It just lends itself to so much leverage over the course of your business. So let's talk about this. Why do frameworks actually matter? Okay. The first reason is that it really helps you stand out. Okay. So as a quick example, my client Catherine, she is a stylist. She is a stylist. For entrepreneurs and especially specifically women entrepreneurs who want to upgrade their style just, she calls it her closet edit. So basically update their closet to fit their personality, their body type the vibe, the trying to give off. And and she helps them do this. And she also does this inside of brand photo shoots is just launched her beta course about about how to style a brand photo shoot for random photographers so they can upgrade their photography. So they can upgrade their photography skills and create create, upgrade their pricing and make their photo shoots even more iconic than they already are. And I remember when we were talking about her overall. Styling philosophy. Back when she was in my standout in cell challenge, I think. Like a year and a half ago, two years ago, maybe. We, she came up with the dress code. And it was D R E S and I forgot what the actual thing stood for, but I'm like, how iconic is it to have the dress code? As the Focal point of how to work with me, or this is my philosophy and this is how I work. And seeing the word like dress with the exact steps that she takes her clients through to turn their closet into something that actually reflects them, reflects their personality, reflects the energy and the messaging and the field that they're trying to give off in their brand as well. And it's really helps you stand out among, to me, she was standing out to me among all the stylists and when I'm ready to. When I'm ready to edit my closet, which is going to be soon. She's the person that I'm going to, because I know that she knows exactly what I need as a mom, as a woman, as an entrepreneur, she knows exactly what I need. Okay. And it also gives your clients very clear outcomes. It shows them exactly what they can receive. And it shows them exactly this is my CEO mom's method for a steel, a scalable, sustainable business. And I have my moms. Framework, which is M O M S, which is a mindset offers marketing systems. And I go through each part of it. That is what really like people are like, wow. Moms and it works so well. And this actually was, it took time. It was not immediately. The CEO mom's method originally, it was the baby proof business framework. And then it became the CEO mom with two M's and then I'm like, no, S systems, right. I think at the beginning, it. My mindset. Set offers, marketing and managing. Management or. Something like that. And I'm like, no, mom's this is perfect. So I do think that it helps show your clients what the end result is going to be. And it helps them really also thirdly, it helps position you as an expert, right? Once you as an expert who knows the talking about, because if you know enough about your process to framework it out and actually create a process and official. Replicable duplicatable, repeatable process out of it, then You're going to be seen as more of an expert than someone who's I help you get clients on social media. Okay, great. But I hope you get clients in social media with my. Standout sales. Method, sounds a lot more. Expert like, and obviously this can be used for bad. Okay. This is not something like someone who is not necessarily an expert can potentially take, just make up a framework and be like, use my framework. So I'm not speaking to those people because you are not the person I want in my world. Okay. I was thinking the people who actually are really good at what they do. And want a clear, concise easy way to explain what they do and showcase their expertise and their unique value. And the last thing is that it makes your method. Replicable. And it helps you turn. And I talk about this when I talk about productizing my services and productizing services in general for my clients. It helps turn. Your your process and your services. Into something that is intellectual property IP. And what do you do with intellectual property? You can turn it into a course. You can turn it into a coaching program. I talk about this in The last episode I spoke about short-term programs and turning your expertise into longer term retainers and longer term programs. Yes. What are you doing? I feel like I'm as compass, like wherever direction I turned him in, he just flips around. He just spins around on his tummy and he comes towards me. It's adorable. You wouldn't be on my lap. Yeah. Okay, hold on one second. I'm pausing. This I'll be right back. Okay. He is shaking a rattle. So I don't know if you're going to hear that in the background or not, but hopefully the. Sound correction. We'll cut it out. Okay. Let's talk a little bit about creating your framework. And obviously, like I said, I go deep into this insight of stand out and sell. We'll speak about. A little bit, how you can even start thinking about, what, to, what kind of framework you can create how to even get started. So the first thing you want to do is look at what you do with your clients. On a regular basis. And if you're like, I have so many services, I have so many things. That I do with any things that I offer. I wanted to think about the offer that you have. The number one gives your clients the highest value, right? So gives them the most ROI, whatever that return on investment is, whatever the. Their investment is. They get an amazing return that they get amazing transformation. So your most transformative offer that you deliver. And then I want you to just sit down and brainstorm out the the. The steps, right? What. The steps that you. You take them. Through every single time. I'd be like, oh, but every. Client is custom. I. I assure you. I assure you. That there are going to be. Certain steps that you're going to be taking. Your clients through. Every single. Time and. Yes, the actual stuff within each step. Is going to be customized. Because every person is different. Everyone. It has different businesses. Everyone has different Nutrish. Nutrition. Everyone is different. PB, whatever. It is that you do whatever. Is that you offer? So I want you to document. What is the process? Process. What do you do with your client? If you had a client come in and say, I want. Want this thing? What exactly would you do with them and brainstorm that out, journal it out, document it. And then I want you to break these down into steps. Taking one minute to say that today's secret code word is illuminated. Okay, eliminate write that down. There are notes up and we'll be back at the end of the week. With a form for you to put all these in. And get bonus entries. Into the giveaway. So the, all these will come under, you might be able to divide them up into into like buckets. So you're gonna have different categories that these different steps go into and you may have to decide, is this. Is this a kind of process that has to be in order? Is it the kind of process that can just be done, picked up at any point? I do think that. My CEO moms' method. It's a little bit of a step-by-step process, right? Because y'all gonna have to get your mindset right before everything else. And the mindset really underpins the entire rest of your business. And then you're going to have, your offer because you can't sell anything without an offer. And then the marketing and the sales, which is obviously have to sell the thing and then you systemize it all. Once you have it all mapped out and you have it all nailed down. That being said. Somewhat. Someone might have an amazing offer. And they might, you might be like totally nailed, nailed down their offer, but their marketing systems are not in order or maybe they're like, they want it. They want a better marketing plan. Or they're just not marketing it the way that they want to be marketing it, or maybe they're marketing a great and everything. But they're just snowed under and they just need system. They need a system. My PI's it. They might come in at a certain point. In the process in the framework and you'll just continue on from there. So that is why I say you might need to think about, is this something that is a foundational framework that you need all the parts in order to move forward? Or is it like a step-by-step. Framework process. Okay. And then you're going to want to make it memorable. You're going to figure out how to name your framework and everyone's going to have different names. Why don't you want it to sound something it's a little bit different, but something that is understandable, it can't be something that's totally I remember back when I created my first framework ever. I was doing my LinkedIn. My LinkedIn. Lee. Oh, my God. LinkedIn leads. Mastery. Yeah, LinkedIn leads mastery. It was a two hour workshop and then I let it had room for Q and a. It was the first workshop I sold. No, you can not take the cord. Absolutely not. Nope. Nope. Oh, my gosh. It's so funny when they start like just changing and they start being really interested in everything around them and noticing things. I think it's amazing. It's just, it's so beautiful thing to see how babies just like they just developed so quickly. I use my LinkedIn leads, mastery workshop. That was the first time that I actually had. Sold my intellectual property. That's what that was. The first time I taught something when people bought it, it was$97 for two hour workshop. It was very live, very interactive. And I sold 20 spots,$2,000. It was amazing. Okay. So what I did was I was like, I need a framework. I was like going through like my process. I'm like here are the four parts that you need for a successful LinkedIn strategy. And I gave the LinkedIn pack framework, P a C K. And it was like, Power up your profile at the right connections. Content that converts or like content that attracts and then killer messaging strategies, which is like DM-ing people. I did that. There's a word pack of anything to do with LinkedIn? No, it was a good start though. Okay. And people still understood what I was talking about. People still able to take it and apply it to their businesses and everything was fine. You are going to want to make it memorable and maybe find some sort of acronym or some sort of phrase that you want to use, but you will, over time, you will test it and refine it. And you will be able to update it as it goes on and. And Stan stand out and sell. I talk about my exact process of exactly how I created my baby group business framework and then turned into CEO moms method and all the steps it took along the way. It was a while it took awhile. I refined it over time. As I refined my process, as I saw what my clients were doing, as I was able to be like, oh my gosh, And focusing on moms. Now, this is what I want to use. And then the cool thing about having a signature framework is that the parts of your framework. Can actually become your content pillars and the reason why this is so effective. As a marketing strategy is because if you are selling your signature offer and your signature offer is based on your signature framework. And you are using the different pillars of your framework. as a content pillars. Do you create your marketing strategy? Is it happening is that you very, can easily tie back any of your content pieces directly towards your offer. Okay. So that is honestly it just it's, it makes so much sense to me because if you are getting using it, your offer that is or signature framework that is centered around your signature offer and you're using like, for example, I'm doing a little piece about marketing and I'll be like, and I talk about this in my CEO, mom academy in the marketing module. And we talk about this, and this, every piece of content you put out can tie back directly to your. Signature offer, and that is why it is so effective. As not just as a way to make you stand out in the crowd, but also as a marketing strategy as a delivery system, because now you have a framework, you can systemize delivery a lot more. As a sales mechanism because you can. And I understand that on cell. I show exactly how my client could take. One topic short Facebook live and tie it back to her framework and therefore to her offer in a very. Organic and beautiful and flowy sort of way. I highly recommend picking up that program. It's I think$47. It is. It's probably some of the best money you'll ever spend. In 2024. At the end of 20, 24, but it's, I really think it is. It's one of my, it's one of my it's very underrated, frankly. I think it should probably, I should probably charge more, but I don't, because I think that everyone needs this in their hands. And I highly recommend checking it out. And And it really just thinking about, what signature frameworks can you create in your business? And you can have your overall big, framework that you known. But you can also have many frameworks that go within your signature. So I have my reverse profit pyramid. Which is what I talk about in my offer creation module inside of com academy, because I talk about, the order in which to create your offers and, most people start from oh the front end of the funnel, which is this. The front end offer, which is a low ticket or the free. You know what I'm saying? No, you want to reverse it. You start from your high ticket and work backwards. You could have So. many frameworks you can have, you can use a framework for every part of your business that you do with your clients. What do you want? We want? to eat. You want lunch? Okay.
