Today's episode is. a re air of a previous episode, or I spoke about. Signature frameworks. I have gone over it. To make sure it is all still accurate. Cause I recorded this a year ago and it is all still accurate. I changed up a few things. I changed up a few specifics that were relevant at the time, and they're no longer relevant. So you might hear my voice change a tiny bit at random little points, but it's mostly the same. And the truth is I think this is actually more important than ever especially in 2025, especially when we are struggling to stand out. Among so many new people in the industry among so much AI content. And I really feel like this is actually more important than ever. And in our eight day series, I spoke about the importance of having a signature framework in your business. But this episode goes even deeper into not just why it's important, but also. How to start. Creating one and also ways you can actually leverage your framework. In different places in your business. For more conversion for more revenue for more client satisfaction. It's going to be so good. Welcome back to the podcast. And today we are talking about the secret weapon that can give you the ultimate edge over your competition. And as a mom I really find that anything that gives me an edge is helpful. Anything that will save me time is helpful. And this will not only save you time. This will not only give you an edge. And help you stand out in your industry, no matter how saturated it is. But it will also help you double and triple your sales. And I do not say this lightly, this is literally happened for me. This has happened for my clients and it can happen for you. Okay. And as a mom, again, I really feel like the more I can simplify and the more almost like shortcuts I can create in my business to really get me to where I need to go. The better. And this weapon is something that I've enlisted so many times in so many different programs. And in trainings that I've done. And I just find that it is it's so transformational, it's transformational, I'm saying so, so many times. It's really transformational and I am so excited to share it with you. I said it again. Okay. What I find the biggest thing that is keeping you. And that has kept my clients from getting consistent high ticket clients and high ticket sales. Is your confidence and here's how you can fix that. Okay. If you were selling 10 different types of packages, right? You have that cheesecake factory of offers, and I did this too. As a VA, I started off having a work with me page on my blog. And then Being able to and then being able to move that into more specific packages, but it was like, I can do all these things. Here's a little list of stuff I can do for you, which sounds great in theory. But it was like, okay, by 10 hours at three 50 or. By, by. 20 hours that says, 650 years I'm like that, whatever it was. And. What I ended up finding was that it was very stressful. And I also did not have the confidence that I could say, oh, yes, I'm really good at this. Or really good at that. So if you're selling 10 different types of packages, or maybe you're speaking to people who are just getting started and maybe you're not at the right place for your high ticket offers. Or even automatically discounting your offers to every person who gets on a call with you. So how many times has this happened? I know it's happened to me. It's happened to my clients, right? Where you got on a call and, you it's time for you to present the price. And it's you start off. You're like, okay. It is.$3,000. Normally I charge$3,000, but just for you, I'll give it to you for a thousand dollars off before they even say anything before they even. Express any thought or, Opinion that maybe that might be too much. It might not be too much for them. You automatically discount. Then it means that this is your issue. The confidence is keeping you stuck in the first place, right? Because you're offering all these different types of things because you don't believe someone will want to just buy your specific thing that you are amazing at. If you're speaking to people who are just getting started, maybe you don't feel confident that you can help people who are further along. Even if you can, if you automatically discounting your offers for every person who gets on a call with you then you really don't believe. Truly in the value of what you're offering and. I don't know, maybe the thing you're offering is not so valuable. That's. That's not to me to decide because this is you. But what I found my client is very often what they're doing is valuable and I was able to help them frame it for themselves in a way that really helped them figure out. Okay. Yes, this is, this has an incredible lifetime value. I should be charging more than my normal price and I definitely should not be discounting. And the truth is that very often it is not your fault because it is hard to be confident in what you do. When you don't have the proven method that you've tested over and over again. And the more you. Done something multiple times and it's worked. The more confident you are going to be. So what are you going to want to do? And this is your secret weapon. Is build a signature framework and methodology. And this means you can have radical clarity on number one, your marketing. Number two, your process in which you help your clients exactly how you help your clients get results and your unique selling proposition. All right, how good does that sound? How does it sound to know that you would stand out in this industry? No matter what, because you have a signature framework that really helps you just be that go-to person, that person who can speak. With confidence and. And sound like the absolute number one expert in your field, because you can describe your signature framework. So succinctly and beautifully and clearly. So how do you identify your signature framework? Okay. And I'm going to go a little bit into this. Obviously this is a huge conversation. This is entire. This is like a whole masterclass. Okay. But we're going to go over this a little bit, so you can start to get an idea and start brainstorming some things for yourself. So some people use framework interchangeably, the methodology or system, but I see them as slightly different. To me, your signature system are going to be the steps that take your customers from point a to point B. This could be like, it's going to be 10 steps. This could be 20 steps. Okay. This system does not have to be something short or small or quick. But the signature framework is going to be the high level view of your signature system to help people really be able to understand it better. To help people really be able to like, get a quick kind of like a, like the quick version of the cliff notes version of your signature system. Okay. How do you figure out your system? How do you figure out your system and your framework? So what's your P your client's point a and what's their point B. Okay. So point a is the problem that you, your client, your customer is having, or maybe that you had in the past and now you know how to fix it. Now you're teaching people how to do that, right? So here's some examples. Your business is not growing as much as you want it to. Maybe you're working too many hours and not seeing results, or you're not seeing the income that you desire. Maybe you feel like you have to work for every sale. And you wanna be able to make sales around the clock and work less hours per week. Okay. That's what these are problems. And this is, I like where they are at right now. Now the examples of the point B, right? So the point B is the solution to point day where they want to be. Okay. It would be, you have a steady stream of clients and growing income. Your business is growing without spending all your time. Working. You have a sales funnel, it's making sales for you. And so your signature system are going to be the steps between point a and point B. And here's the crazy thing though, because like everyone's signatures. I'm going to be different. Because one person is going to say launch a course and another, person's going to say launch your membership. Another, person's going to say have a high ticket coaching program, right? W when, in this particular case, in this particular with this particular client or customer your signature system could be so different than someone else's because you're going to have your way of doing things, right? So once you nail down your signature system and you're seeing as your framework creating your offer is going to be so much easier to do. And. And a good example for this. And I'll show you. I'll show you what I mean in a minute. But when I had, when I created my CEO moms method, right? So moms stands for mindset offers and marketing and systems, right? Mindset covers a whole bunch of steps, right? Marketing. That is a whole bunch of steps. There's I don't know, six or seven modules just in the marketing section of CEO mom academy, which is my signature program. Offers again, there's so many steps in there. This is the system. The steps are the system, but the moms is the framework. Okay. And that helps people remember it really easily. And there's so many ways to utilize signature frameworks and systems to pull new offers out of your hat. And that's one of the first things that helped my client help my clients. Do we create the signature framework? And we're like, okay, great. Now, Is this going to be all in one offer? Can this be in multiple offers? Can we pull things out of this framework to create other offers? How do you create your framework in the first place? The first thing you would want to do is brain dump. Everything you do in your process as you work with your clients. Okay. So let's say step one, step two, step three, like all the steps, because they could be all the steps. They just. Braden up them all out. And then you're going to figure out the second thing you're going to do is figure out which buckets these different steps can be categorized into. So what do they have in common? So you can lump them together. So either they could be categories. And it could be phases that build on each other. Cause it could be, it doesn't mean you necessarily need to be an order. Usually it's going to be an order, but you're gonna, you're gonna have like different categories for sure. Okay. And then the next thing you're going to do is this is what I like to do. And this really helps create like frameworks that are memorable. Is use something like power thesaurus to figure out alternate words for those buckets, you can create an acronym. Okay. So an acronym really helps people figure out remember it helps me not figuring out it helps people remember remember your framework and it makes it stand out. It's oh yeah, I can remember that. If it's just. A bunch of words, right? Then that it's not going to be as memorable. So an example would be the first framework I ever created ever. My LinkedIn leads mastery pack framework now. This was very, this was baby entrepreneurial or baby coach, teacher yell. Pack means absolutely nothing. I might want to think of something else at this point. But I don't need to because Lee, LinkedIn leads mastery is not my primary offer, so I'm leaving it at PAC, but. The steps were. The steps are basically to optimize your profile. Create a long list of connections to make sure you're adding the right connections. Creating content that converts creating the right content on LinkedIn. And then your DM strategy, your messaging strategy to have conversations and get people onto calls. So what I did, it was turned this into pack P a C K. So it was power up your profile. Add the right connections, create magnetic content and killer messaging strategies. Didn't need to have killer in there. Not really, but it worked okay because it wasn't going to be. PAC. That was weird then making it didn't make any sense. So I wanted it to sound cute. And so it's, it was packed now. Again, this was very early on. But in other example is one of my clients, Catherine. So she is a stylist. She's a stylist for entrepreneurs to help them, edit their closet. And. Create a wardrobe that, that. Aligned with them aligned with their goals lens the way they want to present themselves to the world and also feels really good. It makes them feel good about themselves and their bodies. And she also does. She has a set styling and, for brand photo shoots and she does. She does brand styling as well. So you can have her get all your outfits, organized for brand photo shoots as well. She's very talented. What are the her and I forgot what this actually stood for honestly, but her. Framework ended up being called the dress code and it was C O D E. Okay. Or maybe it was DRES S I forgot to have to check. But it was the dress code and it was like, just so I was like, this is so perfect because this, you say the, my dress code and I'm like, of course you're a stylist. Of course. You're going to tell me about clothes. This makes so much sense. So you do want it to sound like your bread and you want it to fit into your brand. That's why my mom's framework is so great because I work with moms and this really just speaks to Hans now. Mindset offers marketing systems is that revolutionary and different. Not necessarily know, but the way I organize it makes it sound different. And the specific ways I. The mindset stuff. I talk about the offer stuff. I talk about the marketing stuff I talk about in the systems I speak about all those things are art more unique, right? They are very specific to, this is how I teach. This is how I teach my clients. Do things is not just like any other offer is not like any other marketing. Any other systems, whatever. I really liked my CEO mom's method and it makes things so simple for me. Now, obviously this whole little overview is a little bit simplistic. Okay. Because there's only so much I can I can go into when it comes to Signature frameworks now turning it into an actual master class, but I will. Be teaching it in my upcoming stand out and sell challenge. Okay. So this is coming up on March 4th. It is going to be a four day challenge for moms who really want to create. Their signature frameworks. They can truly stand out in their industries no matter how saturated and set up your foundation for easy scaling. Okay. And I'm so excited for this during the challenge, I'm going to go much deeper into exactly how to pull your framework out of your oh doesn't everybody do the same thing service. Okay. So we're going to go so deep into this and. Just so you know how useful a framework can be. Okay. I'm going to give you seven ways to utilize your framework and your business. And there are so many more actually have a whole list in the challenge. I have not even covered all of them, but this is just, these are just seven of them. Okay. So number one is in a webinar, right? So you can create a webinar with your framework in it. And teach it and be like, and therefore work with me, buy my thing. Okay. Your content pillars. And I teach exactly how to do this in the challenge as well. So how to turn it into how to turn your framework into your content pillars, and then actual content you can create using these content pillars. Like I give you examples. I give you swipes. I'm giving you everything. Okay. You can turn it into creating live trainings. You could talk about your entire framework. You can talk about one little piece of your framework at a time. So I love doing like the kind of like little mini pieces, because then you could be like Angela and my whole framework go to this webinar. And I actually, again, in the sale stand out and sell challenge. I'm going to show you exactly how to do this. It's going to be, oh my God. It's gonna be so good. Actually show you exactly how I gave my client. Literally like the step-by-step about how to. Transition from her free live trainings that she was doing other people's Facebook groups to actually pitching her services, using her framework. And I show you the recording and it also gives you like a script. So it's going to be amazing. Pitching on a sales call, transitioning from asking all the questions to them, pitching onto a sales call. Creating diagnostics, help client identify their gaps. I could create a quiz, which I actually am in the process of thinking about I'm actually like ideating this right now. I could create a quiz to help you figure out which part of my CEO mom's method. You need to work on first. Okay. It might be your mindset. It might be your offers. It might be your marketing. It might be your systems, right? And I'm actually can actually create a diagnostic toppy figure out. What your biggest gap is you can start working on that immediately. And by the way, I teach this in my CEO. Mama academy, right? Number seven is creating every step of your framework into multiple new offers. So as an example, my first. My first. Piece of my framework is mindset. And there are so many things I can turn mindset into. I can create a freebie with affirmations, rich mom affirmations. Guess what? That's coming by the way. I can create a freebie with my favorite affirmations to get into rich mom mode. I can create a challenge and I actually have that. My non-woo mindset makeover is my mindset. 35 day mindset challenge. It is. It is so good. I can't even get over how it's so good. My clients have said this has been probably the most transformational program ever. And it is like one of my cheaper ones. I think it's like under$300. And it is, so those are valuable and they have said their minds that has shifted entirely over the course of a month. Thanks to my non who mindset makeover. So you're saying I took that one step of my framework. I turned that into a mindset offer. I also have a mindset course that even mean to create for ages. Actually I created it. I did it in beta and I want to just revamp it a little bit and sell it again. I don't know if it's going to happen this year, but again, I have a mindset course. I can do an entire course about mindset. I could do a mindset. Group program. So you can take every step of your framework and turn it into new offers that can either stand on their own or be a gateway into your signature. Larger higher ticket offer. Okay. So if you are looking for more simplicity, And your business overall, having a signature framework will cut down so much on the complication of it, because it can be the foundation for so many things. So we actually did this in stand out and sell. When I ran this as a challenge. So one of my clients, Lindsey actually got her framework up on her website during. The week of the challenge. And she turned her framework in June intensive. that closed multiple 10 to 20 K clients. So she literally was able to get her framework up within days. And she was actually able to turn her framework into multiple five figures, if not six figures of income. Okay. So don't forget to hop into stout and sell. Because. I freaking want you to stand out and sell. Okay, mama. I want you to be able to create your offers, create your marketing in a simpler way so that you can just do it and set it and then, post it or. Schedule it and then get on with your life. Be with your kids. Go out for dinner. Watch Netflix read books. I don't know, do whatever the heck you want to do, right? But the more simple your business is, the more you cut down on your work time. And the more time you can spend with your family doing the stuff that you want to do.
