This is a little bit of a different kind of podcast episode. It's, um, the recording of the masterclass that I ran last week. Scale like a mother. Um, this is actually a re recording when I went over the, um, when I went over the. Recording of the training, the live training, I realized that the um, the sound was really not great and I really wanted to make it better because I knew people were going to rewatch it, I wanted to cut out, the conversation, all the stuff, so I wanted to really just respect your time as you listen or as you watch as much as possible, so I re recorded it, um, at the end of last week. Uh, if you hear my voice is a little off, and I sound a little bit, um, I don't know what the word is. Robotic, maybe? It's because I had a terrible, terrible cold, and I was like, so like, doped up on medication, so I could just get out the training without sneezing constantly. And I had to cut out a lot of sneezes anyway. In any case Um, this got out later than I, I wanted it to we have been through a really, really difficult week here in Israel, um, which I'm not going to get into, but it's been a very, very traumatic week, um, on multiple levels, especially for mothers. And so I, I just needed time. Just didn't have the, the emotional energy to re record it for a couple days. And then when I finally did re record it, it was the weekend. And so I'm getting it to you today. Um, because better later than never. And this training is going to be all about how you can scale to 10 K plus months with a streamlined, scalable business without increasing your hours and being present with your family. And I'm so thrilled that you are here. Listen, I see you. You are a powerhouse mom running a business. You're running a household and let's be real, running on caffeine, ambition, and leftover Goldfish crackers. You did not start your business to be exhausted, overworked, and making less than you did at your old job. Right now, that's exactly what might be happening. You started this business because you wanted freedom, so you could take your kids to the playground on a Tuesday afternoon without feeling guilty about skipping work. You wanted real income, so you could finally stop feeling that pit in your stomach every time you checked your bank account. You wanted more time with your family because missing your baby's first steps or a childhood school play is not why you started this, but instead that is not what's happening right now. You're overworked, overwhelmed, and still not making the kind of money you know you're capable of. Your to do list is never ending and you're constantly busy, but not really making any real progress. You've tried all the things, posting more, offering more services, hopping in every trend, and it's still not enough. And this is why business feels so overwhelming because you've been taught that success equals doing more. And the truth is that the real key to scaling isn't adding more things to your plate. It's doing less. But doing it more strategically. I'm all about the minimum viable. I call it mom viable. And I know that goes against everything the online space is screaming at you. Because you've been told that to grow, you need to post on five different platforms every day or go all in on the magic platform which just so happens to be the one that they are recommending to you and selling you a course about. They tell you to hustle harder, do whatever it takes, right? Do whatever it takes. Ugh. I'm not going to do whatever it takes because if whatever it takes means hurting my family or. Destroying my relationship. I'm not going to do it, right? Work more, launch more, offer more. And that is exactly why you feel stuck. Because the secret to real sustainable success as a CEO mom isn't in doing more. It's in simplifying your offers. You're selling one powerful, high impact, high profit offer instead of trying to juggle 10 different things at a time. Refining your marketing so you're attracting the right people instead of spending hours networking for pennies. Structuring your business to scale so you can finally hit consistent 10k plus months in just 15 20 hours a week. And I promise you, it is possible. I had my first multi six figure year. The year I had my daughter home with me, working 2 4 hours a day, 3 4 days a week. Okay, so I promise you this is possible for you. She off boarded a client she felt misaligned with, filled five seats in her accelerator, had her highest month. Yet, 25k a month, almost filled, she ended up filling within that month, a hundred lifetime seats in her membership. And she had a huge mindset shift, said money is flowing in easier and I'm not stressing about it as much anymore. And the goal for June was 25k or more. This is what is waiting for you today. Now, let me ask you a question. Have you ever felt like you're doing all the right things, posting content, working with clients, launching new offers, but you're still not seeing the results that you want? This is where my clients Kylie and Sammy were. They are funnel and launch experts and they are fantastic at what they do. They were fully booked out, they were even hitting the occasional 10k a month, but the more money they made, the more stressed and overwhelmed they were. They were making sales, but it felt unpredictable. They never knew if they were going to have a good month or a bad one. And they were just tired of spinning their wheels, and they wanted a business model that actually supported their life as moms of four and three kids, respectively. All Kylie wanted to do was have time to hike and play with her kids, both human and goat. She has both. All Sammy wanted to do is the freedom to leave the cold Midwest and go down to Florida with her family for a few months a year, but actually have time to hang out by the pool and do water sports with her girlie. She did not want to be working all the time. So the truth is this business does not have to be this hard. You do not need 15 different offers to hit six figures. You do not need to post on social media 24 seven to be seen. You do not need to spend your entire life marketing and launching. What you do need is. A clear, simple business model that works for you. A signature framework that makes you the go to expert in your space and enables you to market with ease. And a signature offer that scales your business without scaling your work hours. And that's exactly what we're going to cover today. And listen, I get it because I was right where you are a few years ago. Let me take you back to January, 2020. This is me, five weeks pregnant with my fifth baby, literally in this picture. January 2020, I was three months pregnant with my fifth baby, my first girl after four boys, which I did not know yet. My business was doing okay, but I was still taking one off projects, I was trying to sell different offers and doing way too much. And then I had my lowest income month in over a year, around 2, 000, and I remember sitting in my office, looking at my laptop and thinking, how the heck am I supposed to keep this going when I have a newborn? What if my business just stops when I go on maternity leave? How do I actually make this sustainable? This business is not going to survive this baby. And the truth is, I was right. It didn't. That business died. A new version came and that was so much better. That is when it hit me. I needed a business that didn't rely on me working all the time. I needed to become known for one thing, not 10 different things. And I needed a system that made marketing, selling, and delivery simple. So I cut out all the noise, I created one signature service, and launched my first signature group program, and the next 60 days I 10x'd my income, and I'm going to teach you how you can do the same without working more, stressing more, or overcomplicating things. And in case you're wondering what those offers were, I will tell you exactly. It was launch strategy and copy, that was a launch intensive for strategy, plus sales copy and emails for the entire launch. That was a. About 7, 500 package, and then you could add on social media posts for the entire launch as well, and that was an add on as well. It was, that was what I was known for. That was my one service. And, I had a group program, the VIP Visibility Accelerator. It was three months. 3k, very simple. And that was the first thing, the first time I launched a proper group program like that in March, 2020 had an amazing launch and it just took off from there. So jump into the future with me before we go any further. I want you to picture this with me. Really let yourself feel it. It's Monday morning. Okay? Instead of waking up stressed, scrambling to figure out what to post or worrying if this will be a good sales week, you open your inbox and see client inquiries waiting for you. You check your schedule and realize you only have two calls today and they're with dream clients. You spend 30 minutes on content because you already know exactly what to say and then go spend the rest of the day with your family. That is what happens when you simplify and systemize your business. But let's be real, that's not how most mornings look right now, is it? Instead, you wake up already behind. You're rushing to post something because it's been three days and you need to stay consistent. You're juggling multiple offers wondering which one you should promote today. You're checking Stripe and feeling that pit in your stomach because you still don't have consistent sales. And on top of that, you've got kids eating breakfast, a sink full of dishes, and 17 tabs open in your brain. This is the moment that things change. This will only work if you make a decision today. You have to let go of the more is better mindset. More is not necessarily better, and working harder is not necessarily equal to making more money. You have to be willing to believe that simplicity scales, and you have to commit to mastering one powerful, high impact offer first. So my mission for this masterclass is to show moms who are service pros, coaches, and consultants how to book out their signature service in their business in a way that's easy, enjoyable, And has an immediate impact on their marketing and sales, regardless of whether their generalists have limited time or aren't sure how to stand out in their niche. And I know some of you are already thinking, I've tried so many strategies, why would this be different? I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket. What if I get bored selling just one thing? What if I'm leaving money on the table by not offering different things at different price points? Let's break this down because what is actually riskier trying to sell five different things at once which means your audience is confused your Marketing is scattered and none of your offers gain real traction Constantly reinventing the wheel so instead of improving one thing you're always starting over Wasting mental energy every day deciding. What should I promote? What should I post about? What am I even selling this week? What do I do? That is what keeps most business owners stuck in the feast or famine cycle.. Now, let's reframe this. Instead of scattering your energy, you focus on making one offer so valuable it becomes an instant yes for your audience. Instead of spinning your wheels, you optimize the heck out of one thing so you can scale with ease. Instead of guessing what to sell, you become known for something and premium clients come to you. Think about Doona, okay? I'm a huge fan. Huge fan of the stroller. Duna is a visionary company. I literally searched for it on Google. This is what it showed me. It's a visionary company committed to simplifying parenthood. And note the word simplifying. They did not create 15 different baby products. They mastered the one high impact, high profit stroller car seat hybrid that every busy mom wanted. That's how business grows, becoming known for something. And then they added on other things. They added on accessories. They added upsells. all kinds of other stuff, but they are known for their strollers. You're not putting all your eggs in one basket. You're making your basket so solid. You build an entire empire on it. And when the time is right, then you add more revenue streams. 100%. I actually recommend having multiple streams of revenue. But when you want to start off, you want to build that foundation. You want to start by getting known for one thing. First, that is going to be the key to really scaling in the simplest, easiest way. So let's talk about this. If you say, I offer so many different things, how can I nail down one specific offer? I'm going to get bored. That was my complaint to my coach. And I get it. You are a multi passionate, creative person. You like variety. But let me tell you a secret. This strategy is actually perfect for you because today I'm going to show you how you can use your signature framework to build your whole offer suite. If you don't want to stick with just one offer, but I always recommend getting known for a specific thing. And we're going to talk more about that. Denise Duffield Thomas, for example, built her brand around one thing, money mindset. But inside of that, she talks about pricing, sell forth, boundaries, and more. Once you establish yourself as the go to person, you can evolve, branch out and expand. But first you have to own your space. Now if you're wondering, what if people don't want to buy my offer? I need things to offer the people who can't afford premium offers. If you are struggling to sell right now, it's probably because your messaging is all over the place. It is not clear. Think about it like this. Running your business with a ton of different offers from the get go is like trying to get six kids out the door at the same time without a plan. Been there, done that, got the t shirt, the entire set of merch. Okay? One kid's missing a shoe, your course that's half built, another just spilled juice all over their shirt, your digital product that no one's buying, one's crying because they can't find their favorite toy, your high ticket coaching that isn't getting enough leads, and another just had a meltdown in the hallway, your VIP days that take up too much of your time. It is chaos and nobody is making it out the door smoothly. Now imagine this instead. Each kid has a clear role, everyone knows exactly where they're going, what their routine looks like, you have a system that keeps things running smoothly, and you have time to have muffins for breakfast. That is what a signature offer and framework does for your business. Now, if you're wondering, Will this even work for a business like mine? What if I can't sell premium offers? Does it work for B2C as well? Maybe this works for people who are only selling money opportunities. This is not actually true. This is where most people get stuck. Let's talk about why you can sell premium offers, even if you think your audience isn't there yet. First, let's break this myth. All right, doulas charge anywhere from 500 to 5, 000, same service, different positioning. Web designers charge anywhere from 500 to 15, 000, same skillset, different audience. Coaches sell 37 courses and 25k masterminds. The difference is exclusivity and value. People do not buy based on price alone. They buy based on trust, positioning, and the belief that you are the best person to solve their problem. Now think about moms in luxury baby gear, right? We'll drop doona stroller because it saves us so much time, and it makes it so much more convenient to bring our baby around. We'll spend 45 in a Stanley cup because we need our water to stay cold all day, even though we already have had 15 other water bottles in our house. We don't always buy the cheapest, we buy what we see as the best, and your clients will too when your offer is positioned correctly. Yes, even in this economy. This only works for B2B, right? Only works if you're selling how to make money. Tomiko is a health coach for busy female entrepreneurs. Nailing her framework and perfecting her pitch, her response to this is on the left, led her to this result. She said, I'm in awe. Just because I could hear how you took My key pillar topics and weave them into, it's basically just me talking on a soapbox, talking about what I'm passionate about and why I started this and how it really helps them. The focus is on, on like helping as opposed to, okay, just buy my thing. And that week on our next call, she said, I do sales calls last week and booked both. I talked less, listened more and spoke to what they wanted with a pinch of what they needed. So this works, whether you're selling money opportunities, health coaching, sleep coaching, dating, like the possibilities are endless. And if you're wondering, who the heck is this Yael? Does she really want to help me or is this just money to her? I just collected a few little snippets of things people have said. I promise you, I care, okay? I want every mom in the world to have loads and loads of money so she can do whatever the heck she wants with her family, do whatever she wants. As a mother, stay home, have her kids home with her, send them out to daycare, get a nanny, get a house cleaner, buy a new house, whatever. I don't care. I want that for her. My clients that they do the therapy session, when I work with my clients closely, I, they are become my friends. I care about them. I know their kids. I know what's going on in their life. This is important to me. Okay. I promise you, I really do care. And that is why I'm creating this masterclass for you. So let's talk about the process. The first one is the power of one. So the fastest way to build momentum, increase your income and free up your time is by getting known for one premium productized high value offer now, what do I mean by productized? So right now, if you're running a service based business, there's a good chance that your work looks like this custom proposals for every client and then getting ghosted half the time after you spent like an hour working on the proposal, never ending projects with scope creep with clients wanting to make changes every five seconds, sales calls that don't always convert and much less than the average conversion rate. An unpredictable income because every project is different. And this is why business feels hard. Because every single sale, every single client, and every single marketing effort starts from scratch. Now imagine this instead. You sell one service package in a way that sells itself. Your sales process is streamlined and maybe even automated. You can predict exactly how much money you'll make and how many clients you'll need each month. And you create a system where you can eventually outsource and scale without working more. This is the power of productizing your service. Let's make this a little more tangible. So what's the problem with selling too many offers? Let's say you're a marketing strategist and you currently offer VIP days, one to one coaching, a 37 mini course, a 497 group program, custom funnels, right? And every time you sit down to create content, you think, which offer should I talk about today? How do I explain who this is for? What if I choose the wrong one and leave money on the table? So you finally decide what you want to promote and settle on an idea for a post, you open your notes app to draft your post, and then your toddler wakes up from their nap, and there goes your content for the day. So instead of confidently marketing one clear premium offer and putting out a clear message, you end up wasting time deciding what to promote, creating content that confuses your audience, and constantly feeling like you're starting from scratch. And this is why you feel stuck. So when your product does your service. You take a custom website, for example, and then you have a product. You turn it into a product. You get a website. This is a five page website. Here is what it looks like. This is what you get. This is how many revisions we do. And you may, you might even templatize it. You use templates. And the cool thing about productizing is that you can templatize so much of it and save yourself so much time the more you do it. So it is such a valuable way to scale your business without having to necessarily. Get more clients in the door. And I remember Kylie and Sammy, when they came to me, they were doing all the things, funnel build, tech migrations, live launches, custom proposals on paper. They were hitting 10 K months. In reality, they were working 80 hours a week and completely burnt out. Their clients expected them to be on call 24 seven. They had no boundaries, no predictability, no freedom. And worst of all, they were missing time with their families. Then, they made one decision that changed everything. They simplified their business to one high value offer. Flipping live launch funnels into evergreen funnels that convert like crazy. And once they did, everything clicked. They started booking premium clients months in advance, they created a system that worked for them, they finally had more free time they knew what to do with, Sammy literally went on a Six week family trip, Kylie spent days hiking with her kids. It went like feeling like prisoners in their own business to finally having the freedom that they built this business for in the first place. That's exactly what we're going to be creating with you today. Then obviously once that's dialed in, you can stack revenue with a down cell for those who are not ready yet. A VIP offer for clients who want deeper access to you. A digital product from a passive income, but first you get known for your one thing. So how do you pinpoint your profitable superpower? How do you find the most profitable thing you could possibly offer? So the first step to nailing your productized offer is getting crystal clear on what makes you different and what your zone of genius is. So let's do a little workshopping here. Who are your favorite people to work with? Course creators, online coaches, wellness professionals, service providers? Who do you like working with? Why are you uniquely qualified to help those people? Maybe you're have past experience in corporate sales. Maybe you have 10 years as a marketing strategist, whatever. Why do you feel you can help those people the most? Which nasty problems keep them up at night? Like the actual problems that actually bother them, that keep coming up for them. They're trying to push down, right? Maybe no leads. Maybe they're stuck at a revenue plateau. Maybe they're spending too much time on sales calls, right? What are those problems? What do you already do for your clients? And I'm using B2B examples here mostly because that's what I did. But insert anything else that you do. So I wrote build funnels, write sales copy, run launches, optimize ads, create branding strategies. How can you solve their problem in a way that feels exciting for you? Which part of solving a problem is the most exciting for you? So maybe it's automating their lead gen process. Maybe it's helping them master the sales calls. Maybe it's systemizing their entire backend so they work less. And last of all, But definitely not least, what do you love doing the most? What is your zone of genius? The thing that feels easy and exciting for you. You could talk about it all day. What is that? Now by answering these questions, you're getting closer to your signature service, your productized service. Once you have your answers, you can package them into a branded system that sets you apart from everyone else in your industry. Your signature offer should come from the intersection of what you're great at, what your clients desperately need, and what allows you to create repeatable high impact results. So see, you can see the intersection of all three of these things is your magical offer. And this is why simplifying to one signature offer is so powerful, because it helps you build authority, stand out, and charge premium prices. And if you're like, can I really charge more premium rates when I feel like people aren't even buying my offers now? Raise your hand if you've ever looked at someone charging 5k, 10k, even 20k for their offer and thought, how? Who's actually paying that? Let me tell you a secret. Premium clients do exist. They will pay premium prices, but they don't buy just another service. They buy a specific tailored transformation. So here's where you're stuck charging lower rates than you'd like right now. Most business owners hesitate to raise their prices because A, they assume their audience won't pay more, right? They're like, my people can't afford this. B, they're too focused on deliverables and not results. I'll just add more calls, more bonuses, more stuff to make it feel worth it. C, they're pricing based on what they would pay, not what their client values. But your pricing should never be based on what you would pay, it should be based on the results worth to your client. One of my clients, a marketing strategist, was charging 1, 500 for an intensive, and she felt stuck because she thought nobody in my audience would pay more. So we repositioned her offer from I create your marketing strategy to I map out and build your evergreen lead gen and sales funnel that turns front end backers into back end premium sales. Then we optimize her profiles accordingly. As you can see here we used her we use my LinkedIn methods to optimize her LinkedIn profile. She raised her price to 15 20k and closed her next discovery call. She then went on to book multiple coaching clients with her new frameworks. And you can see here, she sent me this screenshot. The first of four payments. She signed on two new 5k package. The key shift was you stopped selling marketing and started selling the outcome, the deliverable. What was you selling them? It was a product. It was no longer just, I help you with your marketing. But the economy, Elle. Yes, of course, people are being more intentional with their spending. Of course they are, but they're still spending on stuff that they value. People are still upgrading to the newest iPhone, right? People aren't hesitant to invest, they're hesitant to invest in things that feel meh, right? Your offer needs to feel like the Doona stroller of your industry, not the generic Amazon stroller, although there's room for both, okay? But if you really want to sell those premium offers, you have to gear it towards the people who are willing to pay for those premium offers. Okay? That's really important.. Once you have your signature offer, the next step is creating a framework that makes it unique and easy to sell. How to make your offer so uncopyable that clients only want to work with you. Okay, but how do I make my offer stand out? What if there's already a ton of people doing the same thing? I hear this all the time. You're in a crowded space wondering how to stand out. You feel like every time you scroll you see someone selling something similar. Maybe you even get that sinking feeling when someone launches the same type of offer as you but with fancier branding or a bigger audience. That's exactly why we're tackling this head on today, because if you want to charge premium prices and attract high value clients, you can't just offer a service, you need to package it into a clear, recognizable and uncopyable signature framework and methodology. Because let's be real. There are a million coaches, designers, copywriters, and service providers out there. And that means if you're just selling a service instead of a clear brand solution, you blend in. Think about it. What makes a difference between a generic business coach and someone who gets booked out with premium clients? It's not just their experience. It's not just their Instagram following because people don't just buy coaching, marketing, or design. They buy a proven process that guarantees results. And that is where your signature framework comes in. Instead of just selling a service, you're selling a method, a recognizable, uncopyable system that makes you the obvious choice. So what makes a signature framework powerful? It's unique to you. It combines your skills, your experience, and your approach into a method only you can deliver. It's clear and recognizable. Clients should be able to understand what makes your system different instantly. It's results driven. It walks your client from problem to transformation in a step by step process. It's memorable. It has a name, a structure, and a clear outcome. So think about it. Back to Denise Duffield Thomas. Denise Duffield Thomas doesn't just teach money mindset, she has the chillpreneur method. Jasmine Starr doesn't just teach social media, she built social curator. Alex Hormozy doesn't just teach how to grow a gym, he has the gym launch formula. They are known for something, and now it's time for you to be known for something, too. But I don't know what my framework would be. I hear this all the time. But here's the thing. You probably already have one. You just haven't packaged it yet. You're already taking your clients through a process, right? It is time to codify it, name it, and own it. So let's do a quick exercise. Grab a notebook and answer these questions. Who are your favorite clients to work with? What is the biggest problem they come to you with? And what is your unique approach to solving that problem? What are the three to five key steps you always take them through? And how can you make this process repeatable so it works for every client? And when you notice it sounds similar to productizing your service yes, that is, it goes together. When you have a signature framework, you are able to productize your service. You're able to turn it into a repeatable offer. You're able to outsource more pieces of it because you turn your IP into a framework, into a methodology that is now teachable, right? And you can now take on more clients at potentially higher prices because you're doing less of the busy work because you are literally turning it into a product that is much more easily copyable and repeatable for you. Okay, so you have a basic website wireframe you work off every single time so that you're not starting from scratch every single time Because you create the same type of website each time So that is a really important thing to think about. It's not just about Oh, I have to just pick a service, but you also want to have a signature methodology, a signature way that you deliver that service, because that is going to turn into what makes you different and stand out in your industry. And I go really deep into this inside of. My little mini course stand out and sell, but here's some things that clients who've gone through it have said about building their framework, right? So Kate said, I've been stuck in how I approach my business and this has completely changed that. I really enjoyed yesterday's using a framework to create content. I'm going to show you how to do this soon. If I'm using a framework, it makes it so much easier. I think the confidence is what I lacked and it's totally cool. So many posts from one simple idea, and I'm going to show you exactly how to do this soon. Now, once you have your process mapped out, you do need to give it a name that sticks, right? So it thinks CEO mom's method or client attraction code so once you have your process mapped out, you have to give it a name that sticks plus a visual. So people should hear the name of your method and immediately associate it with you. So things like good signature framework names would be things like the CEO Mom's Method, the Evergreen Profit System, the Client Attraction Code, the Six Figure Sales Accelerator. What you should probably not do is use generic names like the Growth Framework. It's a little too vague does not sound unique, and anyone can create it. So it makes it a little bit too complicated. And if people cannot remember it, they're not going to buy it. And then you want to connect your framework to your offer. So your framework is what makes your offer premium. If you're just offering coaching, you're a commodity. If you're offering the evergreen profit system that takes people from struggling and breaking even to sold out and profitable, now you become the only choice. Here are different places you can leverage your framework in your business once you've built it out. in your mindset, you can increase your confidence, which spills out to your sales and content. You can increase your clarity, which has a spillover effect as well. In your offers, you can use it to build your signature offer. You can use it to create a framework for your front end offer that leads to a retainer. You can use it to build out your offer suite. So you can pull pieces out of your framework and sell them individually. I have individual, this is my CEO mom's method by the way, mindset offers marketing systems. I have individual offers for every single one of these pillars, right? And systems, I also consider home systems as part of that. So I have my mini offers for each one of these pillars. I have mid ticket offers for each one of these pillars. So you can actually, once you have a signature framework and you have it for your main offer, You can pull out smaller pieces, turn it into products, and sell them. When it comes to your marketing, you can put your framework on your home page. You can put it on your work with me page. You can turn it into a video sales letter on an application page. You can turn it into your signature webinar or talk. Turn it into a private podcast series as an opt in. Use it to pitch on live trainings. Use it to highlight the gaps for your prospects on sales calls. I didn't put this in here, but you can use it to create a quiz, like an assessment, so people can see where their gaps are and have you, hire you to help them fill them. And when it comes to systems, you can help to productize your service. It helps you build SOPs for each step and it helps you focus on systemizing one piece at a time so you can streamline and automate. So Tomiko, remember I mentioned her earlier? She had a health intensive that she wanted to sell and was actually getting really good visibility. She booked herself. On 12 podcasts in one quarter, but she was feeling stuck on moving people towards the sale once they came into her world, we didn't even create her official framework yet, but we didn't narrow her process down to four steps, consistent habit formation, realistic self care, healthy food relationships, and building a health legacy for your family. Now, you're like yeah, this is you, obviously it's easy for you to come up with ideas for yourself. Okay. This is Gina. She's a podcast management agency. This wasn't great. I came up with it by myself and I'm not a podcast manager. So you'll have to excuse me if this isn't fantastic, but here are, and this was not created by Chad Choupetit, it was created by me. Okay. Three different. Podcasts related content ideas for every single piece of her framework. Clarity, how to decide what your goal is for your podcast. It's just so seamless. So how do you create a 30 day content plan? You start with the CTA. What do you actually want them to buy? Then you work backwards. What do you, what do they need to believe, feel, know before they say yes? Pull out a topic from one of your framework steps, focus on one overall topic per week, and use a different content type each day. So here's an example. Let's say I'm selling my CEMA mastermind. So I want to talk about the mindset. Okay. Mindset. I want to use that framework step and I'll talk about the mindset of investing in yourself. So on Monday, I'll do a belief shifting post about why investing in yourself is the future of your business, right? Why you're your own best investment. Then Tuesday will be storytelling. The time I invested in my first mastermind and I started, and I literally was spending 50 percent of my monthly income on a mastermind. And how that turned out, spoiler alert, really well. Then Wednesday, education. How to decide what kind of investment to make. Do you need a mastermind? Do you need a course? Do you need a group program? Then Thursday, the opinion. Hot take. You don't need another course, right? That's more for virality reach. It's more of an opinion take. And then on Friday, we have social proof. Here are clients who invested in themselves and their results. Like I have clients who literally joined my program and they were so like sold on themselves and like the idea that they were worth investing in, that they took that energy to the next sales call and got a new client within a day or two of investing without even getting on our first call yet. Just with that newfound confidence in mind. Now, before we share the full simplified sales system and a 12 month plan for you to grow your business to six figures, let's talk about the three parts of a business growth strategy that you cannot forget. The Grow, Nurture, and Sell trifecta. Selling does not have to be a rollercoaster. You need a repeatable system that moves people from, I just found you to, I know exactly what you do to, I need to work with you. Enter the Grow, Nurture, Sell system. Instead of relying on referrals, random Instagram posts, or hoping somebody sees your offer, your business runs on three core functions. Grow, which is growing your audience, getting in front of new people. Nurture, which is nurturing your audience, which is, taking care of the people you already have. And selling to your audience. Now. If you are just growing and selling, you're going to feel spammy because you're not giving them any value. If you're growing and nurturing and you're not selling, you're not going to be making any money. And if you're nurturing and selling but not growing your audience, you're going to tap your audience out eventually. Growing. Bringing in the right people. So right now you're marketing, you might be feeling like throwing spaghetti at the wall. If you feel like you're posting content randomly, hoping someone bites, getting caught in an engagement loop instead of an actual sales loop. Feeling like you're always starting from scratch. So here's how to shift things for yourself. A is make sure every piece of content leads somewhere strategic. Not just providing value with no next step. B, use SEO collaborations and visibility strategies to bring in new people who actually need what you offer. And three, have a clear CTA that directs people to your next step, whether that's your opt in, a DM, conversation, or discovery call. This is not about spending hours growing your audience. This is about setting up systems that work while you're making lunch, doing school drop offs, or chasing a toddler through Target. Then we have nurture. Building trust and making selling effortless. People don't buy just because they see your offer. They buy because they trust that you are the person who can solve their problem. And nurturing is not just posting inspirational content and hoping people remember you. It's strategic content that turns lurkers into buyers. Here's how you shift. Work backwards from your offer. What does someone need to believe before they buy? Your content needs to build those beliefs. Your signature framework becomes your content roadmap. Every post, email, and live ties back to it. And create content categories that make sure you're covering all the angles. Authority content establishes you as the go to expert. Belief shifting content overcomes objections. Behind the scenes content builds connection. Sales content directly invites them to buy. So instead of waking up and thinking, what should I post today? You already have a system that tells you exactly what to say. So you can write a post in 10 minutes while the kids eat breakfast, or even better, batch it out on the weekend and schedule them out to go. So you can just get on with your life, get on with serving your clients, and have those new leads and that nurturing rolling in. Then selling, turning warm leads into paying clients. And this is where most people struggle because they either don't sell enough, so people don't even realize they have an offer or they sell in a way that feels random and desperate. So here's your shift. Selling becomes easy when it's a natural extension of your content. You need a clear, repeatable sales pathway. So either a webinar, a mini service, a DM conversation, a sales call, an email sequence. And instead of making every sale a brand new effort, use automated and leveraged sales system. So clients can say yes, even when you're not online. Many chat is your best friend. It can nurture by delivering lead magnets and sales assets and sell for you, or at least start the conversations you can continue to sell. This is the difference between spending hours, pitching in the DMS versus a strike notification from a client who signed up while you were at the park with your kids. Now, how do we create automated and leveraged sales systems? Remember how we were talking about leveraging your framework? So when it comes to marketing here, you'll see what I've bolded over here. If you can turn your framework into a VSL, a video sales letter on an application page that you can sell, send directly to potential clients or turn it into your signature webinar or talk, turn into a private podcast series as an opt in and have people walk through your framework before getting on calls with you. Now you have people who are so much more sold on you before they even speak to you directly. Okay? And that is such a game changer because now you are upping your conversion rates and you are creating people who are already basically sold on you and the way you work before they even speak to you. Now pull it all together and you've got your simplified sales system. So getting known for one offer and one premium transformation, leveraging your framework and decision making. Content, sales assets, and pitches, as well as using it to productize your offer, and then drive to your sales assets and application page. And this all is based on your signature framework. You will use your framework driven content to move people to book a call with you or to your sales asset, whether it's a private podcast, a mini webinar, a video sales letter. A mini service. An audit. And have that point to your signature offer. Now imagine your business six months from now. You're no longer competing on price because your offer is in a category of its own. Your messaging is crystal clear so when people land on your page they immediately know they need to hire you. You confidently charge premium rates because clients see your framework as a valuable, repeatable system. This is the power of a signature framework that becomes the foundation of your business model. When you simplify, you create momentum. When you systemize, you create scalability. When you get known for one high quality problem you solve, you create demand. So let's make it simple, right? We have one offer, you're a copywriter, alright? You have a 3K package, which is, I don't know, it's a sales funnel copy package, alright? So maybe it's a sales page a thank you page, an opt in page, a sales page, a thank you page, and five emails upselling into the low ticket offer. Okay? Let's just say. I'm throwing it out there. 3K for a service is not very high end, I will say this, if you have a really clear amazing deliverable at the end of it. Let's say you want to make 120, 000 this year. That is 40 clients a year, or 3 4 clients a month. Alright, now you have to decide for yourself, Can I do that? Do I have that capacity to deliver that service for 3 4 times a month? And if yes, amazing. If not, then you have to figure out, either you have to raise your rates, maybe you have to change the scope of what you offer. But let's say you start with a 40 percent call close rate and two to three calls a week. So this package can be something like I said, sales pages, emails, a coaching package, a consulting intensive, a three page website, a lead gen funnel, ad setup and management. By the way, this is the Lowest end high end package I could give you I'd rather start at 5k But I wanted to give you like a worst case scenario. Okay, so this is like a minimum viable You are charging very low for a premium service. So here's an example year January you have 10 calls you close for clients. There's remember we said that there's a to pay plan Okay, so it's 1, 500 a month. So 600. We're not even adding on a premium for a payment plan, right? So if you do that, you'll make even a little bit more. So now that's 6K cash, right? Because it's four clients times times 1, 500. Then in February, you have 10 calls again and four clients. That's 12K cash. Then March. You have 10 calls and five clients. Your conversion rate is up 13 and half thousand dollars in cash. April, you increase your pro, your offer to 5K. Now you have 10 calls and now five clients because your conversion rate is up right? Again. So 20 K cash, may five, 10 calls, five clients, 20 5K cash. I did the math for you, so trust me when I say this this is all stacking and stacking. As you finish products, as projects, as these payment plans, disappear. You're also stacking on more. July, maybe it's a, August, they're slower months, six calls, three clients, 20k, 15k cash. September, 10 calls, five clients, 20k cash. October, 10 calls, five clients, 25k cash. November, maybe do a Black Friday sale and you do eight calls and four clients, 22, 22 and a half thousand dollars in cash plus whatever Black Friday sales. And then in December, you fill your waitlist, maybe sell a couple of spots at 7k paying full because you've raised your rates at the end of the year, and then you rest. That's between 10, in cash, plus any Black Friday sales residuals. Now, that is way over 120k, okay? It is way over 120k. So if you actually do the math and I do the math for you, it's a little bit over 200, 000. So again, this is like double, this is like almost, this is almost double your goal, which was 120 K and you don't need to get on as many calls. Maybe you're going to stop needing sales calls at all, because you're going to be so you're going to have your product as service. You're going to have your work on the page. It's so mapped out that all people need to do is book, apply to work with you. You have a little conversation via DM and now they're booked in. Maybe you're going to raise your rates earlier, right? So again, this is not taken to account. This is assuming you're qualifying your discovery calls. They're more likely to convert. Your conversion rate remains the same and does not improve at all. And the rates only go up once the whole year. This is not taken to account momentum, right? So more and more people coming to your way. This does not take into account adding a course or digital product in as leveraged income or front end offer. This does not take into account raising your rates to 5 to 10k packages earlier in the year and beyond, depending on what you do. And it does not take into account you getting better at what you do, which you will, which means you'll get better at sales, you'll get better at delivery, and you will just get better in general and get more and more well known for your thing. Okay, so it is absolutely possible for this to happen for you. We talked about this process, right? The power of one, becoming uncopyable with your unique genius, and the simplified sales system. So we talked about why the power of one is so effective in how to narrow in on your signature, how to turn your genius into an uncopyable signature framework and message, how your offering framework informs your content strategy, how to use all your newfound sales assets to build a simplified sales system.
