Today I'm getting super real with you about my exact game plan for hitting 300K in 2025. And no, I'm not going to tell you to "just launch a course" or "post Reels every day" or any of that generic advice that doesn't work for real mom life or a nonexistent.

Do you feel like you're constantly juggling client work, content creation, and family responsibilities... but still not seeing the revenue growth you know you're capable of? I've been there! With six kids (including a baby who still doesn't sleep through the night), I had to get strategic about how I scale my business without sacrificing my family time.

In this completely transparent episode, I'm sharing:

  • My actual offer suite (with real numbers!) that will bring me to 300K while working just 20 hours a week - spoiler alert. It's a little boring.
  • Why I'm thinking of my business as a "spider web" instead of a ladder (this completely changed my approach)
  • The exact leverage points that allow me to serve 50+ women without burning out
  • How I've designed my entire business around my family's rhythms (Jewish holidays, summer breaks, and everything in between)

Friend, if you've been trying to follow conventional business advice that leaves you exhausted and still not hitting your income goals, this episode is your permission slip to do business differently.

I'm showing you how having FEWER offers and working FEWER hours can actually lead to MORE impact and MORE income. Because scaling your business as a mom isn't about doing more - it's about being strategic with the time you have.

🔥 EXCITING NEWS: I currently have 6 spots left in my CEO Mom Mastermind before the investment increases on April 10th. And I like to think about my offer suite, like a spider web rather than a ladder. So my signature offer, the CEO Mom Mastermind, sits at the center of that web. I would say my Momentum Collective, which is my mini mastermind for people who are looking to scale to six figures and wanna support, want support, going to six figures, like booking out their one-to-one. That is the place where you go and you wanna book out your one-to-one and you want support along the way. So we have my mastermind in the middle, my, my collective on the outside. And then we have different pathways that lead people to that central offer, that landing pad, that Emerald City, so to speak Welcome to the Raising Your Business Podcast. I'm your host, Yael Ben Dahan, founder of CEO Mom Academy, mom of six, and lifelong reading addict. This podcast is here to empower moms to run their businesses and lives like the powerhouse CEO they are. I want you to believe that you can have the business success you desire. And be present with your family and to give you my best tips and strategies for how to make that happen. I'll be sharing the honest reality of balancing business and motherhood, biz models that work for you, marketing simplicity and the mindset of a CEO mom. Now let's dive in. Hello, welcome back to raising your business and today we're getting super real about my exact game plan for hitting 300k in 2025. And no, I'm not going to tell you to just launch a course or post reels every day or any of that really generic BS. I'm talking actual numbers, actual offers, the exact strategy that I'm using to make this happen while still working around 20 hours a week with. Six kids. Because, let's get real, if I can do this with a baby, who still does not sleep through the night, and teenagers, who need help with calculus, which I cannot give them, but they'll keep asking me anyway, you definitely can do this too. Remember, this is Raising Your Business. We are scaling businesses while raising humans. Let's dive in. But before I break down my whole 2025 game plan, quick heads up. I've got two things for you. First of all, if you are not inside my program happening this week, Leverage. It is the exact mindset shifts, offer shifts, and marketing shifts that I made to go from 110K to 200K. Okay, so literally my first multi six figure year, if you are going for your first multi six figure year, you're looking to scale beyond the six figure year, right? You're like, everyone's oh, 10K, 10K months, right? But you're like, no, I want to go beyond that. Like for me, 10K is just the beginning because let's be honest, in this day and age, 10K does not go as far as it used to go. So if you are looking to scale beyond six figures this year, leverage is for you. I'm going to be sharing the exact mindset shifts that I made, the exact offer, sweet shifts that I made and the exact marketing shifts that I made to take me from spaghetti through all burnout exhaustion to working two to four hours a day, four days a week with my baby at home with me. So if you're not in there, you need to be in there. The link is going to be in the description. Secondly, I've got six spots left available in my CEO mom mastermind before the investment increases on April 10th. So either it's going to be after six spots fill or April 10th, whichever happens first. If. What I'm about to share resonates with you and you're thinking, I want that kind of strategic support for my business. This mastermind is specifically for you. So the link to apply is in the description as well. If you have any questions about it, DM me mastermind on Instagram for all the details and we can have a conversation. Now let's talk my 300K game plan. So I've been thinking a lot about what I want 2025 to look like both for my business and my family. And I've also been digging a little more into my human design and my personality and the way, just the way that I work and the way that I I feel fulfilled in my work. And I realized something really important. Okay. I don't actually wanna just keep adding more and more clients or creating loads and loads of new offers and new programs. And that is the conventional growth advice, right? It's like just scale to group programs, create more digital products, hire more team members, right? But here's the thing, every time I follow that conventional wisdom, without considering my actual life circumstances, I've ended up stressed out, overwhelmed, and feeling like I'm failing at both business and motherhood because I tried to do too much. So instead, I actually sat down and I got super real with myself about what would actually work for my life with six kids, my personal bandwidth, and what I genuinely enjoyed doing in my business. And so I was asking myself, how can I make this simple? How can I make this even simpler? What if I built a 300 K year around a few key offers that I love delivering that my clients get amazing results from, and that don't require me to work insane hours or sacrifice my family time and I'm saying 300 KA year. I actually, what I did the math, like my projected was actually above this, but I'm honestly looking to scale. Slowly and strategically. I'm not looking for these ous quantum leaps. I really wanna do it slowly but steadily. I had a dip between, the war happening in Israel and, my pregnancy and just mental health stuff. And I really wanna rebuild this back up really strategically and very intentionally. And I wanna encourage you to build your business intentionally as well. If you're like, oh. I, Sally Sue over there says that having a new offer every month is the best way to grow your business.'cause then you can create a membership and then you can have a low ticket membership that brings people into your higher ticket service spaces, but you don't actually wanna create something new every month, then that is not gonna be good for you. And if they're like have one, I don't know, one primary. I dunno, VIP day or something, or maybe create a digital product shop. And that is not aligned with the way you deliver best, the way you serve your people best. It's not gonna be for you. So what I'm gonna share with you today is my real no fluff game plan for a 300 K year that actually works with my life as a mom of six. And this is not some theoretical, here's what you could do, plan. This is literally what I'm doing. Okay? This is what I'm going for. So if you're ready for some transparency about actual numbers and strategy, let's go. Before I dive into the specific offers and numbers, I wanna share the philosophy behind my offer suite because this drives every decision that I make. So here's what I've learned over seven years in business, gosh, seven years, wow. The most successful and sane business models for Mom is not gonna be about having dozens of different offers. It's gonna be about having a few core offers that work together as a system. And then we have different pathways that lead people to that central offer, that landing pad, that Emerald City, so to speak. And this is very different from how most people teach business growth because you've probably heard about the ascension model where you have, free the low ticket, the mid ticket, high ticket offers, and they work from, okay. What's the freebie I'm gonna create to get someone into my world? Now what's the, now what's the low ticket offer, which I created as a trip wire for this freebie. Okay, now what should my course be? Now, what should my high ticket offer be? But that creates a lot of unnecessary complexity when you're a mom with limited time. And I happen to have a lot of free mid low ticket offers because over the past seven years, I've created a lot of stuff. Okay? I had different amounts of bandwidth over different, in different seasons because I had some seasons where I had my baby home with me, and I had some seasons where I had my kids all in school all day, right? Instead, I focus right now, I have a baby home with me. I am enjoying every second of having him with me. I do not wanna send him out to daycare yet. He's just the joy of my life, seriously. And I, as a mom of six, my oldest is 15. I know how fast time goes by and I already feel like time is passing too fast with this one. So I do not want to over overly complicate my life, and I want to just. Instead of being like, oh, I have to create new courses here and new courses there, and a new offer here and multiple mini minds and multiple group programs. So instead, I'm focusing on having one main signature offer at the center, which is my mastermind, which is my goal, to fill the mastermind, creating one leverage kind of landing pad offer that collects the people who are not quite ready for the Mastermind and really want support in getting to the place where they're ready for the Mastermind, which is my Momentum Collective. And then developing a few strategic front end offers that serve as entry points. Okay. I have an extensive suite of offers. There's one new offer I'm working on creating this year, which I'm working on. I'm finishing building out over the next couple months. It's gonna be launching officially in the summer, which is gonna be my maternity leave program called The Baby Proof Your Business Program. Okay. And, I have that in the form of an intensive, and I also, I'm building it out into a course and that is the one, like really new thing that I'm creating and. It. Besides for that, everything I create this year, everything I do this year is leading back towards my mastermind because to be honest, the CEO of my mastermind is my favorite place to be. It's my favorite place to hang out. It is the place where you're gonna get the most support from me. The best support from me. Okay? And I want I feel like everyone should be in it now. Now everyone can't be in it. We're gonna discuss that in a minute, but, I think that is the ideal. I think ideally, every CEO mom who wants to have leveraged offers a productized system that brings people into your offer. A, a systemized marketing plan that moves people from, discovering you to working with you. Like having all that and having it work without you necessarily having to show up live every single day is my goal for you. And if that is what you want, then the CEO of my mastermind is for you. So having right my, my one main signature offer, having my kind of collection like landing pad for the moms who are ready to book out their one to one before expanding to leverage offers, that's the momentum collective. And then having my strategic front end that serve as the entry points. This simplifies everything, right? My marketing, my delivery, my messaging, even my team structure. And when you're trying to. Build a multiple six figure business with kids at home. Simplicity isn't just a nice to have. It is absolutely essential. Okay, so let's get into the actual numbers, because I know when someone says, I'm building a 300 k business, you're thinking, okay, great, but how exactly, and I'm saying 300 K and I'm saying this to be honest, I would love to go for half a million. That is my next revenue goal is half a million after this and. I want this to feel doable for you. So if you're hovering around the five to 10 K mark per month, and you're like, okay, I'm gonna, I'm hitting six figures. I'm gonna be close to hitting six figures soon. Like I want you to see that this is so passable for you. First of all, the CEO Mom mastermind, so I'm actually capping this at 25 members total. Alright. And the reason why I'm doing this is because I wanna maintain that very high touch and personalized support that makes this container so valuable. And also, I know my limits and I can give my absolute best to 25 women at the level that I serve, the master, my mastermind clients. Beyond that, I feel like the quality would start to suffer and I'm not willing to compromise on that. So by the end of 2025, I intend for this mastermind to be 15 KA year. Painful. Okay. And that means that with only 20 Mastermind members, we would be looking at 300 k just from this offer. And that is my entire revenue goal, hit with just one offer. But that's not really how it works because currently I still have people in who've come in at the founder's rate. I have six spots still available at the founders rate, which is 10 K Painful or or.$1,000 a month. So that is I'm leaving space that like, that's why I said 25 because I feel like even if I have 20 people. Or 15 people at the 15 k or at the mid level, which is like gonna be the 12 k painful, then then it's still going to be hitting me close to my revenue goal, but I don't need to only make money from there. So that's not my goal is not to raise the rate immediately so I can hit my goal, as soon as possible. I'm gonna be doing it gradually in a way that feels good for me, but I definitely feel like the investment needs to go up because of the level of support that goes in there. Why am I raising the price? Why am I increasing the investment? Two reasons. First of all the value I provide has increased significantly as I've refined the Mastermind experience. Okay. We've gone from weekly audits to unlimited audits on content, on, on copy, on all that kind of stuff. I, I have, we're gonna be doing more. Like round tables, bringing in more guest experts. I wanna do an in a live in-person event, which I'm trying to figure out the logistics of that. But I really am upgrading the quality. Like I want this to feel like almost a one-to-one slash group experience. I don't want this to be just oh, you're a part of a group and you don't get any personal attention. This is a, basically a one-to-one slash group hybrid. And and they get very personalized support. So. Secondly I'm honest enough to admit that working with fewer people at a higher price point is better for my energy and my family. So I would rather serve 20 women at 15 k, 25 women at 10 k right, than 40 women at seven and a half thousand dollars, even though the revenue would be the same. So the energy expenditure is completely different because of the level of support that I give. So next is the Momentum Collective, which is my landing pad offer as far as like for the women who are growing, who are in the building phase of their business. This you you need to be in here. You literally need to be in here. I, yeah, that's all. Because to be honest, this is my most leveraged offer that still includes some personal support for me. And it is designed to be the perfect entry point for women who are not quite ready for the Mastermind, who wanna hit their first, six figure year or wanna, book out their one-to-one services, but they want more than just a course. Okay? So I'm planning to grow this to about, between 30 to 50 members. In 2025, that is my that is my plan. So even if I just bring it up to 30 members between the Mastermind and the collective, we're actually looking at 400,$5,000 just well behind my 300 K goal. And and so that is really like the two places where I want to scale and anything else that I sell, right? All leads, all roads really lead back to those two things. And I feel really good about that. I feel really good about that because I feel like I, I wanna be able to give support to more people. I can't give it at the mastermind level to infinite amounts of people. But. What I can do is is create these spaces where there's some level of access to me that are still at an accessible price point, right? For the people who are in the building stage and gives them all of my courses, which, because I think to me that feels just easier for me than being like, oh, and you only get this and you only get that. Because. It just enables me to be like, okay, oh, you have this question. Go to this course in this lesson, and and check that out and then come back and, and let me know how it went. So honestly, I feel like this is my ideal business structure. And to be honest, like I would be fine even doing just the mastermind, like for my, for myself, because I really enjoy the. It makes me feel connected. I love being like literally digging my hands into people's businesses and strategizing together. Like literally like I strategize with my client, Catherine. A launch her goal was to hit 10 beta members in her course. She ended up hitting 14, converting close to 6% of her email list. And like less than 10 unsubscribers her entire launch, which was amazing. And and honestly, like she, she did an amazing job and it was the most simplified. This is like the most simplified launch I've ever seen. And she was able to show up completely present during the holiday season. I'm actually gonna be bringing her onto the podcast next week to talk about this more. But I enjoyed this, that, that process so much. If it was like, honestly if I just a member, the mastermind, like I would feel fulfilled, right? But I do wanna create access for more moms who are at, still at the building stage. And that's why I created the collective. And I feel really good about that because I love the women in there. I love being able to support them. I. And I'm, I just feel really comfortable with with having these two levels of support so that people can get support along the way without me, burning myself out, trying to deliver at get crazy scale. Whereas whatever you're thinking about building, you wanna think is this actually scalable? Can I actually hit my income goals with this offer? And if you can't, then you have to go back to the drawing board and think about why. And back to the front end offers. So I have a few strategic frontend offers. I've run some live programs like my leverage program that I'm currently running now. I did I mentioned this in the, in leverage I, back in 2021, I did two main front end. One day events, which was my high ticket, low hassle workshop for$47, which generated like over 20 k backend sales and served as an evergreen funnel for my main program. And I also did my six figure mom retreat which had a 10% conversion rate to my high ticket offers, right? People bought a$27 ticket and 10% of those people converted. To my 10 K offer. So this is not this is like a serious thing. This works well. And so these front end offers serve two purposes. They bring new people into my world and they generate additional revenue. That requiring a lot of additional time for me because they're largely automated or only run periodically. So even factoring in some natural attrition and the reality that not everyone's gonna join at the beginning of the year, we're still looking at easily clearing 300 k. And the beauty of this model is that most of the delivery happens in group settings, right? We have weekly calls, slack support systems that I've already created, and that means I can support 50 plus women total across all my offers without significantly increasing my work hours. And that is the power of strategic leverage. And, the truth is, like, I really feel like because I have so many smaller front end offers, just finalizing those offers and creating a I'm actually in the process of creating a pod funnel for my CEO Mom mastermind, which I'm working with my friend Tara Counterman on. So creating these funnels really just enables me to take what I already have, pull little pieces outta my existing offers and use them as. Like little samplers, little tasters of working with me. And I feel like that's really important because I was discussing this with my friend Jessica yesterday we're basically in a trust recession right now. We are we, there's so many people in the online space and so many people who have lost their audiences, lost trust in them. And so it's up to us to show what we're made of, what we can offer so that people feel trust in investing in us, right? So I have no problem with that. And I'm honestly just gonna go back and forth between talking about my mastermind, which is like the best place on the planet, and sending people to my front end offers because those are amazing guys. My mom viable marketing method is. Gold. It is so simple. It is so simple and it's so easy to implement and it helps you show up consistently. It is just, it's so simple. Okay? And I did this while I was pregnant during a pandemic with a baby at home with me. Without a nanny, no cleaning help, like this is stuff like I did in the margins of my life and it still worked. I know that my friend and offers are freaking amazing and I want more people in them. So my lower ticket offers are honestly the best place to send people when they're first coming into my world, and that's what I'm going to be doing. Hey there. CEO. Mom, I see you book solid with back-to-back clients your calendar, a Tetris game of commitments, constantly wondering when you'll find time to actually scale this business you've built. Can I just be real with you for a minute? Being fully booked sounds great until you're living it, until you're rescheduling clients.'cause your kid has a fever working nights after bedtime just to keep up. And realizing that more clients just means less of you to go around. I know that feeling all too well. That moment when you look at your successful booked out business and think this was supposed to give me freedom, not trap me into another job. In my CEO Mom mastermind, we're hopping women just like you move beyond the one-to-one ceiling that's keeping you maxed out. Whether you're making three K months or 20 K months right now, if you're trading hours for dollars and that's the only way you're making money, you have hit a ceiling that no amount of time management can fix. What you need is not another productivity hack. You need a completely different business model, one that lets you scale without sacrificing your presence as a mom. Imagine closing your laptop at 2:00 PM for school pickup without guilt Picture watching your kids at the park while your offer sell in the background. Think about planning a family vacation without the panic of rescheduling dozens of clients. This is not your typical, just create a course advice. This is the premium container for moms who are done with the one-to-one hamster wheel and are ready for leveraged, scalable income. That does not depend on your constant presence, and that doesn't necessarily mean a course. My clients, they're launching leveraged offers memberships with 11% conversion rates, 6% conversion rates, creating front end funnels that convert at 50%, building membership models that add 5K in monthly revenue, all while reclaiming their time and presence that they started their business for in the first place. Right now, and I mean right now I had exactly six spots left in the CEO Mom Mastermind before the investment increases on April 10th. When you claim one of these spots, you're getting me in your corner for a full 13 months. Yes. You get a bonus month. Helping you build the systems, the offers, and the marketing that will break you outta that one-to-one trap for good. This includes a private one-to-one ROI roadmap call, where I'll map out your exact path from overwhelmed and overbooked to leveraged and liberated. You also get two bonus SOS calls to use whenever you hit a roadblock or opportunity because transformation isn't always linear, especially for moms. And if you're ready to go all in, pay in full and choose between unlimited Telegram access for a month or a VIP intensive, both worth$3,500. Listen, there's a difference to being successful and being sustainable. This mastermind is for the mom who wants both. Who's ready to build the business that scales with her, not spite her. If that's you, head to ya.com/mastermind or just DM Me Mastermind on Instagram. The investment does increase April 10th and these six spots will not last. Let's transform your booked out business into a leverage model that grows while you live the life you built it for in the first place. So the third part is the leverage strategy and working smarter, not harder. So let's talk about how I'm structuring these offers to maximize leverage without sacrificing quality. So the biggest mistake I see mom entrepreneurs make when trying to scale is adding more one-to-one components or creating offers that require constant new content creation. And that is a recipe for burnout when you have kids at home. Okay, so instead, I'm focusing on three specific leverage points. First of all is strategic batching. So generally my content my calls and delivery happen on designated days, so my mastermind calls are every single Wednesday. Okay. That is how it is. My momentum call. We have one call every month for the Momentum Collective, and then we have one week, like full week of q and a inside of Telegram. So that is the q and a obviously is asynchronous. I could do it whenever. And I. I have those one the first Monday of the month. Okay. So I have one call on Mondays. I then, I have weekly calls on Wednesdays, which Wednesdays are like my favorite days because they've always been my designated coaching call day. And it just I'm so pumped off after a call because I just I love being there, supporting my clients. Having the conversations in the mastermind are just the best. I also work on batch creating content. So I do planning on Sundays and content creation on Mondays, right? So that is so planning, like basic outlining of what I'm gonna create and then writing content and recording podcast happens on Mondays or Tuesdays. And this creates very clear boundaries around when I'm in CEO mode versus coaching mode versus mom mode. So I've mentioned this in the past. That constraint breeds creativity, and that is where that philosophy really shines because by continuing my work to the very specific days and time blocks, I'm really forced to be ultra efficient and very focused. Second is systems over constant creation. So I built robust systems for everything from con client onboarding to content repurposing. I record right one, generally one podcast episode weekly, but that becomes Instagram content email and email newsletter. Even honestly, training materials inside my programs, I honestly feel like all my podcasts are like ones that I would just give to my clients and be like, you should listen to this. This is so good. Okay. So I'm not always, I do create some other content, right? I write, I try to create some authority pieces, some pieces that, that really make people think and just call them out and make them like take action or believe themselves more. But, generally, I'm taking one cornerstone piece of content and turning it into multiple assets, and this is critical when your work time comes in 90 minute nap windows, or after my kids go to bed, or I should say after my two youngest kids go to bed and the rest of my kids are wandering around the house, because that's very often what happens after eight 30. The third part is leverage delivery methods. So both my Mastermind and Momentum Collective are designed around leverage delivery. So instead of doing everything one-to-one, I use group coaching calls, which were one person's question benefits the collective, right? The entire group a searchable knowledge base of past trainings and resources. They get access to everything that I've created and and they can go find it inside of my member vault. I have Slack for asynchronous coaching and Telegram. So I use Slack for the Mastermind and Telegram for the collective. So I can respond when it's my schedule and I can also respond via voice notes. Those are the easy, that's the easiest way for me to deliver coaching. Because honestly, like I coach best. Verbally. And so I like Slack because it enables me to do that, and it enables people to have really really organized threads and conversations and peer support and accountability, right? So members can help each other out and not just rely on me. I am not always in the mastermind, but I love when everyone people drop in something for a creative brainstorm. Other people chime in and be like what about this? And what about that? So that means that the value my clients receive is not directly tied to my time. And that's why I love group containers because. Honestly, like I think I benefit generally more from a group container than I have from one-to-one. Just one-to-one, right? Not one-to-one in general, but like I'd rather have a one-to-one group hybrid than just a one-to-one coach, because I benefit from the group as well. So they get support, strategy and results without me having to be available 24 7. But I am, I'm very engaged and I'm very involved with them and like I'm there for them. Okay. I'll go back and forth. Like I've had, we've had threads in Slack where there are like 50 back and forth messages on one topic to really nail down their messaging, their long story, their offers, things like that. And. The last piece I wanna talk about is, should the strategic growth plan, which is beyond just revenue, right? So revenue goals are important, but they're only one piece of the puzzle. So the real question is, how do I grow to 300 K without sacrificing my priorities as a mom? So my strategic growth plan goes beyond just numbers, okay? Because first of all, I'm focusing on retention rather than constant acquisition. It is much easier to keep existing members happy than to constantly find new ones. All my client, all my mastermind clients resigned for 2025. Okay. So I really work on investing very heavily in the client experience. Adding surprise bonuses, making sure everyone gets exceptional results, really just being involved. Like I will notice their content and call out them. Call out. Call'em out and be like, oh my gosh, yes. I love that you posted this. Or I'll be like, oh, you could maybe improve this by adding captions here. Like my goal is an 80% renewal rate for both the mastermind and the collective. And that means that ideally, I don't need to be in constant launch mode or always hustling for new clients, is that I can focus on deeply serving the people who are already in my world. And apparently, according to my friend Jess, this aligns with my human design. I do best with people who know me, right? Secondly, I'm leveraging my existing audience rather than just trying to grow rapidly. Willy-nilly, my many business gurus will tell you that you need a massive audience to hit multiple six figures, but I really don't think that's true. You do need to constantly be growing your audience, okay? But strategic growth with quality audience members is better than just massive growth with people who are may or may not be good fits. I would rather have 2000 highly engaged followers who trust me than 20,000 random people who barely know who I am. So instead of just focusing on growing my follower account without, for no reason, I'm focusing on deepening relationships with the audience that I already have. So that means this podcast, right? Creating content specifically for them, showing up consistently on the platforms. They're already spending time. And making sure every piece of content delivers real value real mindset shift for them, something that's gonna really change their day, change their life. And third, I am using strategic events like my free leverage event, right? To create momentum and bring waves of new people into my world at specific times. And these events create natural enrollment periods for my offers without needing to be in always launching mode. Alright? If you're like I just need, feel like I need to reconnect with my audience, I need to just create some buzz, create some momentum, doing some sort of, live program, either free or low ticket is a really good way to do that. And a fourth of all, I'm designing my growth around my family rhythms. This is something almost no business strategy talks about, but it's absolutely essential for moms. So I know that certain times of year are gonna be more intense for my family. Jewish holidays, right? We've got Passover. Which is in April generally, and the high holidays, which is in the September october range. We have summer break, which my kids have a nice amount of summer break back to school season. So I'm planning my business activities around those rhythms rather than fighting against them. For example, I do most of my enrollment for both programs in December and September and midyear. So like when my kids are in school, routines are established, right? We're not right before Passover. We're not in the summer. During holidays and summer periods, I focus more on delivery and maintenance rather than growth activities. I'll maybe join some collaborations where I can pre-schedule emails and things like that. But I'm not going to I'm not gonna be going heavy on showing up at a thousand percent during my busiest seasons. So this kind of strategic planning means that I can't hit my revenue goal without sacrificing my family time during these important seasons. Okay, this is a lot. So let's wrap it up. So if you take nothing else from this episode, remember these key points. First of all, building a 300 K business as a mom does not require you to work 60 hours a week or creating dozens of different offers. It's about having a few strategic leveraged offers that work together as a system and sell each other. Secondly, sometimes the path to greater revenue is actually narrowing your focus rather than broadening it. So I'm intentionally capping my mastermind at the 25 members. And increasing the investment rather than trying to serve more people at a lower price point in this specific container, in this very high value, high proximity deep relationship container. Third leverage is everything when you're building a business with kids at home. Strategic batching systems over constant creation and leverage delivery methods are what make this entire model possible. I think you can technically hit 300 k working one to one, but it's gonna, you're gonna be charging a lot of money. A lot of money. So you have to have a very high value offer, and you're gonna be doing a decent amount of work. Okay. So I think that I love leverage models because I think people benefit the most from group. And I also think that I know that I enjoy delivering to group best, so that works in my personality as well. And you have to make sure that you are leveraging your own personality, your own strengths and skills and talents and zones of genius instead of trying to fight against it and do and fit into somebody else's model. And that is what I help my clients do. I have clients who have memberships. I have clients who have, of course, I have clients who have one-to-one coaching and services, and they're moving into group coaching, right? So everyone has their own strategic model that works for them, the personality of their life, their family, their schedule. And that is what we do in the Mastermind. There is no one size fits all in the CEO Mom mastermind. Everyone's gonna do it the way that makes sense for them, and that is what I am helping them do strategically And finally. Last but not least, your business strategy needs to work with your family. Rhythms not against them. So I want you to design your growth plan when you're planning out your year. Design it around the reality of your life as a mom and not some sort of fantasy scenario where you have unlimited time and energy. So remember, you don't need to follow conventional business wisdom to create exceptional results. You need strategies designed specifically for your reality as a mother, building a business while raising tiny humans or larger humans. So if this approach resonates with you and you're thinking, I want that kind of strategic support for my business. I would love to invite you to join my CEO Mom Mastermind.
