I know when I find a new coach, I'll look through their content. I'm like, I wanna see what they're all about. What their values are, what they stand for, the kinda stuff they do, the kinda stuff they don't do. Because for me I wanna know, what does the coach say you don't have to do, and what does the coach say you do have to do? Because if the things she's saying, I do have to don't fit in with my life, then I'm out. And she's I, I help you build. And multiple new offers every single month. No, thank you. If she says, I'll help you close more clients from sales calls, I'm out. I don't have time, right? So you wanna have that content on your feed to show people what you're made of. But if you wanna bring in new people, there are so many ways to do it without having to just be posting over and over again. Welcome to the Raising Your Business Podcast. I'm your host, Al Behan, founder of CEO Mom Academy, mom of Six and Lifelong Reading addict. This podcast is here to empower moms to run their businesses and lives like the powerhouse CEO. They are. I want you to believe that you can have the business success you desire. And be present with your family and to give you my best tips and strategies for how to make that happen. I'll be sharing the honest reality of balancing business and motherhood biz models that work for you. Marketing simplicity, and the mindset of A CEO, mom. Now let's dive in. Hello. Hello. Welcome back to raising Your Business, and if your past six figures, you're already hitting eight K months, 10 K months, 12 K months, whatever that is. And summer still. Summer still makes you feel like you're scrambling a little bit. Then we need to talk, because at this stage, summer should not slow you down. It should be the season where you are compounding your results. So if you're still hustling during the summer, like you're in year one, it is time to really step into your CEO Mom mode. Okay? We're gonna talk about leverage delivery. We're gonna talk about evergreen sales. We're gonna talk about how to use what you already have, what you've already built to dry results while you enjoy your summer. Okay, so quick heads up. This is exactly what we map out in my CEO Mom intensive, and I have three spots open this week with$500 off for Mother's Day. It is a custom one-to-one experience to audit your business, optimize it, and really truly make a plan for your next 90 days to six months, depending on what you're focusing on your next launch. There are so many things we could do in 90 minutes, and I can even begin to describe to you the transformation that can happen for you when you have. My eyes and my brain on your business for a focused amount of time. Because even when I'm in with my clients in my mastermind calls, we are literally like mapping out specific messaging hooks, angles, launch plans in 20 to 30 minutes per client. And when I come in with someone new, I'm still able to do that. Like my zone of genius honestly is hearing, hearing what you're saying and. Looking at your business from this 10,000 foot view and just seeing the patterns and how all these different pieces that feel unrelated can all come together. That is my superpower. That is my genius, and I'm be able to do that for you. So if you're looking for someone to pull all the messy pieces of your business together and bring it into one cohesive flowing model that brings in leads and sales on a regular basis without you having to show up live every single day and post Instagram stories in order to get sales and, put out six days of content every week, then this is for you. Okay, so I have two three spots open, I think. There might be two at this point. I don't know at the current$500 off. Normally it's$2,000 for a 90 minute intensive, but you get$500 off just for Mother's Day. This ends this coming Monday if you're listening to this on the day that it comes out. Okay, so I remember the first summer in my first relaxed six figure year was the year I took maternity leave. Okay. And. I, when I look back at that year, I made over$110,000. I only worked seven months out the entire year because between being in first trimester and then covid and postpartum and taking maternity leave and a couple of Jewish holidays, right? We have the high holidays, months and we have a Passover. So those would pretty much take over the months that they're in. I did not do a lot. I did not do the same amount of work that I normally did and. I remember the summer before that I was very on. I was like I made six figures in 2019, right? The year before that. But I was still running my business like it was in year one. I was still in the weeds of everything. I was still scrambling, I was still hustling. I had. Contractors that I was trying to wrangle and I had a client work that I was still doing, and I remember like literally like my whole family was away on vacation with my family. We, we do this thing, we go up north with my parents and all my siblings, and I remember just being locked in my room. Just I. Doing work, doing client work, just gotta get this done. And I kinda looked at my calendar and I was like, oh my gosh. I basically created a job for myself, not a business. And that summer I was like, I never wanna have a summer like this again. And the summer after that, when I had my baby, I did take off that summer'cause I had a baby. Okay. Frankly, it wasn't totally a vacation'cause I did have a newborn baby. But, I realized what a summer could look like when you are leveraged into what you already have. And I started building leverage into every part of my business, my offers, my content, my visibility, my systems. And now summer does not necessarily mean slowing down, although I do to an extent, but it means scaling smarter behind the scenes. And I'm gonna talk to you about how you can do the same. So the first point I wanna make is leveraging what already works, okay? You already have assets. You do not need to reinvent the wheel. So I want you to start with a summer audit, okay? Which offers already sell well. Do you have a signature offer that you are con, constantly selling people into on a regular basis? What content is already converted? What content is already done? And how can you use that again? What systems are already bringing in leads? Okay. And then I want you to ask yourself, how can I double down, delegate, or automate? Because most of the time it's not about doing more, it's about getting more mileage from what's already built. So instead of creating a whole new funnel, you put more traffic into an existing funnel, right? Or maybe optimizing the funnel that you already have, being like, okay, I noticed that people are not opening this email so much, I'm gonna replace it with a different email and see what happens. So if you're already making six figures and you do not have any funnels bringing leads in, bringing sales in, then we need to talk. Okay. We need to talk because it's exactly what I do in my CEO Mom mastermind is I help you build those leveraged hands off systems that can bring in money even when you're not front facing working all the time. Okay. And. I really, truly do believe that. Sorry, I have a bit of a cold. I really do believe that if you're making six figures and you're like, but I still have to be showing up hardcore full-time, I can never take time off, then you need more leverage in your life, and that is exactly what you do in the Mastermind. So if this sounds like you and you feel like, yes, I feel like I'm working, I feel like I basically created a six figure job myself, and I'm exhausted. Reach out to me, DM me Mastermind. Let's talk about how we can make the most of your time and probably help you make more money while working less time. Okay. And I know that sounds so cliche, it's yes. Yeah. We know that everyone says they can do that for you. I mean it though. I seriously mean it. Okay. My client was able to do a full on launch working like. An hour a day at most during the holiday season. Alright, because when she took what she already had, she planned ahead, she leveraged what she was already doing, and she was able to have a super successful beta launch. And she's doing the same thing right now this month. So I want you to know that it is not about doing more. Like I said, it's about taking what you already have and leveraging it. My second point is evergreen assets. If you not already have an evergreen program or evergreen funnels or evergreen emails, now is the time to lean into it. Okay, so here are some examples. Pod funnels. So I mentioned those pod funnels in our, my la our last episode, and. I'm currently finishing building out mine and so are my clients because I actually have one client who's no, I wanna record it during the summer. But most of my clients in my mastermind that we're doing the PO funnel with, are doing it in are doing it now in time for the summer. They're like, we, I wanna get this done before the summer so I can just get some traffic into this and have this running without me having to be on. A pod funnel is such an amazing asset to have. If you do have a high ticket service or package, like a mastermind, a high ticket service, something like that even a one-to-one high ticket coaching package, this is going to be such an amazing resource for you to be able to bring more people in and just essentially sell them on you without you actually having to do the sales live yourself. It is so magical, and we do this in the Mastermind along with our pod funnel coach Tara Counterman. She is, she created the pod funnel. She gives you access to her pod funnel framework for life, for Lifetime. And she comes in there every month and coaches my clients on how to maximize and optimize their pod funnel. We've already been brainstorming their their episode names and their episode topics and like it is so beautiful to see the co-creation that's been happening in there. And I'm so excited for my clients because they're gonna have an asset running without them throughout the entire summer that can be bringing leads in. While they are taking time off, if you have email sequences that you are already running this is the time to really lead into that, right? Make sure that all of your funnels are moving into those email sequences. If you have affiliate offers that you like to promote that are evergreen. So things like tools, things like systems, things like evergreen programs, right? So if, let's say I have a friend of mine who has courses that are on, that are available for sale all year round. They're not like a launch based sort of affiliate. Situation, right? It's just just send people to my page and they buy whatever. And you can make sales all year round. So that would be something where I'd be like, okay, yes, I'm gonna have maybe a little mini email sequence pushing towards that offer. Or maybe I will have maybe a, an email sequence about the tools that I use that are absolutely necessary for my business to run. And I will have affiliate links toward those tools, right? If you are already using tools, there's absolutely no reason why you should not have affiliate links for those tools. There's no reason why you shouldn't. And literally, anytime you mention it, you can drop an affiliate link. If you're talking about how you do things, what your processes are, and you mentioning tools or softwares that you're already using. Just drop an affiliate link. As long as you disclose that you're doing that, like it's just easy money. It's so fun. It is so fun to get random affiliate payments. Now, I would not depend on that for. Being like, oh yes, I know I'm gonna get I know I'm gonna get an affiliate payment every single day, every single week, every single month. Maybe you will, depending on what you've sold. And it does compound and add up over time. But it is such amazing like bonus money to just get when you you forgot that you like, oh yeah, I forgot that I was promoting that. Or someone just clicked an email clicked a link in my email and bought that or a link in my blog post and bought it. It is such an amazing feeling. So if you have any affiliate offers or affiliate, links for tools or programs that you use. This is an incredibly lucrative potential source of income for you. And secondly, you could also have affiliate an affiliate program. So if you have courses that do really well or sell really well, or offers that sell really well, you can have a little affiliate push and have other people push towards your offers. And if you do not have lastly, obviously evergreen funnels. If you do not have opt-ins that lead to some sort of paid offer, then I don't even know what you're doing. You probably do. So you can batch it, you could schedule it out. You could be like, okay, I'm gonna create, five reels that will go out this summer that lead towards this particular lead funnel. Or I'm going to run an ad to. A reel that promotes this lead funnel, or I'm gonna run an ad towards this altogether. If you are not already running ads, I highly recommend you put 300 to$500 a month towards ads. It is so worth it. If you have a funnel that's already converting, okay, so this is a great time. Just like I mentioned in an hour earlier podcast when even before six figures, this is a great time to grow your list.'cause people are still on their phones, even if they're not doing heavy work during the summer, depending on who your ideal client is, because some of them might still be, some might be just like, yeah, they take off a week and then the rest of the summer is just the same. If you're working with mom, it's a little bit different. So I know like for me it's very hard. Like I'm very much I had this kind of this mindset of let's help you make as much money as possible, working as little as possible because you wanna be present with your kids, right? And honestly, you wanna be present with your kids all year round anyway. But summer is definitely more of a hardcore, deep mothering time. So if you already have funnels that are working, puts the money behind them, see what happens, build your audience. This is the time to do it. If you are planning on launching anything in the fall, evergreen does not necessarily mean a hundred percent passive because yes, if you're running ads, you're gonna have to check on them, make sure they're working, maybe add some new creative new copy. But if you can batch that out. You can create different versions of creative and different versions of copy before you go offline or you go, go away for vacation and you can just have something to plug in if you wanna just refresh the creative. The cool thing about an evergreen funnel though is that you do the work once and it keeps working. And yes, you can optimize it along the way, but if it is working and is, if it's a converting funnel, then like why not? And I am sure if you are already making six figures, you must have offers many offers. Even just little things you can pull out of your existing larger offers that can turn into front end funnels to bring people in the door. And i'm gonna be teaching in a special offer later this summer. All the different ways you can create little. Sales touch points throughout your entire business, that can make money while you're off. Okay? And if you don't have these in place yet, then you need to be in the CEO Mom Mastermind. This is exactly what we do. And when you join in May or June, you actually get a bonus month. So almost like a summer a summer like vacation month that you can literally jump in, get onboarded, and then not worry about oh, I wanna make sure that I'm using my time wisely. You can just jump in, get onboarded, and then just take the month off because. You got the bonus month, right? It's extra. I like to offer this for people coming in right before the summer because I know that you might wanna take time off during the summer, and that is really important to me that you feel like you're maximizing your investment and you're not wasting time. Okay? So that is the second point, is the evergreen assets in your business and turning into evergreen funnels or evergreen sequences or affiliate links that can earn while you're chilling. The next part is leverage visibility. Leverage visibility beats daily posting any day. You do not need to be live on Instagram every single day, okay? There's so many ways to get visible that don't require you to be posting loads and loads of content, so there's two, there are two parts to this, okay? The first one is that there are visibility options that scale, that can get in front of a lot of new people. With one piece of effort rather than multiple pieces of content, multiple pieces of effort, multiple, trying to find that one reel that goes viral and gets you in front of new audiences, which which it does. And I do believe that, you should have a real strategy that gets you in front of new audiences and you should have really good content. So when people look for you and people find you online. You're able to go through your stuff and almost see a backlog of some of your best stuff. And so they like, that's, I know when I find a new coach, I'll look through their content. Hoping for that one that just gets in front of loads of new people. So you can do podcast interviews, okay? So you can batch them now, release them over the summer. You can interview other people. And then, they should be promoting your podcast to their audience.'cause that's the exchange when you are on someone else's podcast the exchanges that you promote their podcast to your audience, that gets them, that gets new people into your audience. You can be on other people's podcasts and get people into your audience. You can do guest expert collabs in memberships or masterminds. You can, get in front of other people using collabs or summits. Like I mentioned, I gotta mentioned this in the previous episode, but I lined up a whole bunch of collaboration bundles and summits that were gonna be like launching throughout the summer. I sent it all my information before I had my baby. I recorded it to the summit presentations before I had my baby. Sent it all in, all ready to go. I would get it in, I, if they gave me the promo stuff, I would get it in immediately. Schedule it out. And forget about it. And then I was able to get new people. I think I was part of Gemma Bonum Carter's AI Unlocked Summit last year. It's actually happening right now. And or it's coming up very soon. I think I got like 500 new email subscribers in a couple of weeks just from that summit. That is a really good way to grow your audience and get in front of new people. Email list content, right? So take your, some of your best emails and turn it into an Evergreen email sequence. Pull out some. I love my friend Leanne, teaches this how to build kind of an evergreen sequence that goes out weekly, like a weekly like mini newsletter that nurtures your audience without you having to be on all the time. And so you can take some of your best emails or you can just create a certain theme. And that's what I'm actually doing now. This is my, this is one of my projects this summer. So I'm gonna actually be pulling out some of my best stuff and turning it into these little mini emails that go out on Fridays.'cause I don't tend to email my list on Fridays and have, that is a really good way to keep your audience nurtured along the way. Another way you can do this is, evergreen reels or lives scheduled in, in advance, or having reels that you run and then you just run ads to right as engagement. So if you have a reel that has a call to action with comment this keyword or whatever, that if you see a reel that really pops off, make sure to have a plan to immediately use that as an engagement ad. Okay. Because that can really grow your list really well and get you in front of people regularly. So again, I do think you can, you need to be able to nurture your audience and get in front of new people, okay? You need to do both of those things. It does not necessarily mean you be posting every day, because putting some money behind one post can do you the same. Good. If it's one really good post, do you so well, and it will be almost like, it's basically the same as posting daily, lower quality posts. You're just trying to pump out content just for the sake of pumping out content because. People we do not lack for content online, especially with chat GPT, there's so much out there that you do not need to just add more like, oh, here's how I, you know how to do this and how to do that. You don't know. They can ask chat, GPT how to do this or do that. They don't need you. What they wanna know is your lived experience, exactly how you do things, your take on things. And that's not something that can be done by ai, but it's also not something that can just be pumped out. I don't know. What gets pumped out milk. That's a really bad, that is a really bad example because it is not easy to pump milk. So my point being visibility does not have to mean volume. It means strategic placement. So where can you show up once or minimally and keep getting seen? Also, you can also have, if you have a podcast or YouTube, use those. You use those anchor pieces of content to repurpose into smaller pieces of content that will get in front of your audience. What I did when I was when I was on maternity leave was I had so much content that like that I had built up like this content repository, so to speak, right? Where I just literally just had folders and folders of Google Docs full of posts. So what I did was I decided, I had it by week and I knew exactly like the basic subject I was talking about by week.'cause I divided up like by like topic. So let's say one week was about investing in yourself and one week was about, I don't know. Growing your audience and one week was about nurturing your audience, whatever it was. So I literally just picked the documents that I picked, the documents that I used in the past, I gave'em to my va. She optimized them or changed them based on sh. Okay. My daughter just came in the door. I have's big exercise ball that my baby is obsessed with. And so she came in to get it. What was I talking about? Oh, yeah, repurpose content, right? So I had a bank of content to reuse, gave it to my va. I'm like, okay, so this, these are the topics you're gonna be doing. Okay. Week one, week this, week two, this week three this. I went in there, just changed the the post if I needed to slightly, because some of them were like, I'm pregnant with my baby and I already had my baby. So I would change it to that. And she posted it for me. And I was able to nurture my audience and sell, because those were, a lot of those were sales posts. I was able to continue selling throughout the summer without even having to show up. I had six to seven weeks of content just going out without me literally touching a single bit of social media as far as posting went, because my VA took care of that for me. So that was really convenient. So if you already have content that you have already created and has done well, save it, right? And that's what I've been doing now. I actually have been saving my content in a content calendar. With the date, with the details, with the with the stats. So I can look back and be like, oh, this worked here. This didn't work so well. This is why I can repurpose. This is what I don't need. And I'm able to reuse it because honestly, like you can definitely reuse content. It is not about, it's not about having to just create fresh. Maybe people need to hear the same thing again, right? Or maybe you just say it a slightly different way, or use a slightly different hook, but the content is the same. So how can you leverage what you already have, right? Same as point number one, leverage what already works, right? Take the content that worked and use it again, because why create it once and only use it once? Especially because social media is so much of social media is. Like just more. And I don't have energy for more and more these days. I really don't. Okay. The next part is delegating delivery. So this is where your real CEO mom energy is gonna come in. So ask yourself, what am I still doing that somebody else could do? Where am I bottlenecking my own delivery? And what systems are missing that would make things easier? Delegate or systemize, things like client communication, right? Maybe you have a plan, like they ask this question, I answer this I answer this answer. Or I only answer questions between Tuesday and Thursday. Or I don't know. If there are questions about billing go to this person. If it's questions if it's this, then go to that. If you have, do you have SOPs for those things? If you don't have a systemized onboarding process and an offboarding process, you need that ASAP, okay? Because there's nothing like a smooth onboarding process that brings people into your world in a really beautiful, like calm sort of way where they get access to everything they need. They're not like, oh, I can't find this. I can't find that. They know exactly where to find it. And I'm actually re I'm actually re-recording like my onboarding process for my mastermind and for my collective now because I have new things. I deliver in a slightly different way. So I wanna make sure that anyone who comes in gets immediately onboarded in the most smooth just very flowy sort of way that's not gonna require a lot of back and forth when they come in. Email replies, right? So replies like for customer service and stuff like that. Again, having SOPs, right? If people ask these questions, answer this. If it's this kind of question, this has to escalate to me. Otherwise you can answer it, right? Know what your VA can do and what you can, what you absolutely need to do. And if you don't already have a VA at six figures, get one. That's all I'm gonna say. And I know it's easier said than done because because it is not easy to find a good. Assistant. It's not I had a really bad one, so I know I had a really amazing one. Then I had a really bad one. Now I have a new one who is Ama, she's really fantastic. She's really great. And I, and it's fantastic. But I also, I also realize that I don't know, it's not a simple thing. It's not a simple thing to, to find the right person who works with the way you think and who understands you, the way you communicate, and. Can do the things that you want off your hands. Okay. Content design and repurposing. Like I said, my va des like I will give my va the content and she will design the carousels for me right now. I love that. That's really great. And I'm actually, I'm asking her to create templates so she can make it like just simpler. I'm like, the front can be pretty, make the one the inside even like just make the ones on the inside. Boring. I don't care if they're boring. I want the front to grab attention. If people are still reading, then that's great, but all I need is people to just stop the scroll and start reading because again, the more I, the more I'm out of Canva, the better. Trust me, I. The more I'm out of Canada, the better your time should be spent in creation and leadership and strategy, not daily admin stuff. And if you are still in the weeds with daily admin, then you are the bottleneck and you are not gonna be able to take any time off, let alone the summer. And my last point for you is to think beyond this summer. Summer is not necessarily gonna be a pause. It can be a setup. And what you do now can compound into a super powerful Q4, right? So build nurture sequences now, right? Or have your va like collect your emails. You can look through them and see which ones worked, which ones didn't, and build them into a beautiful nurture sequence. Test out ads or funnels. Now book podcast interviews. Now prep your offer, suite and timeline. Now, right now, you could be thinking about. September, October, November, December, the end of the year. Don't just survive summer, but you can actually use it to stack momentum for the rest of the year. Like I'm doing my summit, my, an upcoming summit in July. I have my pod funnel that's gonna be launching. I have an amazing really birthday month that's happening that's going to compound into August, right? So it's not just about surviving and just getting through. You can actually take some of your downtime when things are a little quieter maybe in business and use it to really just do some CEO deep thinking. Okay. So don't look at it as, don't look at it as this sort of oh my God, no. I have to stop everything and pick it up again September. No, this can actually be leveraged as your like thinking time, right? Very often we don't pause enough to think about why we're doing things the way we're doing them. And this is a great opportunity to learn to slow down and just observe and see what's been working this year and just take some time to think, take some time to think about. Your business, and that's what I'm gonna be doing this year. So let's recap. Okay. Number one is auditing your assets. Right, leveraging what already works. Number two is building evergreen systems now to drive sales later affiliates, email sequences, front end funnels, things like that. Number three is choosing visibility strategies that scale with ease. So using ads to get people into your world or. More stacked visibility like summits or in podcast interviews, things like that. Delegate de delegate and streamline your delivery. Now if you don't have SOPs yet, start building them out. Start systemizing. Start. Automating onboarding, offboarding delivery and things like that. And play the long game. I'm always about the long game. Okay? Use summer to prep for Q4. Use the downtime to think about Q4, what you want the rest of the year to look like. What you want summer to look like. You've already built something amazing. All right, now let it work for you even when you're offline. Alright, so if you want my eyes on your business to help you make the most of this, make the most of the summer, make the most of the rest of the year. We're almost halfway through the year.
