We help incredible business moms JUST LIKE YOU to go from struggling solopreneurs to Confident CEO Moms! Inside this show, we'll be diving into the highs and lows of raising your family AND building your business. I started my virtual assistant business as a mom of 4 little boys, just wanting to make an extra $1K a month to help support my family. After growing a 6-figure service based business, and having my 5th child (and first girl!) in 2020, I pivoted into coaching moms through building their businesses in a way that worked FOR their family. Multiple 6-figure years later (for me AND my clients), I want to share everything I know about raising a family while being an ambitious business owner!

It is the end of July. It maybe your year didn't go exactly as planned. Maybe it went exactly as you planned, which. I am so happy for you because I don't know, this year has thrown me a lot of curve balls. I don't know about you. Maybe your signature offer didn't sell the way it used to. Maybe you feel like you spent more time, in Canva putting together the perfect carousel than actually selling. And now you might be wondering, is it too late to turn this around? I don't know. We're over halfway through the year. And what I want you to know is that. The year is not over. Okay, you were just getting warmed up. This is not the end of your story. This is the part where the plot twists in your favor. So in today's episode, I wanna talk about why Q4 is always the best season for growth, even if Q1 to Q2, Q3, maybe. Weren't as great. I'm gonna talk about the real secret to creating momentum fast and how to breathe new life into your old offers without building anything new. Plus, I'm gonna be sharing my own behind the scenes and how I'm mapping out my Mastermind launch for September, October and why this really makes a difference. Okay. And. As I am Jewish, so we have actually have the high holidays coming up in September and October. So I wanna talk a little bit about how I navigate around that, but how I'm still utilizing this time of year to create massive momentum. Welcome to the Raising Your Business Podcast. I'm your host, Al Behan, founder of CEO Mom Academy, mom of Six and Lifelong Reading addict. This podcast is here to empower moms to run their businesses and lives like the powerhouse CEO. They are. I want you to believe that you can have the business success you desire. And be present with your family and to give you my best tips and strategies for how to make that happen. I'll be sharing the honest reality of balancing business and motherhood biz models that work for you. Marketing simplicity, and the mindset of A CEO, mom. Now let's dive in. Okay. Story time. Let me tell you, fall is where my business always just comes alive. I've had really great launches earlier in the year too. It's not that fall is the only time I ever make money, but I don't know, fall just kinda gives me this really this really great energy. Okay. Historically my best quarter generally has been Q4. I remember my best ever quarter. I dunno if it was my best ever quarter, but it was the most fun and exciting quarter was Q4 of 2022. This is the first time I realized the power of what I'm gonna be sharing here. I had. My five kids. I was planning my oldest son's bar mitzvah which was a lot. Okay. It was a lot. And it was also my first experience having a teenager and love this. I love him so much. He's 15 now. He's 15 and a half. I'm so proud of him. He is just such an incredible person, such an incredible boy, and he's really is just so responsible and ambitious and motivated. I just I really could not ask for a better son, a better oldest son. I have five, four other ones, but at the time he was going into his teenage stage and this was my first. Experience doing this. And I feel like because he's always been like a little more mature for his age, he decided, I dunno if he decided, but he had his really rebellious teenage stage. Like it started really early and my husband and I were really at this place of like just mass confusion. We're like, we know how to do little kids. We know how to do, medium kids, teenagers are a whole other beast. And we were just so confused. Okay. I also, I had my, I had, my daughter was still little and and my, she was two years old and my kids were all had their own things going on. And I think I was running my business in about 15 hours a week or so. And I ended up having my highest earning quarter ever. And the reason why was because I leaned all the way into what I call buzz energy. And I wasn't actually launching, I did not launch anything new that quarter. Okay. I was simply talking about what was already working louder, clear, and more often, and the fact was people were ready. They were refocused. They were ready to move on business and I gave him a reason to move and they did. And that is exactly what I'm gonna be doing again this year. And September and October is when I'm going all in on selling the CEO Mom Mastermind. I truly believe long as a long-term space, there is like nowhere better to be. I recognize that not everyone is ready for it. They're not necessarily at the stage for it. But for the people who are, for the moms who are ready to scale beyond one-to-one and create leverage in their business while working less you need to be in here. Okay, you need to be in here. And I'm not gonna be just casually mentioning it and be like, oh, there's a one here, there's one there. But I'm gonna be building intentional aligned buzz around it. Because buzz creates energy, and energy moves people. And so you'll have to excuse me'cause my voice is still, I thought my voice was doing better, but apparently it's not. I have my throat coat tea over here that I'm gonna take, be taking sips from throughout this throughout this episode. But if I get a little hoarse, it means I'm getting excited. So what do I mean by buzz? Alright. Buzz is the trigger for momentum. Okay? Momentum does not start with a sale. It starts with a shift in your energy and momentum is one of my favorite words. Ever. Okay. My clients know this. Everyone knows this. I had a program called Momentum Collective. It's wrapping up now a little bit. But, I'm always about momentum. How can I create momentum? How can I capitalize on existing momentum? How can I keep this momentum going? But sometimes you need to create it yourself. Alright. And when you create buzz, people start paying attention. Okay? They lean in, they ask questions, they watch your stories longer, they remember why they were interested in the first place. And this buzz can come from things like teasing what's coming. It can come from sharing behind the scenes. It can come from sharing, new ideas or new ways of thinking about an idea that already exists, right? You can come from talking about your offer every day for six weeks straight. Okay? I said what I said I really mean it. And I think that sometimes, we can get, especially I know me and I'm guilty of this, you can get a little bored talking about the same thing over and over again. But the truth is, when it comes down to it, I I find that if you do the pre-work enough. And you think about your offer enough you will find that there are so many angles that you can take to do the same thing, to talk about the same thing, to bring attention to the same thing. And you actually need to cover different angles and talk to different buyer types at different stages because everyone. Buys differently. Everyone buys for different reasons, right? Everyone has different trigger points that, that, that will get them to take that action. And so you want to make sure that you are, when you have an offer that is a signature offer, whatever that is for you, I highly recommend some sort of scalable offer. Okay? I highly recommend it. And I can, and actually teach how to productize your services so that they become more and more scalable, right? But. I highly recommend some sort of, longer term space or a higher, a premium space that's gonna give you, payment plans and really up your monthly recurring revenue. When you have a signature offer like that, you have to be committed to talking about it until you are blue in the face. Okay. Because if you are not committed to talking about it, and I'm saying this to myself too, I'm like, people should know that. Like I am the person to teach moms how to build their businesses alongside their family. I have six children, I've done this with four children, five children, six children. Like I have done this. Like I, I can do this in my, with my eyes closed. But if I don't talk about it enough, which I have not been because I have just been tired, I've been tired I've just been like, there's been a lot going on in my personal life. That has just really sap my energy. And social media itself has sap my energy as well. Although I, it's funny'cause I as I, I had the real secrets intake form that people were filling out as they, as they came in. And I had some really great I got some really great feedback. And I got this beautiful I got this beautiful. Response to someone who said, I found El through a bundle about a year or so ago. My inbox is overrun, but whenever I see her name, I read the email. I just really resonate with her story of being a mom of six and having several successful businesses, and I think that's really cool. And that made me so happy because I feel like sometimes sometimes there's. There could be a feeling of I'm talking and nobody's listening, or I'm screaming into the ether and nobody's paying attention. Because I find that people are definitely engaging less these days. There's just a, there's just less, people maybe don't wanna raise their hand up for something'cause they're like, what if people think that I want this? Or what do people think that they're good? I'm gonna buy from them. I don't wanna raise my hand. So people tend to lurk a lot longer. But it doesn't mean that they're not paying attention. Okay. It does not mean they're not paying attention. And I was listening to an episode, a podcast episode by my friend Steph Crowder, who who has the Courage and Clarity podcast, and she was saying, talking about her most recent launch, and she said that she actually did not she tried a lot of different things to add buzz and add momentum to her launch because again, people are just buying differently these days. Things are just a little bit different, but it does not mean that they're not buying is my point. So you have the power to create buzz. You have the power to create momentum. Okay, Al, thank you so much. How do you do this? Okay, so I want you to think of Q4 as a series of dominoes, okay? You launch your signature offer. Okay? I this is how I think of it, right? September is visibility month. October is launch month for your signature. November is the Black Friday like sale where people, the people who were lurking and the fence sitters come off the fence. And then December is where you have an end of year event that sets the stage for your January momentum. That's where you pre-sell whatever you're gonna be delivering in January. It is not about launching a million different things. Okay. It is about creating a narrative that builds, and the best part is that buzz doesn't just sell one offer. Quick pause here because this is exactly the kind of work that we're doing inside something new that I'm rolling out quietly behind the scenes. I haven't made a big splash about this yet. We're still in kinda like the secret presale space, but if you're listening to this and thinking, okay, I need to do this. I wanna create buzz, I wanna launch my signature, I wanna pre-sell into 2026, but I don't really trust myself to necessarily stick to it or stay really clear on the plan. Like I just need a plan. I need someone to tell me what to do and when to do it. Okay. And I know as a mom sometimes, like we just have decision fatigue and it just really helps to have clarity and follow a plan. And if that is you, then you need to be in this room. It is intimate, it is strategy heavy. It's also mindset heavy and it's designed specifically for the midyear reframe, the kind of momentum stacking that we're talking about right now. So if you want the details, DM me the word SKP. Okay. SKP on Instagram and I will send you the private info. Just trust me if you're in the messy middle right now and you want this Q4 to actually move a needle for you, this is for you. Alright, now let's get back to it. My favorite thing to tell my clients, this is so true, it's happened for me over and over again, is that everything sells everything, okay? When you create excitement about one offer, it lifts up everything else. You'll start seeing people inquire about other services or checking out your other programs, or older clients can reengage people, start binging your content and will DM you about something that you weren't even promoting. This is why Buzz Works, okay? It's not just about the launch itself, it's about the vibe of the launch. And if your signature offer feels like it's maybe gone a little cold, right? It feels a little stale. You're like, I don't even know what, I can talk about it already. And and if you don't have a signature offer yet, then reach out to me on Instagram. Let's talk about it. Okay. So if you feel like you have an offer that you've sold in the past, like that's like what you're known for, but you just haven't gotten as much interest in it recently, you haven't just been interested in talking about it as much. Here is the reframe. Okay? You do not need to create something new. You need to re-energize what already works, so you can tell fresh stories about your past clients or look at a past client story through a new lens. You can break down the why behind your framework, how the original reason, you created your framework and exactly how you came up with it. You can reconnect with the original mission behind your offer. Right when I get like really like feeling like, oh my God, like I've already talked about this so much. I just don't know what else I can say. I really try to reconnect back to like, why am I still doing this? Why am I not just going out and getting a marketing job? I could go out and get a marketing job in five seconds, like literally if I wanted to, which I do not. Okay. I don't wanna leave the house. I don't wanna be outta the house. I actually can't, honestly, because my husband's job does not lend itself to having a parent, having both parents outta the house. I, I need to be home in order for him to have his job, which he loves. So I know that the reason why I'm not just quitting everything, going out and getting a marketing job is because even through the downs and ups and all the different parts of my business, my why is still there and my why is to help more moms have choices. I want you to have a choice about how you wanna spend your money, how you wanna spend your time, what you wanna do with your family, how many children you wanna have. I want you to have choices, okay? So that is my original mission, and when I reconnect back to that, I get excited again. All right? Excitement is contagious, but it has to start with you. Okay? So here's a little reframe for you. For this, end of July going into August I and going into August, you might be like it's still the summer. I promise you people are thinking about the fall. People are thinking about the rest of the year. Some people are, some people's kids are going back to school. I have some clients whose kids are going back to school. My kids are just finishing school. Okay. So August is actually my month where I'm basically like home with all. Wow. Okay. I'm basically home with all six of my kids. And my husband is going to be away on a intensive course a paramedic a paramedic specializing course for two of those weeks. Okay. So my boys are off for three weeks and my daughter's been off since the 21st of July, and she's gonna be, home with me until September 1st. My boys start school a week earlier than her, so they have three weeks off. So we have one week as we're doing a whole family next week, we're doing a whole family kind of family trips and day trips and, my husband took time off from work, so we're gonna really just, go into just the experience of doing things together. Which doesn't always happen because again generally when vacations overlap, it means that there's a holiday and so we're busy, right? So this is really exciting for us. And then the two weeks after that, I'm pretty much gonna be solo parenting for two weeks with my husband away and my, all six of my children home. And I don't like to complain. Okay? Because there are many moms here in Israel who have been doing this for months. Their husbands have been in the reserves and they've been solo parenting. Ongoing, so I'm trying not to complain about it, but it I'm not gonna say I'm not a little intimidated by the idea, and so I, I know though that. I am an exception, especially, states wise. A lot of schools are starting in August. Okay? And so I want you to realize that people are thinking about the rest of the year. This is the time to start showing up even in small ways, but just start getting yourself in front of people. Looking for collab opportunities. I already have I'm applying for five different collabs coming up which I'm really excited about. Because I've just found that has really done a lot to grow my audience and really bring aligned people into my world. And just thinking about this is the time to think about the rest of the year. And actually in in the new program that I'm gonna be running this year, I'm gonna be giving you access to our CEO Mom Mastermind virtual retreat. Our planning retreat, we're in August. We are going to be planning out September, October, November, December, like making these step-by-step plan to make sure you are creating momentum at every juncture in a very low lift sort of way, right? Not anything crazy because we're moms and we're busy, but you can create buzz. Even in limited time, okay? So I want you to hear this. Alright? You are not behind. Your offer is not outdated, alright? You are actually early. You are early to your next season. You're early to your next level. You're early to your next breakthrough. Thinking about Q4 now is going to be the smartest thing you can do because it is not just the wind down of the year, it is the warmup for what's coming next year. And if you start building that buzz now, start showing up now, not in October, not in panic mode, not oh my God, I should probably do a Black Friday sale, but I have an emailed my list and two months you are gonna be light years ahead. If you're ready to take this momentum talk and actually apply it, okay? Not just nod along with this podcast while you're driving to Target. I'm very jealous. I missed Target. Then here's what to do next. DM me the word SKP on Instagram and I'm gonna send you everything you need to know about my upcoming. Private mini mind where we're gonna be going really deep into that offer clarity, your momentum strategy, and your visibility plan that actually fits your real life. This is where we're gonna be cleaning up your offer suite. We're gonna be simplifying your marketing and build the kind of sales flow that works while you're, doing carpool and, trying to figure out what's for dinner again. This is built for you. Okay? We are gonna be kicking off soon. And if you want Q4 to actually feel different, this is your move. Let's go. If you have any questions about this, whatever you know you wanna know, feel free to reach out to me on Instagram. I cannot wait to hear your thoughts about how you are going to turn your Q4 into momentum for this upcoming year. You can do it, you can do it in a really low lift way. I'm gonna be bringing in some client examples and stuff over the next few weeks to show you how you can do it in a way that aligns with your life. And I'm really excited to share this with you.
