Everyone thinks Q4 strategy starts with planning your Black Friday sale in October. But here's what I learned: the businesses that actually win during Black Friday and the holidays? They started setting up that success back in September.

In this special episode, I'm giving you the recording of my live training where I break down my proven Q4 strategy that I used to make $50K in just 60 days! This is the strategic, layered approach that gets you seen, known, and paid during the final months of the year, even with a small email list and no viral content.

I'm not holding anything back. You'll get the complete framework, three case studies showing how this works across different business models, and the exact strategy behind my "offer party" that brought in serious revenue during Black Friday—all without creating a single new product.

Prefer to watch the training and see how I map it all out on the screen? The training is embedded at the top of this page: https://yaelbendahan.com/skppod

What You'll Learn:

  • Why I think of September as the real start of Q4 (and how this mindset shift changes everything)
  • The exact breakdown of my Q4 strategy and what happened when I implemented it
  • My "offer party" approach - what I sold for five days straight without creating anything new and how I turned those offers into "feeders" for my premium program
  • Three real business owners and how they each applied this framework to their industries
  • Why launching something expensive first actually makes you more money (counterintuitive but true)
  • The mistake I see everyone making when they try to piece Q4 together solo
  • What I learned about competing with AI (spoiler: it's not what you think)

Hello. Hello. Welcome back to the podcast, and this is a really special episode because this is the recording of my training that I hosted yesterday, which is how to have a 50 KQ four. I'm literally giving you the step-by-step plan for exactly how I did it, and I also. Shared about like why the strategy, how this actually works. And I gave you three different other examples of different business owners or different business models that that can do the same. And I literally just mapped it all out for you, gave you the whole rundown. I held nothing back. And if you prefer to listen to audio, then this is gonna be great. Listen to this. If you want to see. The training. Okay. You want to you actually wanna see like where I'm sharing the screen and what I'm mapping out and what this looks like. It's a little, it's a little easier to understand when you see the actual screen, but you can still get a lot from it, just listening to the audio. If you prefer that, then i'm dropping the link in the description to the seen, known, paid mini mind. That I promoted at the end of this training and the replay is embedded at the top so you can watch the replay and just get a really good feel for the entire strategy and how it works. So just a heads up, seeing known paid is open for a special early bird price point at$300 off until the end of this week. And the first 10 people to join a couple of spots are already taken, actually get a signature offer audit, and I'm sharing with a little more about what that is inside the training, but it is literally a$2,500 one-to-one bonus. So I would definitely hop on that. If you have any questions about the mini mind. Exactly about what, how it would work, and if it's right for you. And if it makes sense for your business model or what you're currently doing, then by all means, reach out to me on Instagram and let me know what questions you have. I'm happy to chat. And without further ado, let's get started. Let's dive right in. Welcome to the Raising Your Business Podcast. I'm your host, Al Behan, founder of CEO Mom Academy, mom of Six and Lifelong Reading addict. This podcast is here to empower moms to run their businesses and lives like the powerhouse CEO. They are. I want you to believe that you can have the business success you desire. And be present with your family and to give you my best tips and strategies for how to make that happen. I'll be sharing the honest reality of balancing business and motherhood biz models that work for you. Marketing simplicity, and the mindset of A CEO, mom. Now let's dive in. So excited for this training. I go into a lot more depth on this whole strategy in my Sales Explosion masterclass. It has a lot of the specifics of everything, single stage and every single offer and everything you do and all of your options. But we're not gonna be going to that right now because we're focusing on the last four months of the year. So I say Q4. Okay. But the truth is, if you really think about it, I don't know. This is how I think about it.'cause I'm a mom and my world, so my life works in like school calendar years. So I think of September as basically like the beginning of Q4. Okay. I fully count September in there. Because first of all, I think it's an incredible month to like capitalize on. I see it as almost like a second January because. That same kind of new year energy that we get in January is, we have very similar energy in September. Because kinda like that back to school season and fall's coming and it's like I'm gonna organize things. I don't know why, but if January people are like, I'm gonna get in shape this year, like for me in September, I'm like, all the kids are back in school, I'm gonna like declutter. I'm gonna get this house in order. And then obviously the Jewish holidays come and I'm like, I'm not decluttering, I'm just too busy cooking and trying to keep everyone alive. But I want to do that. I feel like this like new fresh energy. And I very much capitalize on the energy of September in this process that I'm gonna be sharing with you today. And I am gonna be honest, I do not have any slides. I'm gonna be just sharing and also showing you on a whiteboard in here, in Zoom. What I'm talking about. Okay. So I'm also coming off. Lung things. I don't know what exactly it was, if it was pneumonia or bronchitis or a mix or something like that, that I had over the summer. Hence tea. And this is amazing. It's called Throat Coat Tea. It's I got it recommended by Elizabeth Maccray and she used it a lot like before she podcasts. And it really does help my throat. It's amazing. Okay, so let's get started. So first of all, I would love for you to kinda just drop your just introduce yourself in the chat really quick, because what I found is that when I'm going onto a live training, if I'm gonna spend the time in live training, I wanna use this as an opportunity for people to get to know me a little bit because like, why not? They might be looking for someone like me, or they might know someone who's looking for someone like me, or I might be looking for someone like them to help me, right? To hire or to work with or to partner with. So I'd love for you to drop in the chat like what you do, and who you help. And and because it is the end of summer and it's the end of like relaxation, although, let's be honest, okay, we're mothers. I have not really relaxed much this summer. I'm gonna be honest with you, there has been, there's been a lot of stuff happening but just downtime with nothing to do. I haven't been bored in probably 17 years but I wanna just I do, I did take time during the summer. One of the things I love to do is watch a comfort show that just go re-watch an old show sort of thing where I just feel like this is okay, it's good, it's comforting. I'll stick it in between, maybe while I'm nursing the baby, maybe I'm doing other stuff. Sometimes while I work I have it just playing. So for me it's parenthood this summer I'm like Rewatching parenthood. I remember watching it the first time. So please drop your name and what you do and what is your comfort show that you go back to whenever you just need to watch something and know what's gonna happen right afterwards. Okay. So if you do not know me yet, okay, I am yel then he. I am a mom of six children, gorgeous children, thank God. My oldest is six 15 and a half, said 16. He looks like a 16-year-old. He's 15 and a half. And my youngest is, has just turned one in June. So it's quite a range as you can imagine. And I'm dealing with all the stages right now. And I'm a business coach for moms who want to scale their businesses while growing their families. Okay. Because I really feel that a lot of the stuff that's taught in today's online space is not necessarily geared towards people on a schedule that does not necessarily belong to them. Or it goes all the way in the other direction. It's that toxic like beach babe kind of vibe where it's like if you're working more than two hours a week, then you must not have a limiting mindset, right? Which is unrealistic.'cause you gotta work. You do have to work to make money. But you don't, you can work smarter rather than harder. And that's what I wanna help you do. And in this training, I'm gonna teach you how to turn Q4 into your most profitable quarter yet. And I'll be sharing the exact plan that I used to make$50,000 in 60 days. That sounds like a, it's like one of those oh that's so cliche. Oh, that's so just 50 K in 60 days, it sounds like too good to be true. When I actually realized that it happened, I was like, this sounds this, like I can't even talk about this'cause it sounds like ridiculous. I'm not gonna stand out from like anybody else in the market. But the fact is it did happen. And I'm gonna be honest with you, I don't have a huge following. Okay? I, my email list hovers around between 2000, 2,500 people because I probably don't, I haven't grown my audience as much as I probably should have this past year because I was a little busy with the baby. And I also I also am always cleaning my email list. So like it's always, I have a list scrub sequence that goes out so people who are not engaged get removed. Okay? So I don't have, I don't have a large following like at all. Alright? I've never gone viral. One second. I'm sending my husband in SOS like all my kids are outside my office door. I don't know if you can hear them, but they're all like, they've had to like, have whatever arguments or whatever they had to do literally two feet away. Why? I have no idea they have another parent here, but but this is basically our life, right? And the first time I used the strategy was back in 2022. Okay. This was three years ago. It was after that whole COVID boom. 20 20, 20 21 was really was really great. He was really fantastic.'Cause everyone was getting all this money and then they were spending all this money. And then by, by kind of 2022 things were starting to simmer down a little bit. And that's also when AI started getting really popular as well. And and so this is not like during that like boom of like free money that everyone was spending. It was as it was fading. And I, we were making our first bar mitzvah for my oldest son. And we didn't really know what to expect or how much anything was gonna cost. And like all we knew was like what people told us. And we hadn't really saved up like, as such for that because we had, we didn't even have any concept of what it was even gonna cost. We're like, okay, I guess we'll figure it out when we come to it. And as we were coming to it and things were adding up and we're like, wow, this is a lot of money to drop on like one long weekend. But it is what it is and you're even trying to keep it as small as we could. But thank God we each are one. My husband and I each are one of six. My hus, all my husband's siblings are flying in from England. Everyone was going to be there because it was the first bar mitzvah on both sides. It was like a really big deal. It was the biggest one we made, we've made to date, we've, I've only made two. It's probably gonna be the biggest one we're ever going to make. And I was like, okay, it would be really great if I had some extra money because I didn't factor this in mentally and I did plan to do a Black Friday sale. I always had that in the back of my head okay, I'm gonna do something for Black Friday. In fact, I launched my first mini course. My first funnel was launched on Black Friday by accident. It was my LinkedIn Leads Mastery mini course. And I made like over$4,000 in that one black Friday week, like from Black Friday to Cyber Monday. Which was also crazy'cause it started like a$37 like offer and it blew up from there. It was amazing. And so I was just like, okay, I wanna make, we need to make money this quarter. Like we need, something needs to happen here. And the thing is, I figured out when I implemented this I had this plan. In fact, I actually have a record of I had my, I had a summer, I called it Summer cash camp. It was like a summer program that I'd sold right before the summer started. And I had a private podcast where I was dropping all this, like I was dropping kinda like behind the scenes and strategies and mindset shifts and things like that. And I actually said, here's my Q4 plan. Let's see how this goes. And then I did like a recap afterwards here's how this went. And it was really amazing. The fact is that Q4 is not necessarily gonna be about hustling or discounting yourself into the ground, okay? Because that's gonna just be a recipe for burnout, right? It's about having a very simple layered plan that makes you seen by more people known for what you do and paid for what you do. Okay? And I'm gonna show you the exact roadmap of how I did this. Okay? So I had my signature group program at the time it was called CEO Mom Academy. It was$5,000 for nine months. Okay, so I just wanna say, I wanna point this out. Yeah. People are like, oh, I made whatever, 50 K in 16 days, and it's oh, I sold whatever, three 20 K offers or whatever. I'm like, no. Like I did not I was selling a$5,000 offer. Quite a few people paid in full actually for this, like more than I thought were gonna pay in full for it. But it was, I'd say 50 K in sales, but like at least 50% of that was in cash. Okay. So let's, so just for transparency's sake, okay. It was$50,000 in sales. It was not$50,000 in cash. I think over 25,000 of it was in cash over those 60 days. Maybe more, actually now I'm thinking about it because the last one was definitely painful too. So probably about 60 just to 65% of it was cash and the rest was gonna be payment plans. So in September I was like, okay, let's talk about a. All this what I do and how I help my clients. I was at my CEO Mom Academy. It was all about helping moms build a business around the signature offer in 20 hours a week to make six figures. Okay? And so I relaunched CEO Mom Academy in October. It was a webinar. It was a webinar, it was like a live training, but it was longer than the average webinar. I went really deep and it was not like super fancy. It was like literally just a webinar and follow up emails. Seven women joined, okay, at 5K each. That was$35,000. And then in November I was like, I'm gonna do something interesting for Black Friday.'cause I've always discounted things here and there. I'd seen people do this and I thought it was cool. So I did an offer party. And now it's, the funny thing is this became really popular, especially last year if you guys saw if you're in the internet space, Gemma Bonum Carter was like, buy Black Friday in a box, five days of deals, right? This was before she did five days of deals. I think actually I think it was the same year she did the, her first five days of deals, or she started making it like a thing. But I was like, I'm gonna just offer something different every day. I'm gonna offer a an all access pass before it starts. Okay. So if people pay me, I think it was$2,000. They got everything that I sold in those five days. And and I also sent out a catalog ahead of time so people like, were waiting for it. Okay. They knew what I was gonna sell. It wasn't like a, it wasn't a surprise because I really find like curiosity is important for sure. But I do find that people now like, there's, there, there is a little bit of a trust recession here. And there is a certain people just need to know people. Like I, I do feel like the more information you can give people the better as long as it's the right information. So that offer party itself. Brought in$8,000 plus another$2,000.'cause one person bought the all access pass. Again, like I said, I don't have a huge audience. Okay. It was not like thousands and thousands of people were seeing my stuff. It was probably like a few hundred at most. And then another person after watching all the buzz of CEO Mom Academy and then of my Black Friday sale was like what do I get access to if I join CO Mom Academy? I'm like all of this stuff. And she was like, okay, I am joining. And she paid in full What honey are your shoes? They're in, I don't think they're in here. No. They're not in here. Okay. So I. That was over. So then, okay, so if you're doing the math so that's$35,000 for the group program launch and then$10,000 in Black Friday plus like a week, the week after that was another$5,000 in cash. So that was$50,000. Okay. Within 60 days. And that does not even count, by the way, anything I sold in December, which was like pre-selling for the next year, I did another mini launch for COM Academy in December. And so I don't even count that because most of that was paid in the following year. Okay. So I'm not even counting that anymore. And here's the key, okay? This was not luck, it was God obviously, because you can't do anything without him. But it was very, it was a very strategic plan. Okay? So I'm going to show you where is my whiteboard documents. Okay. Alright. Does everyone see this whiteboard? Can everyone see it? Yes. For, yeah. Okay. Okay, Angela. Okay. Everyone can see it. All right. So we have no, I don't wanna star. Okay. We have September, which it wa which it was very hardcore on. Oops. Wait, where's my notes? Have my notes. Okay. Which was getting seen. Okay. So that was about audience growth. Okay. No, honey, I can't that was about visibility and audience growth. That was when I really I really went all in on creating content that was gonna grow my audience. I put out freebies that was gonna grow my audience. I put freebies like in, in people's, in Facebook groups and things like that. I have run very few ads in my time. I'm actually considering starting to do ads this year.'cause I feel like. I just I wanna just narrow down some backend funnels and then I'm gonna turn on ads because I feel like I've done a lot organically and I'm just tired. I'm tired of organic, of just organic. Anyway this is about getting seen by more people. Okay? Getting more people into your audience. Number one, you can do this through audience growth methods. And I have so many, I have an entire vault of audience growth methods that work both paid and unpaid. And and that's gonna be where you also really narrow in on your messaging. You're gonna be able to see from the from the stuff you put in that, like the, sorry, the content that you put out, that, like what lands with people, what emails get opened, what things get clicked on, right? Like that is the best place for you to really see like what is really landing, what makes people raise their hands or get excited or what or get touched by what you do, right? Then October is get known. Okay? Get known for your expertise. Alright, so that is obviously that is your signature offer. I ideally so you're gonna launch your signature offer. The cool thing about the cool thing about launching a signature offer is generally your signature offer should be relatively premium, whatever premium means for your audience, again, because it's gonna mean different things to different people. If you are primarily focused on customers, right? Consumer, right? B2C your signature is gonna be, is gonna be less just generally, but it's not always the case. I know fitness and wellness coaches who charge$10,000 for six months. They have results and people want their results, right? But I will say that the average is going to be more lower end than much, much higher end, right? Business coaches can sell things for$50,000 to a hundred thousand dollars, whatever,$10,000. They could do that. And if they can show a clear financial return on investment, then people will buy. If they won't show their return investment, then obviously it's gonna be hard for people to buy. But when it comes to business to customer, it really depends. Okay? And it really depends on, on, on the audience that you're selling to and what you're doing. And that is like launching your signature offer and getting known for it. And you're also gonna see, I obviously get seen, get known and get paid. You're also gonna get paid. You're also gonna get paid in October, let's be honest, because you're selling a signature offer. But why is this really important? Why is selling a signature offer? Really important is because that is becoming your anchor. And what I mean by your anchor is people are going to see what does it cost to work with you? What does it cost to work with you? And then when they see that, even if they're not, they might not be quite ready for it. Some people are gonna jump in, they'll be like, yes, I'm ready. Some people are not gonna be ready, but they're gonna have it in their heads. Okay, so to work with her is gonna be minimum X. Okay? And then in Black Friday or November, and you don't have to, it doesn't have to be on Black Friday, it could just be a November sale. Like you could do it before Black Friday. That's also okay. I actually recommend getting a little bit ahead of the Black Friday, stuff and doing maybe some sort of affiliating thing on Black Friday. But now all you've collected this kind of here, I'm gonna just do this. Okay, let's, these are people, okay? You have this big pool of leads, right? Now, not all these people are going to buy your signature offer because it's premium. You're not expecting loads of people to buy your signature offer. But what you can potentially, you're gonna get like this many people, right? That many people go back in here, okay? But now you've got all these people and what are you gonna do with them? This is where you're gonna get them. You're not gonna get them, but they're gonna be like, oh my gosh, it costs 5K to work with her. But I can get the curriculum version of her course for a thousand dollars, right? Oh, it costs, a thousand dollars to work with her. But I can get the an audit of whatever I do for$200, right? Black Fridays, where are you going to, you are gonna have some level of discount, or you're gonna have some sort of front end offer that is maybe the first step of what you do, or a, again a part of what you do with less support. Like the curriculum only version. I think I actually did that. One of the things I sold was CO Mom Academy. Just by the curriculum. Okay. No, no coaching, just the curriculum and just the lessons, which were excellent. Okay. And people jump, people are like, Ooh, that's exciting. I want that. If I'm not quite ready for the coaching yet, but I wouldn't mind just seeing what, what's going on in there.'cause I, they watched the launch. They saw the launch, there was loads of buzz around the launch. And then they hopped in over here. Okay. And then in December is you're gonna be, is gonna be basically planning, you're, this is the December you're sell, you're basically selling for you're gonna pre-sell. Oops. I'm very a little OCD like this. Pre-sell, you're pre-selling for the next. Because. There's, people are in that zone. They're thinking about who do I wanna invest in? Going forward now, since you've been creating so much buzz and so much, energy and people are like really hearing from you'cause they're hearing from you in September when you're getting all visible and getting your audience, growing your audience. Then you're hearing from you in October when you do your whole big launch and then you're hearing from you in November when you're doing your whole big Black Friday splash. Then in December you're like, okay, let's do some sort of conversion event or something that's gonna lead people to whatever it is I do in for January. You don't even have to sell, you don't have to like, be like, oh no, I don't wanna sell in December because I'm gonna be busy. I have my family, we have the holidays, my coaching client, Catherine, who is in my CEO Mom Mastermind, she is a, she's primarily a one-to-one service provider? Yes.'cause she she is a branding stylist. She is a brand shoot stylist. She helps people basically style their, like their brand photo shoots. And she helps like the people who are doing the brand photo shoots pick out their clothes and she goes on the day and she styles them. Obviously it costs a pretty penny. Okay. But what she decided to do was, there are a lot of photographers who can't really afford to, or photographer clients who can't afford to hire her, but the photographers really could use this skill. And so she sold her course in December. Okay. She did something very simple. She did not even do a live training. She just did a beta, like a beta launch essentially. Just, really just getting people revved up and excited and creating a wait list. And then opened the doors to the wait list and she sold, I think she got 14 people in her first round of students. And she has a list of a little over 200 people. So do the math. That's a very high conversion rate. Alright? She killed it and what she said was, great, you're in, you're so lucky you got this for the lowest price it's ever going to be. I will be starting this in January now I'm gonna go and and have fun with my family and do do the holidays with my family. She came back in a week into January, started delivering her course. It is fantastic. Then she launched it again, made another, made even more money because she then had some really great upsells in the backend. And and now she's ready to put it on evergreen. Okay. So when you're pre-selling for January, you can say, okay, your time starts in January, right? Or a week into January. Give yourself some time to ease back in after the holidays. So that's why I really like doing this in December because you do the big sale, you, you do your conversion event, you get your people in the door, you maybe give them some sort of really quick win or access some curriculum or something like that, and you're like, great, I will see you next year. And then you have money already pre-sold and already pre-filled in a way for the upcoming year. Each month builds on the last, so in September, again, this is the foundation month, right? If no one knows you or understands what you do here, I can have a very hard time selling over here. Okay? So here you're gonna clarify who you help and how you help them, right? You're getting very clear on that to everybody else. You're gonna lock in, you're gonna be like, you're gonna know what your signature offer is, so you can create that messaging around it. Okay? We're gonna, we do when I do my clients, I do messaging exercises where we literally. Come up with so many messaging angles for their one offer, right? And you just rotate through your pillars and as you create content. And then focus on, okay, how can I get in front this in front of as many people as possible? This can be through freebie swaps. This can be through bundles or summits. This can be through ads if you want to. This can be through even just running some money behind a reel or two that took off really well. This could be through using many chat Botts to grow your audience and grow your email list, right? There are so many ways, alright? And at this point, it's, this is a great time to build your visibility rhythm. So you're not, you don't feel like you're shouting into the void, but you know that you have a visibility plan that actually works for you, right? You know what actually fits into your life. What is possible for you? When I was doing when I was, when I started my whole coaching business, I had a service business. Before that, when I started my coaching sentiment business, I had one live training, a live video. On Wednesdays at 8:00 PM my time, which is 1:00 PM Eastern in my Facebook group for about half an hour. And then my coaching call for my clients started a half pass. So I had literally had only half an hour, did a live training every week, and that was, the live training was basically the theme of my week and all my content that we came out of the topic of that live training. Now I have a podcast, so it's it's like the same idea, but I just do it more on my own time and it's not live alright, which I do miss going live, but it's just not feasible for me in this season of my life. So you have to figure out what your rhythm is going to be. You have to figure out what your visibility plan is and one that actually makes sense for you that's gonna be sustainable throughout October, November, and December. As far as you plan on going in December, depending on when your holidays are. Sometimes we're lucky and Christmas and Hanukkah kind of overlap, which is great for me and my clients. Sometimes it doesn't. It is what it is. Okay? Then October is where you get known. Okay? You now you're creating a huge amount of buzz. So from September into October, you're creating a huge amount of buzz around your offer, okay? A huge amount of buzz around your offer. You're doing a live event or some sort of challenge or some sort of whatever, live series on Instagram or Facebook or LinkedIn, or your podcast, or YouTube, wherever you mostly show up, and you are gonna be launching very strategically, okay? You're launching your signature offer. You are anchoring in your pricing, your premium pricing, so everyone else, oh. Sorry. So everything else feels like a deal. And then you're gonna be building a lot of momentum and social proof and establishing your authority through that launch. Okay? Think about it. When you're launching something, what are you doing? You're gonna be posting about your expertise, about what you do, about how you help people. You're probably gonna be posting testimonials. You're posting social proof about, client case studies and screenshots, right? So all of that is creating authority for November, okay? Now you're leveraging this momentum. You're gonna create offers that fit into this bigger offer. Maybe it's gonna, it's the first step, maybe it's a sample of your bigger offer. Maybe it's gonna lead to your bigger offer on the back end. So last Black Friday when I ran my when I ran my Black Friday sale, I had just like a bunch of like little funnels, which I still have and I still run stuff too. And it was basically like people would come in from the front end or whatever funnel that was and there was at least one or two upsells or an upsell on a behind what they purchased in Black Friday, which is really fantastic. Alright. And those converted pretty well now. I was my that I will, I'll be honest, last year was not my best Black Friday ever. Because I had basically been like gone dark. I had just had a baby, okay. I had a baby in June, so June, July, August, September, October, November. He was five months sold. And we just had a lot going on here so there was just not it I was not. I did not do this. Let's put it that way. October was not as much of a momentum building month for me. So November was okay, it wasn't the best. But what it did do is I actually got a decent amount of sales in the back end. And all those things led to, hey, if you wanna check out CM Academy that, and now it's currently a course, a curriculum based course. So they, that was all on the backend. Okay? So that is the cool thing about this again, is, hey, Michelle, the cool thing about November right, is it captures the people who are not ready in October or maybe were not able, did not have the the money at the time to invest, right? But they wanted, they really wanted to get a sample, they wanted to get a taste of what you do. They wanted to get a taste of your work. Now, November, you're giving them that opportunity, okay? So it's very strategic. You're not just throwing something up and be like, oh, 40% off everything, which you could do, right? But if you're all gonna do that, then I highly recommend you are creating some sort of offer awareness on the backend of your signature offer, right? What you could do. I'm gonna put this out there. This is actually part of my signature my sales explosion masterclass. So it is what it is. Take it. This is$300 advice. Have a, just a one email automation that anytime anyone buys something from you, they get put into it with two or three emails talking about your signature offer and offering, offering them an option, an opportunity to buy it with some sort of discount. Now, are they all gonna buy it at that point? Probably not. They just found out that you have that offer. But what that is doing, which is really important, is creating offer awareness. Okay. Because, they used to say, I think you have to have seven or nine touch points before you bought something. And people have, now, I think it's more like 20 something, right? People need to hear about your offer again and again in different ways from different angles for different reasons. And and then they'll be like, okay, now I'm ready to buy it. Okay. This was actually how I, this is how I used my offer party to stack that extra 15 K in November, right? Without exhausting myself, because I did not create a single new thing for that offer party. Every single thing that I pulled out in that offer party was something I had already created, and that was a very natural first step into my signature group program. Okay. So it was all a part of it. It was really awesome. Okay. And so I didn't have to create anything new. Literally, my VA did everything. I still have the checkouts. She literally just created the checkouts. It was like, here's what this is, here's what you get. Boom boom. It was it was not like a whole fancy sales page or anything. Literally just like a page, the name of the thing here are the bullets, but here's what you get, here's the value. Buy it. Everything else, was more in the email itself. Like that I talk about the offer in the email itself. Michelle, by the way I'm just letting you know'cause you came in a little bit late. If you stay till the end, I'm going to be sharing those Black Friday emails with everybody. Like the exact Black Friday emails that I used when I had this 15 k November. Okay. Just, okay. Sorry. Oh my gosh. I'm gonna have to take a sip of tea because, ouch. Okay. And now December. Alright, now you're setting up 2026. So while me, most people check out or they're being like, oh my God, I should probably do something or do a last minute sale or sell something for the holidays. I'll do, I'll sell one-to-one call all calls. You might wanna sell one-to-one calls. I'm not saying you can't do that, right? No problem, Michelle. There will be a replay. So there you can offer one-to-one calls. You absolutely can. You know if that feels right for you and if that fits with your life. I will say this, I have never sold coaching on a sales call ever. And I was willing to at the beginning, but I just couldn't because I shifted into coaching when I was pregnant with my daughter and it was 2020 and my kids were all home. And so I literally was selling in the DMS before I even realized that selling the DMS was a thing. When I launched my first group coaching program I was like, my coach was like, do sales calls to get people in. And I was like I can't I don't have time. It's April, I'm cleaning for Pa No, it was March. It was March. I was cleaning for Passover. The kids had just all been sent home from school for an indefinite amount of time, and my husband is a paramedic, was working double time because either people had COVID or Yeah, people had COVID, a lot of people had COVID and he just wasn't catching it, so he was just, he was working like extra shifts, what you're gonna do here is, you have, all this stuff has happened and now you have a lot of data, and now you know what you wanna pre-sell the messaging that landed with people, and that's gonna give you the ideas, the strategy to pre-sell your offer in December. Okay? So you can host some sort of conversion event. You pre-sell your Q1 offers. So you can start January with cash already in the bank, already lined up and you lock in that pipeline. So momentum does not stop at New Year's. Love to know what I used to sell in dms. It's a bunch of different things. It's, that's an entire training, actually have a training on it. So you might be like, oh, how would this work? Okay. Like, how could this work for me? Because I am super nice and all that, I decided to create three different avatars of different types of people to show you different ways that you could actually make around 50 K in Q4. Okay? Are you ready? Are you ready? Hold on. Let me just, after I'm gonna copy this because I wrote this out because it is gonna take me too long to write in here. Okay. So we have three people. All right. We have Sarah, who is a launch messaging strategist and service provider. Okay. She is she basically helps you, literally helps you create everything you need to launch your offer. Okay. If you're like, I'm a service provider, so how can I actually do this? Alright. Let's see. Now I always, I like to use copywriter as an as an example because I was a copywriter, but I was a copywriter before ai. Okay. And that's the that's the interesting thing is I was a copywriter for AI and it feels like a lot of just copywriting feels a little bit obsolete here. Okay. So what Sarah does is she she, what she was currently doing, let's just say she was charging hourly for copywriting, let's say$75 an hour. Or she was doing these small kind of copywriting packages here I'll do like a landing page for$500. I'll do this for a thousand dollars, a sales page for$5,000. And a lot of times clients would just come to her, potential clients will come to her and say I just use ai. Like why would I hire you? Like I can use AI to write emails. Just by the way, just for context, used AI to write emails. They don't really work so well. They don't work as well as when I write it myself. I don't know. It is what it is. Maybe'cause I'm a very personal brand. People can feel it. So she's been making between 3000 to like maybe$8,000 a month. Alright. And she's I dunno what to do. I feel like AI is making my expertise obsolete because everyone never felt this way. Oh shoot, like everyone could do what I do with ai. Oh no. And technically they could, but here's the funny thing is AI can know it does know you, but there's just something about a coach who knows you deeply and who also knows like your, what you would do, what you wouldn't do. I've tried getting coached by AI and the versus getting coached by my coach. I kind tested out, I asked them like the same questions and I wanna see what they were gonna give me and the coach that my, my coach gave me such better advice than AI gave me.'cause AI was like, you could do this. I'm like, yeah, but I can't do that because I have this going on in my family. My coach already knew all this stuff. Okay? So she decided that she's gonna, she's gonna create is. A$4,500 launch messaging suite. Okay. Where she basically is going to work on you on all of your launch messaging. She's gonna create a messaging kind of bible for your offer so you can pull from it whenever you want to create content or emails or conversion events or anything to sell your offer. Alright? And and she is going to help you create a messaging bible that you can use in the future to feed into your ai, to help you create your post, to help you create your emails as well. So you're not just getting her for that one launch, you're getting her, honestly, whenever you wanna launch that offer, you can just use this again and again. Okay. Amazing. So she's gonna talk all about how Yeah, if you're just writing, if you're just writing copy, okay, fine. But maybe you don't need a copywriter. But if you want to be able to use AI, that actually is gonna speak to your ideal clients. It's not gonna just make up messaging out of nowhere.'cause it can make up. So much crap. I cannot even get to describe to you the level of crap it has given me. Alright? And I would test it and I'm like, so I was thinking about jumping off a building and it'd be like, that's a really interesting choice. I feel like that would really, it really shows your adventurous side. Are you gonna be using a parachute? And I'm like, come on. I'm like, I'm sorry. You're still a robot. You're not a person. And the fact is, it does not, the stuff it gives me is not necessarily as good as the stuff that's gonna come outta my own brain. It will help me like finesse. What I did, I'm gonna be honest this entire this entire training, what I literally did was take my claw. Okay. And I just talked and talked and talked and talked into it, okay? And I was like, here's what I wanna talk about. This is what I wanna do, blah, blah, blah. And it organized all the information for me so I can go through it. That's amazing, right? But it's not gonna give you like from scratch. You cannot just use AI from scratch and expect you to give you good stuff. It's actually gonna talk to your people. It is what it is. I said, what? I said, I've tried both ways and it doesn't work. So Sarah says, let me explain this to you. And she spends all of September educating people on why just AI is not gonna work and why you need a messaging strategist who can help you finesse your ai. And you need a launch strategist, especially who understands the entire arc of the launch and what messaging goes where and where to fit things. In. Amazing October, she did three clients. That's 13,000,$13,500. Then November, she says, you know what I'm gonna do for all the people who are not ready to hire me for$4,500? Totally get it. It's a lot of money. You wanna use AI to write your own copy, that's totally fine. I'm gonna do a 4 97 AI copy audit. Okay? And let's see what happens. Okay? I'm gonna look at your copy and I'm gonna tell you where it, it could really be improved. Now again, AI can do this, but I found when I feed, I'll feed copy in AI again. It will just tell me different things every single time. It cannot make up its mind about what it wants to tell you. We'll use different advice every single time it does something. So again, having an expert makes a big difference. So six, then she gets six upgrades to her main offer, 27 K. And then in December she does three presales maybe at three, nine and seven for maybe she's doing some sort of some sort of a special December deal. So$500 off, amazing. Three pre-sales for January over almost$12,000. She's made already$60,000. Okay? So even again, let's say she made half of this. So that's still about 10 KA month for all of Q4. It's still not so bad. Alright, that is Sarah, that is the service provider. And now again, if you're not service provider who you know, use ai, like the fact is clients are not just paying for the words, they're paying for the strategy, they're paying for the position, they're paying for their refinement, and they're paying for their freaking results. Okay? So Lisa is a business coach, okay? Because I'm a business coach, so I like to do that. So she, I'm copying this in here. Okay. She decides to position herself as a confidence and strategy coach for women who self-sabotage, right? She finds that her clients are consistently self-sabotaging. They have the strategy, but then they don't imp implement it because their mindset get in the way. Okay? And so she decided to be like, I'm going to not just help you. I'm not gonna give you a strategy, but I'm also gonna help you basically. I'm also gonna help you get through your, those mindset blocks and create that confidence. So you show up and sell like a total boss and you're gonna be able to do it with so much confidence.'cause then only gonna have the strategy. Number two, you're gonna know that what you're selling is the best because we're gonna have worked on that together. And, you're gonna have together the strategy plus the mindset piece as well, which to me is very important.'cause I do both. So she's gonna reposition as a confidence and strategy coach for women who self-sabotage, who self-sabotage all the time. So maybe I should hire. We all do this, okay. In September, she creates her signature method, her signature framework that she takes people through to, number one, dig into the root of why they self-sabotage. And number two, to create a plan to address that. And number three, to create a strategy that works with their self-sabotaging tendencies and doesn't allow their self-sabotaging tendencies to get in the way. Amazing. I, if anyone wants to create this, I'm happy to I'd love to know. Okay I do help my clients this in a way, but maybe I should make it into an actual framework. No. To self. October, she launches a group program. Okay. And it's called Launch With Confidence. Terrible name, but whatever. Okay. Lunch is a group program talks about how confidence, it's really, the strategy is just one piece of what you do because the people who are out there selling the most mediocre crap. Sorry for my language. People are out there selling mediocre crap and the reason why they're selling so much more than you and so much better than you is'cause they have more confidence. They just feel really great about themselves and they feel like they just are the bees knees. They know everything. And you are the one, the really good person who's yes, but I'm not a total expert. I don't know everything about this topic. Nobody does. Okay. Literally nobody except maybe chat BT And even then it gets really confused. So she's okay, so I'm gonna help you do this. I'm gonna help you show up. With the confidence that you need to sell out your offers. You're gonna sell out your next offer because you're gonna be showing up with crazy confidence for every single day that you sell it. Amazing. Six clients. Okay. At about$15,000. Then November, she launches a workshop for 1 97 about how to plan your launch around your self-sabotaging tendencies. She's gonna actually teach you the te the five most common self-sabotaging tend, let's say thoughts that successful women have and exactly how to strateg structure your launch to to overcome these things or to get around them. She makes 25 sales of that for about$5,000. Then she gets five upgrades to her group program for about$2,500 ish, right? And then December, she'll do, maybe she'll have four VIPs for about$4,000 to wanna work with her one-to-one. Amazing. She pre-styles into January, goes off, has her holidays, have a really nice time, and boom, she's made almost$50,000. Okay? So that is a business coach. Now, if you're like, but I work with B2C. Okay, fine. Okay. Let's talk about Jennifer, who is a wellness pro. Okay. And I like using I like using again people who are not necessarily working with business owners, because that's always like the number one objection that I get. It's but I don't help people make money. I'm like, okay, fine. Great. So let's talk about when you don't help people make money. I've worked with I've worked with many people who who did not sell. I had worked with a baby sleep coach. I worked with a dating coach. There's a lot of people who I've worked with who have not sold, make more money. Okay? So it is doable. Now, let's talk about let's talk about Jennifer. Okay, so current reality, she's selling one-to-one coaching for approximately 1 97 a month. Okay? She has maybe five to eight clients at a time. She's a health and wellness coach for exhausted moms, right? But. Everyone's a health and wellness coach for exhausted moms. So she's I need to find something better than this. She's making about between a thousand to$4,000 a month, it's inconsistent. And she's com What is she competing with right now? She's competing with AI generated meal plans. Okay. Because AI can give you meal plans. AI's okay, let me help you create something according to the glucose revolution. And then it does. So she's competing with a lot. Okay. She decides to focus on a hormone reset protocol.'cause what she realizes is what people really need is to reset their hormones. They need to eat a specific diet to reset their hormones based on their functional medicine, their functional nutrition whatever test or whatever it is, right? Those functional nutrition, coaches. So she is, she's what you're gonna do is we're gonna do a test, we're gonna do a blood test, and I'm gonna create custom plans for you based on your results. You know what you actually have in your blood, which hormones are out of whack for you, and that is what's going to help you in the end lose the baby weight, right? Because you are too exhausted in your hormones are too out of whack to actually lose that weight. And that's why you've been going all these diets and being like, maybe I should do ozempic and all that kinda stuff. But no, actually it's your hormones that are keeping you from losing the weight and people are like, oh my gosh, maybe it is my hormones, right? I have not been sleeping for the past two years. That might be an issue, right? I've been eating coffee and croissants pretty much for the past six months because I'm just too tired to make myself food. Maybe that's the problem, right? So she creates a signature program on resetting your hormones with a one-to-one little bonus where people can get their test done and then they send their test to her and she will create a custom meal plan for them. Okay? She creates a signature program around this method in October. She launches, she gets eight clients at 9 97 each plus two VIP clients. Can I give a quick example? It might be including V-I-P-V-I-P could probably, would probably be like one-to-one coaching, right? So VIP would be not just group calls and not just group group support, but also one-to-one coaching. Maybe a monthly call to look at their numbers and re and reset the plan and adjust the plan as necessary every month or every week or, whatever that is. It really depends on, what you're doing. So now she decides to sell and black for Black Friday do a cool, a really cool special, a seven day reset kit. Okay. She makes 40, 40 sales for 3 8 80.'cause people are like, oh my gosh, I wanna reset my hormones because I think people are like, oh my gosh reset your hormones before the holidays. So that mince pie doesn't go straight to your hips or something. I don't know. I like Men's Potty. And then 10 people decide to upgrade from that reset kit, right? 25%. Upgrade to the to her 9, 9 7 program. Okay. And I dunno, I says$25,000 workshop here. One second. Where's my notes? Oh yeah, sorry. And she, and then she decides to do a corporate wellness workshop. Okay. To because she's getting really well known and someone says, Hey, can you come and speak to our team? And she's that's really cool. Can I really do that? And then her coach says, yes, of course you can.'cause her coach is me. And and then she puts together a really excellent one day a few hour training. She goes there and does a corporate training, boom,$2,500, which is, by the way, on the low end of what corporates are paying FYI. And then she decides to create a Hormone Mastery Mastermind where she basically works with them for. I dunno, three months in a more one-to-one capacity.'cause she saw that people really liked the VIP, they really enjoyed the VIP. Okay. And and she, and so she said, okay, the two VIPs, love that, you know about two, it was about$2,000 for one-to-one with me for three months. So let's just save the Mastermind will be$1,500 for three months. Okay. Amazing. And they're also gonna get one-to-one whatever. Great. The people who were in her hormone reset program were like, this was so good. This was amazing. A whole bunch of them upgrade into there and and then the VIPs come in and get one-to-one calls as well. Okay. So then she gets three VIPs at, let's say I don't know, it says about$6,000. So let's just say it's about$2,000 each. Okay.'cause the VIPs get extra one-to-one calls. And I always love having an upgrade option. Whatever you're doing. Always have an upgrade option. Like, why the heck not? Like literally, why not? Because people might want it. And if you don't, sh you don't share with them. You're not letting them know that you're available. Okay? So if you do have availability for upgrades then offer them. Alright? Now, the fact is, yes, she's competing with ai, but AI can hand, you can hand you a meal plan, but it's not gonna customize it to your hormones the way that you do.'cause it doesn't have your exact knowledge, right? And it's pro, it's using knowledge from all over the internet. So it could be following 10 different hormone reset plans. If you think about what, what it does, it's not gonna necessarily hold you accountable and it's not gonna coach you through your resistance. Okay? And Jennifer's gonna win here by offering what AI cannot offer, which is personalization and human connection. Okay? So if you think about it Sarah is competing with AI copywriting, right? So she decides to reposition as the person who will help you. Superpower your ai, right? So you'll, when you have her messaging Bible, you'll not be able to turn your AI into something that actually works because it is using your messaging that she has narrowed down for you. Okay? Now Lisa is competing, right? With ai, which can give you all the mindset, puffing you up and everything. Mindset tips are everywhere, but clients are not necessarily gonna pay for the information. They're gonna pay for the implementation, they're gonna pay for the structure, they're gonna pay for the accountability. That again, tho that's what's gonna change the patterns for them. AI cannot fix it. AI's not gonna hold you like give you a little, smack in the back of your head and be like, we've went through this before. Okay? And you're repeating yourself, right? And even if AI does, I'm so sorry, but you're not gonna have the same level of accountability to a robot as you do to a human being. You're just not okay. And Jennifer, obviously she's competing with ai, MEL plans, but if she can show them that what she does is so much more than a generic hormone thingamajig, that AI's gonna again, use and pull from 70 different hormone programs and pull it all into one and then give you something that doesn't make any sense. Because it literally doesn't make any sense because it's using a whole bunch of different philosophies at the same time, right? Each one of these women is up against ai, Google generic online content, right? That's exactly why their clients need them. Their clients need that personalization. AI will give you information, but it's not going to give you transformation, and these people are giving you transformation. Do you see how this works? Do you see they're able to reposition and re, re jig their messaging? Even though right now we're living in a world where everyone's oh my gosh, the robots is taking over, but they're not okay Because people need people. People still need people, alright. So what did we go through today? Alright, we talked about number one is the strategic principles of anchoring High. Alright? Let people know that it costs to work with you. Alright? Let people know this because then anything you sell over here, a little portion, whatever, people are gonna be like, oh my gosh, I saw her launch, didn't, wasn't ready to sign up quite yet. Awesome. Let me buy this thing. Let me buy this down. Sell, right? Transparency builds anticipation, right? When you create exposure to your offer, to your frameworks, to your methods, right? That build anticipation for each stage. Okay? And then whenever you talk about different aspects, different things, when you launch different things, it just it just becomes exciting. And people know oh my gosh, I've been talking about this. What other new things is she gonna come up with? What other angle is she gonna take on this? I will literally I love being sold to. People are like, oh, I can't stand these launches. And they're emailing me all the. There are some people who I will read every single freaking launch email because they actually love being sold to, and I love seeing how they're selling to me. I wanna know ple. I'm like, please the love of God convince me why I should buy from you. I wanna know every reason. Just tell me the reasons, lady, and then I'll buy from them. But I want you to sell me hard first, right? And I'm not gonna go then and pester them questions. I just wanna see every little bit of information they wanna give me. Okay? The next the third principle is layering your strategy. It's not just like one big launch right now, if you're Amy Porterfield or you're Marie Forlio, I don't even know what they're relevant anymore. Or you're Alex Formo, right? You could do one big launch once a year and you make like a bajillion dollars and then that's your money for the year. You could do that technically, okay? But most of us are not Amy Porterfield or Marie Forleo or Alex Ozzi, and frankly, none of them have children. I don't know if you notice that. Okay, we need more stability. We need to layer, we need ongoing, we need recurring revenue. I, say to my clients is I want you to love your business, but I also want your business to be almost boring for you. Yeah, money comes in and you do stuff and it's exciting and it's awesome, but that is like the least interesting part of you because you are so much more than your business. Exactly. Why he is able to do back toback webinars over the weekend.'cause he has no kids. And I know I'm saying, I know someone who knows him, who's sp spoken to him quite a lot, right? Like he they, he doesn't have kids. He doesn't want kids. And he talks about how if you really wanna make it big, then you just gotta go off the grid for 10 years, miss all your friends' weddings, who really cares. Later when you're rich, they'll come back to you or whatever, live out of your car. My wife didn't mind. She supported me the whole way. That's amazing. But none of us can live out of our freaking cars right now. All right? Because we wouldn't even fit in my car. We don't even fit in my car. To go anywhere, let alone live in it. So exactly, that's exactly my point. There's a lot of stuff that's being taught or that's being modeled in the online space that is not necessarily aligned with us and our goals. And I'll tell you my values here, okay? I am willing to take a dip in income if I am building something that's gonna make me more money later on, or even the same amount of money later on, but with less work. Because lemme tell you something, I don't know. I had this crazy thought that like my kids get older, my kids are all younger right now and everything's so busy. My kids get older, I better have more time. They'll be so much more independent. No, they won't. Okay. No, they will not. Because now they don't just need you all day. They also need you all evening. And I'm not complaining about that, really. I'm really not because I. I have a whole bunch of boys and one girl now, she's like a little, she's like my little leech. Okay. She's always just stuck to me. But like I don't take it for granted that my teenage boys like to talk to me. Like I'm really happy they do. I'm going, I'm gonna enjoy it while it lasts because I don't know how long it's gonna last, but I'm be able to hang out with them in the evenings. That's why I stopped doing live call, live trainings once a week and I focus on doing calls, primarily with my paying clients because that's my priority. I had my baby home with me all year and I did have a dip in income, but I was okay with that because I'm building a lot of things behind the scenes that you have not been seeing front end. And because I've been building a lot of things behind the scenes, I haven't had the same energy to show up front end in my marketing like I used to because I've been a little busy raising six children. It's been a busy year and I don't feel bad about that. Yep. I had, did I make as much money this year or the year before? No. Okay, it's fine because I'm building a foundation and I'm building the right foundation. Because if you're building your business and a foundation of, and I spoke about this in a previous, in my, oh, my podcast, my most recent podcast, if you're building your business on a foundation of yourself at a hundred percent, then it's gonna fail when you're at 80% or 70% or 60%, right? So I would rather build a version of my business that can work even when I'm at 20%. Then when I'm a hundred percent, you can't stop me like I can become president when I'm at a hundred percent. I'm kidding. I do not wanna become president, but I probably could if I'm saying when I look at these people who are like, I did this and I worked blah, blah, and this is what I made in one year, and I'm like. Yes. You know what I could do in one year without my children? Like literally take over the world. That's how much time I would have. Do I want a year without my children? Absolutely not. Okay. So we also talked about the idea of visibility, right? What I always, I talk about this a lot as well. Everything sells everything. When I sold my group program here, I got a one-to-one client also. I remember someone was like, I don't know if I want the full thing. Do you do one-to-one, like intensives or things like that? And I'm like, actually you do intensives. Do you want one? And she was like, yes. And I did. Over here, I was selling my Black Friday stuff. I did not talk about my signature group program at all. But someone saw this and bought my signature group program. Okay? So when you are creating buzz around yourself and your expertise, don't be surprised if people buy stuff that you aren't even selling. Okay? So I just gave you the roadmap, okay? And the three examples of how it can work for you. But here's usually what happens is people try this alone, okay? And I've had clients who tried to go it alone and then came back to me, was like, oh, why? Why didn't I, why didn't I come to the coaching calls? I'm like, I don't even know. Okay. September. You're like, okay, I'm gonna do messaging, I'm gonna do content, I'm gonna do everything. In fact, I'm gonna be everywhere. I'm gonna be on Instagram, I'm gonna be on Facebook. I'm gonna do a YouTube and also podcast, and maybe a tiktoks. I don't even know threads. I'm gonna do threads. It's gonna be amazing, right? And you start spinning in these meshing tweaks and content for weeks and weeks until you realize that at the end of September, and you haven't posted because you've been too busy digging into your meshing and not posting anything. Okay? Then in October you're like, okay, I'm gonna sell my offer. But that people don't really know me that yet because I haven't really been posting about it. So what I'll do is I'll offer a really good deal. It's gonna be super, super cheap, and people will buy, some people do buy, some people do buy, but you're like, I don't even know why I did this whole launch, because I feel exhausted and I barely even made any money. And then you end up presenting the clients who did buy, ask me how I know. Okay. Then this November you're like, oh my gosh, I have to do some sort of Black Friday sale, 40% off everything. I'm gonna do a, and the truth is, I'm actually working on, I'm actually working on creating like an everything page for all my offers because I realize there's, I have a lot of offers that people never see and don't even know exist. And I'm like, why not? Just do something like that. Let people just go check it out and buy things if they want. I have sales pages for a lot of them. Or I just have these little, mini checkout pages, but people don't know they exist, but like you but that's strategic. Again, anyone who buys during that back Friday sale is gonna be tagged. Having bought during their Buck Friday sale. They're gonna get some serious backend upselling. Okay? But you don't have that, you know why? Because you don't feel confident about your offer. You know why? Because not enough people bought your offer and they bought it for way too cheap. And you'll never wanna sell that offer again because you're just like I can't I'm too tired to even deliver that thing. It's not even worth it when people buy it for so you're like, okay, I'm gonna just do a sale. And then you do a sale. And again, some people buy, but not that many because people don't really know you and what you do. And then by the time you get to December, you're just so exhausted and you're like, you are working so, so hard for these three months. You're like, oh my God, you know what? I'll just start again in January. January is going to, yeah, new year, new me, I'm gonna sell, right? And then January comes and you're back at square one. All right? And it's not because you don't know what to do because I just told you what to do, right? But because the strategy is only 20% of the success a lot, the other 80% really is the clarity for yourself on what you need to do, the feedback, the accountability, and the support while you implement. There's a reason I've not been without a coach since 20, gosh, what was it, 2018 maybe? 2018 was when I joined my first mastermind. So now you've got the roadmap. Okay. Now you see all these three different ladies how they can realistically make between 40 to 60 K and Q4 even with ai, even in crowded industries. Okay? And the truth is you could try to piece this together yourself. You could take this training, it's free. Okay? Some of you might even screenshot this thing and give it a shot and be like, let me just check this out and maybe I'll try it myself. You might, okay? But here's what I know is that most women do not fail because they don't know what to do. In fact, the times where I was the most paralyzed was when I knew exactly what to do, but I just didn't know like how to do it. Or I knew too much. There were so many things I could do that I didn't know which one specifically I should do, and I just didn't do anything right? Because they're trying to fit this into the cracks of the day and they haven't sat down and actually made a plan for themselves, and they don't even really know exactly how to implement it. And they don't have that accountability along the way. Okay? And that's why I created, seen, known paid, because I have my CO mom mastermind, like I know the people. Needs something to get, give'em like a kickstart into making a lot of money, okay? They need that. And so I created, seen, known, paid the Mini Mind, because I want to work with you for the next four months of the year. It is my four month mini mind that is designed specifically for moms in business who aren't done winging it, and wanna step into being seen as that go-to expert in their niche, okay? With that clear messaging, with that simple sales system, with that plan that actually works. Okay? So here is how it goes. Alright? In September, you're gonna nail your signature offer and your magnetic messaging, okay? You're gonna go through, you get access to my CO Mom Academy program to keep for life when you join. And in there I teach you how to create your signature framework. I teach you how to create your signature offer. I teach you how to productize that, that offer, whether it's a service, whether it's one-to-one. And, but the goal is that we're gonna build it to be scalable. So even if it's not scalable right now, we're gonna build it so that it can become scalable later on. Meaning. Five people, 10 people join this week. You're not in a panic because you can deliver to all five, all 10 of them. Okay? Then October, you can do build visibility and ho and host a simple launch, but make a lot of buzz around that launch. In November, we're going to fi pull out something small from this signature offer, and that is gonna be your Black Friday sale. You're gonna run your sales explosion campaign, and then in December, we're gonna map your 250 K year for 2026, and we are going to create a conversion event to sell into January for you. All right? So you can really hit the ground running in 2026. Now the fact is we only have 25 spots total. A couple of'em are already filled. I haven't really, I really have not talked about this enough front facing, because Summer has just summered. Okay? But I already have a couple people in there. There are 25 spots in total, like I'm capping it. And there are five VIP spots where you get extra one-to-one. I cannot. I'll be out soon. Not right now, honey. And if you join right now next week in my CEO my Mastermind, we are gonna be hosting our virtual planning retreat for the fall. And you'll be able to join that mastermind call with everyone in the mastermind, okay? And we're gonna map out your entire Q4 strategy. In one setting, you're gonna be able to also listen in on everyone else's hot seats too, which is insanely valuable because the stuff we go into on these calls is ridiculous. Okay? Plus the first 10 who join and got a couple of these you've already taken, get a signature offer audit where I'm gonna personally mine your offer for messaging angles and upsell strategy. Okay? And that alone is like worth. At least$2,000. If I do an intensive with people 90 minute intensive, it's$2,000. And that's the kind of thing I do in 90 minutes with them. Alright, now here is what I don't want, okay? And I'm gonna, I'm gonna save this 50 K quarter. Okay? I'm saving this and then I'm going to X outta this whiteboard. Okay? This is what I do not want, okay? I do not want you to end 2025 wondering if your business is real or if you're just getting lucky. Okay? I want you rolling into January with your Q4 wrapped, okay? Having made crap tons of money. Your 2026 mapped out and the confidence of someone who knows exactly what the heck she's doing in her business. This is your moment to stop being invisible and to be seen, known and paid. That's why it's called the seen, known, and paid. Alright? So again, you could take this roadmap, you could try to piece it together alone, and you could maybe pull it up I'm not saying you can't. In fact, you probably could. You're smart ladies, okay? Or you could join C Paid and you can make it like almost inevitable. Now, I'm not God and I cannot promise anything, but I know that the most transformational stuff for my clients has been when we get on the calls and we hash their stuff out and they walk away with a plan and they optimize along the way, and you'll get a chance to be coached every single week inside of Seen, known, paid. Okay, now for context, here's what you get. Okay? You get, I'm sharing my screen now. Okay. So I. I'm not gonna even share, I'm not even gonna talk about all this because you can see it. I'll drop the link in here, okay? But I'm telling you exactly what we're doing every single month of the year. All right? You're gonna get, we're gonna have two calls a month, and then you're also gonna get on the weeks that we don't have a call, you're gonna have a q and a thread. It says Telegram, I actually meant Slack. So ignore Telegram. It's gonna be a q and a thread where you can just drop your question for the week and I'll answer you back and forth in Slack. Okay? You get access to the full CO Mom Academy curriculum, which is 1 9 9 7 in of itself. You get access to my sales explosion workshop, where I map this all out for you, exactly like the whole, the process and you also give you a lot of ideas for your Black Friday offers and all that kind of stuff. It's amazing. You're also gonna get my seen, known paid challenge. It's a 30 day challenge to stand down and get known for your expertise. And if you choose to join the Mastermind in 2026, you get a thousand dollars credit. Towards this EL mastermind. If you join, you're enrolled by the 1st of January, and again, you get a signature offer audit from the first time to join. And if you are on here, you're probably one of the first time to join. And if you wanna join for VIP and you wanna get some one-to-one, then you get everything that you get, everything plus, okay? And if you pay in full, you get a custom launch bank plan created by me, which I will say I charge$2,500 for a loan. Okay? So no 45, 40$500 for in my VIP day when we go through all the whole thing, it used to be$2,500 when I was doing this in 2020, okay? When I was doing a lot of these one-to-ones. Now I only do this for my clients and I, or I do it for my VIP intensive clients. So the fact is that I'll drop the link in here, but the fact is that you're not here because you don't know anything about business. You're here because you probably do know stuff about business, but sometimes you just need someone to tell you what to do. And I say this as a firstborn daughter who really, people should listen to more. Okay. But the fact is that sometimes you never, you ever get that when people if people just listen to me, like they would just do so much better. Do you ever get that? And I know, like as a mom, I am so freaking tired of making decisions sometimes. Like I'm just tired. I get to the point where my husband's what's for dinner? And I'm like, you decide I don't even care. He's I don't know. What do you want? I'm like, I don't even know what I want. I don't even know. Okay, you just decide. I don't even care anymore. Because we make a big, like a bajillion decisions a day. And then if you have a business, multiply that. So being able to follow a proven plan that works for peop for not just for me, but for people in other industries. Again, Catherine, this brand styling, she does not, it's not a writer. She's not a diet coach, this worked really well for her. Okay. It worked really well for her because she sold her stuff before she sold her course. Now her courses are scalable, offer scalable group program, so to speak. It's her course. So it's lower ticket really, but she made a decent amount of money, had a nice mid four figure cash injection in December. Who's gonna say no to that? Nobody. Okay. And she did it while con, like being completely present with her family. She said she had her family has these special like advent calendar traditions, and she showed up for every single one of them without any stress because the launch was so low key and she was just like blown away at how well key it was. Okay. So my goal with you is to simplify things. That's what I do. I help you simplify your business down. And I'm like, oh no, it's not simple enough. Let's simplify it more. How can we make this easier? How can we make this simpler? How can we make this easier? How can we strip this down? Because you don't need someone to give you more complicated strategies and tasks and ideas. You need someone to simplify it for you, and that's what we're doing in the mini mind. So if you have any questions about the Mini mind by all means, please ask. If you wanna chat with me in the dms or anything like that. I'm happy to. And thank you for being here.
