Multiple 6-figure years later (for me AND my clients), I want to share everything I know about raising a family while being an ambitious business owner!

Raising Your Business: For Moms Growing Their Business and Raising Their Family
104. How I'm Completely Restructuring My Business for 2026 (And Why YOU Might Need To)
If you crawled across the December finish line feeling like you just ran a marathon after the holidays—or if your launches and offers have been feeling heavier and conversions are down—we need to talk.
The truth is, what worked even a couple years ago isn't working anymore. The market has shifted. Buyers are more cautious, the content treadmill feels exhausting, and honestly? It's okay if you're just feeling kind of...tired.
But the thing is...many entrepreneurs are still thriving. And in this episode, I'm breaking down exactly what's different about them—and what I'm updating in my own business to make 2026 feel spacious and service-focused.
I'm also sharing a big personal announcement that's driving this entire shift, and why I'm bringing back a program I sunset years ago (while retiring my beloved Mastermind...for now). This isn't about burning everything down. It's about building smarter, more specifically, and more sustainably—especially as CEO moms who need our businesses to actually work with our real lives.
What You'll Learn:
- Why some of the "traditional" strategies aren't working anymore (and what IS working)
- The #1 thing separating entrepreneurs who are thriving from those who are burning out
- Why being a generalist will make you invisible in 2026—and how to get specific without losing yourself
- The exact audit questions I used to simplify my offer suite (and why I'm sunsetting my Mastermind)
- How to build monthly recurring revenue that doesn't require you to be "on" all the time
- My exciting announcement and what it means for how I'm restructuring everything

Welcome to the Raising Your Business Podcast. I'm your host, Al Behan, founder of CEO Mom Academy, mom of Six and Lifelong Reading addict. This podcast is here to empower moms to run their businesses and lives like the powerhouse CEO. They are. I want you to believe that you can have the business success you desire. And be present with your family and to give you my best tips and strategies for how to make that happen. I'll be sharing the honest reality of balancing business and motherhood biz models that work for you. Marketing simplicity, and the mindset of A CEO, mom. Now let's dive in. hey. Welcome back to the podcast. It is so good to be back. I. Actually took an unexpected break from podcasting over the past month and a half or so, and I'll be sharing more about why, but I am just really happy to be back because I have spoken, been speaking to a lot of women, a lot of CEO moms, and a lot of them have been saying that like November, December felt like a freaking marathon and. Even though they were like doing some 2026 planning or thinking about next year during December it was really hard to kinda stay mentally like on task to, to actually make that happen, to actually plan strategically because the holidays man, and like the world honestly, has been so crazy. Which we, now it's been nuts for years actually. But I feel like there's just a lot, we're getting a lot of input from things that are going on all over the world and and between that and just trying to keep our families good and safe and happy and give them holiday experiences and also keep our businesses running. If you feel like you just crawled across that December finish line, like you just ran. The New York Marathon, we need to talk. Okay? And the fact is what I'm seeing so many really brilliant business owners, are running these kind of strategies that used to work and it is not working anymore in this updated 2026 market launches have been feeling heavier. Conversions have been down, as I've been hearing across the board for many people, the content treadmill feels exhausting because there's so much AI slop being put out, and it feels like it's almost impossible to keep up with it. And you're like, do I need to go viral? And what can I do and trending audios and I need to write my captions and what do I talk about? Honestly clients can feel it, right? They can feel the exhaustion and the burnout. I feel like I, I've actually heard this from a lot of people, kinda just this feeling of burnout of, I just feel like I'm working, but not really getting anywhere. Like I'm doing the things that used to work for me and they're just not, they're not getting me where I wanna go. And so I actually wanted to share the big shift that I'm making in my businesses here. And I have a feeling some of you might need to make it too. And it's actually funny because I'm saying, oh, you don't wanna use 2020 strategies in 2026. But I'm actually bringing back something that I sunset a couple years ago and I'm going to be sunsetting some things that I built over the past couple of years and. There's also a personal reason for this for why this shift went from, oh, this, that might be an idea to non-negotiable for me. And my goal for you today is to walk away knowing what needs to change in your business model to make 2026 feel spacious instead of burning out and suffocating, right? And why getting really specific is going to be your secret weapon this year. Real quick before we get into it, two things. First of all, I'm extending the chance to fill out my survey which is I sent this out to my email list and I posted it out on Instagram a couple times, but I have a survey out. I am giving away two spots for one-to-one coaching, one 90 minute intensive normally, which is$2,000 and one month of Voxer Telegram audio coaching, which is also$2,000 plus. Everyone who fills out the survey gets to come to Voxer office hours with me for a full day. I'll do it. I'm doing it over 24 hours because of my time zone, but for 24 hours you'll get to ask me anything about business coaching, like literally any questions you have. And I will get back to you within that 24 hour timeframe. And it's going to be private. So you do gonna just Voxer me or telegram me, like directly and we will chat it out. And anyone who fills out the survey will get access to this. Okay. That is the first thing. And I'm going to be closing submissions on Monday the 19th, which is this upcoming Monday. So I wanna give you a chance to fill that out. And the second thing is my 2026 planning party. And. Normally I do this in December and I'm gonna explain why I didn't do it in a few minutes. But I normally do a 2026, or sorry, 2026, a new year's planning session in December. I did not do it this year. And the truth is a lot, even my clients were like, there was just so much going on and they were like, I can't even think about planning next year until next year. And if you feel the same way and you feel like you you came into 2026 without a plan, you're gonna really want this. I just literally last night got off a call with one of my mastermind clients where we ma we literally planned out a 2026. With very specific goals, with kinda like a stretch goal and like her actual financial goal and everything in between and everything that we were going to need to do to get her to that place, to actually get her to hit those goals. And it was very measurable and really felt very doable for her. Once we actually finished the plan, she's oh my God, this feels so good and so doable. So this is what I wanna do with you. Over a couple of days, we're gonna be doing this over two days. It's not gonna be just like a basic vision board session or just a vague sort of set your intentions a workshop. We are gonna be strategically business planning. We are going to map out your actual revenue goals for 2026. I'm going to show you the really simple offer suite that you can build that does not require you to be constantly launching every single month. I'm gonna be talking about how you can create a content system that does not require you to be on all the time. That can work even when your life gets really chaotic, which I've been working on this behind the scenes right now because. Again, I'll explain this in a minute. How you can design a business that supports things like sick kids and holidays and maternity leave and just real mom life in general and how you're going to get really clear on what you're actually known for and make yourself stand out in a world full of AI fakeness. And here's the thing, it's completely free. And I'm going to be offering a$250 gift card to my upcoming program just for showing up and implementing. Okay? So show up. Show up to the planning party. Sign up for the planning party. The link is the al bend.com/party, and you're gonna wanna grab your spot. Right away. It is free. Again, it is free. There's a chance to upgrade to VIP, which I highly recommend'cause that's where we're gonna be. We're gonna be giving you my personal business brain spreadsheet and my personal planning document, which I worked through with my mastermind client yesterday. And you will get access to that. And we're gonna be having a personalized hot seat group session. We can go over your plan together and really just help you set the right goals and intentions that actually make sense for your life. So you don't wanna miss this one, go to bend.com/party and I cannot wait to see you there. Okay, so let's go into today's episode. Okay, so it's been no secret, and I've shared this on the podcast before, that the past couple of years for me has been really hard. Okay. Really past couple of years, past couple, I'd say two, two and a half years or so have been really emotionally. And physically difficult. Number one, because I started off I ended 2023 with a war that had just started in Israel with a really terrible, huge mass terror attack. At the same time that I found out that I was pregnant with my baby, who is really like just the light of our lives. He is the most delightful toddler who we are all obsessed with. But obviously, pregnancy does take a toll. On your body physically and so does postpartum. And so that was something that kind of felt like different for me. I also shut down my CEO Mom Academy group program because I was just feeling a little bit, it was feeling a little bit like stale and like I, I just didn't wanna keep talking about the same kind of things and I wanted to talk about different stuff and do more personalized, one-to-one vibe coaching, which is why I started my mastermind, which I've absolutely loved and enjoyed. And, a lot of things have just kinda shifted for me in my business over the past couple of years, and. The fact is it has been because I've been a little bit more checked out of social media over the past couple of years because it's been very difficult being on social media as a Jewish person. And if you don't know what I'm talking about, count yourself lucky. But it's really hard. There's been a lot of hate and and just like. Poison that, it's just the kinda thing I didn't really wanna engage with or see or think about. And so I so I was not on social media. I was not creating social media content as much as I had in the past because it just, I just didn't like being there. Okay. I didn't enjoy it. I used to enjoy social media a lot because that was where I connected with. And then I just came to this place where like going into social media felt like just walking into a minefield. And I was just discussing this with my client yesterday because she is a social media strategist and she was saying like, social media feels so heavy right now that she's I don't know how to talk about it. And I don't know how to tell people that they need it when like people are basically avoiding it. So if you feel that, like I feel you and, i've just been feeling very exhausted and burned out and wondering if I'm building my business in the right way, if I'm going the right direction, is this how I want things to run? I was just feeling very exhausted. And I was talking to some of my clients and some of my friends and I kept hearing things like, I feel like I'm doing so much, or I keep launching, or I'm launching the same way as I used to. And it's not landing the same way it used to. Okay. Or I'm feeling just really worn out and my revenue still feels really inconsistent and everyone's telling me they need a funnel or a challenge or a webinar or membership, but why can't I just sell this thing that I'm trying to sell? And on the other hand, I've had clients who have had really successful launches this past year, like great high converting launches. Alright. And and I was sitting and thinking about what. What is it, right? What is the key? Why are some people doing really well? Like I also have business friends who are doing, have been doing really well, and I have business friends who are like, everything sucks and nothing's working, right? So I've been like looking at this and being like what has what has been the key, right? What is the difference between the people who are still succeeding or thriving in their business in 20 25, 20 26? And the people who are feel like things are not working as well? And the fact is that the landscape has really shifted over the past few years, and I don't even wanna say since 2020, because we all know that, okay, 20 20, 20 21 money was just flying everywhere. There were loans and loans, and everyone just had basically money to throw at their businesses. A lot of new people came onto the scene of online business because everyone had to work from home now. And so they were like, Ooh, maybe I'll just start up non online business, right? And it was just, it was like, it was really like the wild west. Out there and back in 2021, you could, throw up some, a sales page, run some ads, fill a program. Everyone was like, tiny. You offer here, tiny. You offer there people were home scrolling, buying everything. That energy was high, but the fact is now people are more skeptical. Okay. They have been burned by courses that they never finished and coaches who overpromised. If you've seen this Amy Porterfield and Jenna Kutcher have just announced that Amy Porterfield shutting down her digital course academy. And Jenna Kutcher shutting down her podcast for now and. You are like, what do they know that we don't? Maybe like courses aren't working anymore. Maybe, maybe the online world is over and AI is everywhere, right? But nobody wants to feel like they're talking to a robot. I actually trialed I know there's this new thing where people, where coaches are like, I are downloaded my brain into ai. I think there's this AI called Delphi. And, I downloaded my brain into it, and you can ask questions and it's like talking to me. And I tried it out with a very well known coach who did this. She offered like a free trial of her, AI coach brain thing. And I asked her some questions, asked the ai, the robot, some questions. And the answers I got were the most honestly generic answers. Like I, I was like sitting there going I knew this. When I was like a baby entrepreneur, like this is not new information, so this is not helpful, and people do not want that. Okay? People don't want it. To high ticket buyers are still buying, but they are definitely more cautious. They need more trust. And honestly, everyone is just tired. Everyone's just tired. The world is very overwhelming. The news is very overwhelming. There's a lot going on in every country I don't know, a single country that's feeling oh, we're settled and we're okay. Right now in the Middle East, Iran is what's going on. We are following this. We are supporting the people of Iran who are rising up against their dictator. And it's been really hard to watch and hear about. And and I know like in the United States, there's a lot of, a lot of turmoil as well. There's just a lot of stuff going on. And so we are being bombarded with news and information and drama. Obviously the algorithm is only spreading the really dramatic extreme stuff because that is the kind of stuff that gets engagement, right? And the fact is that in the Middle ages, a war was happening in a country, across the world. You didn't hear about it, right? Because there was no communication. Now we hear about everything, and I don't think that's really great for us either. Just in general, I feel like it's not just the people in online business who are tired, but like the world is just tired as a whole. Okay. If you are running an online business and you are dealing with this overwhelming AI flooding into the online ecosystem and if you are dealing with the fact that people are more skeptical right now and that people have been burnt in the past, and that people need to build more trust before they invest with you, right? If you're still running the same launch strategy or the same basic content hamster wheel or the same, post, three times a day and just pray approach, then 2026 is gonna feel like pushing a boulder uphill. Okay? And honestly, being a mom and a business owner is hard enough already. We don't wanna make it harder for ourselves. So this is why I'm making some big changes and you probably might need to as well. The first thing is, let's talk about the market. Okay? The market has changed and. The way we built businesses a few years ago is not working the same way. Okay. Launches feel heavier. It is harder to get people's attention because there's so much out there. Okay. The energy that it takes up to hype up a launch can feel really exhausting. And you're like I feel like nobody's paying attention. I'm not getting as many people signing up for my things or even for my free stuff. And conversion rates are, have been down. Across the board, like in general, like it's not as easy to get people in anymore and It requires more relationship marketing and conversations, which honestly was the way I ran my business anyway. Like always. I always did it this way. But it's not as like easily just scalable or people just print money. Okay. And it's not because you're offering necessarily stock, although it. I'm not gonna lie, some of my offers have sucked too. I'm not saying that I'm perfect, but people are being more cautious with their wallets. All right? The fact is that there are, people are being more careful with their money because there is, some sort of financial stuff going on in many countries across the world. And and that is a fact. And it's not that people are not going to buy your offer because people are buying. People are still buying, okay? But they're gonna be more discerning about. Why they're buying and who they're buying from. Okay? They're not just buying because you have a cute Instagram feed. They want proof, they wanna see results. They wanna see that what whatever you're doing is going to work for them. They wanna feel like you actually get them. Content is not converting right the way it used to, because you can post basic reels all day. But if your messaging is not magnetic and your back end is not gonna be set up to nurture, you're kinda just yelling to the void with no real plan to move people into the next step. Your content needs to make people feel things. Your content needs to make people feel seen. The content needs to make people see themselves in your stories and in your offers. And I, if you're not doing that, and if you're just educating without really anything else, then you know, five steps to X, y, Z are not cutting it anymore, okay? AI is everywhere, right? But people are people are craving human connection more than ever. Yes. Chade can write your emails, they can write your posts. I'm telling you right now that I have. I automatically tune out. I rec, I can recognize an AI post a mile away, and I'll automatically tune out when a post or an email is written by ai. I'll just delete and I'll walk away. I don't wanna see it. I don't, I'm like, I don't care what you got. Chat GPT to write. Okay. I wanna know what you think. Okay. I want your words. So that is exactly why your voice, your story, your energy matters. More people buy from people. And this is actually good news because if you are just sharing your feelings and your thoughts and how the way things and why you do things differently just honestly and unfiltered in a way that is gonna make people buy from you. Alright, so what does this mean for you? It means you can't just work harder. Okay. Because you can work harder or we can work hard and you can pump out content with Cha, BT and Claude all day long. But you have to work smarter and that starts with simplicity and specificity, especially as a CEO Mom. Alright. The second part is, okay, specificity. This is probably the biggest shift I'm seeing and it's not okay. It's not even a shift. Being specific has always been important. Okay. Whether your overall brand is known for something specific or your signature offer is something specific. Okay. And this is the one that I'm making in my own business, all right? Because my CEO mom mastermind, although I love it so much it just wasn't specific enough. And I felt like I needed a more specific signature offer that is really going to have the the messaging that, that speaks to people with what they need right now. Okay? So I help mom start businesses is not specific. I'm a business coach, is not specific. I help entrepreneurs. Scale is not specific. Okay. These are too broad, these are too vague. These are too forgettable. Okay? The truth is, in 2026, generalists are going to get lost in the noise. Alright? And I'm speaking, saying this as a generalist,'cause I'm good at a lot of things. Not to be, whatever I'm not to be boasting or anything. But I'm good at a lot of stuff. And the fact is, though, I cannot be known for all the things all the time. All right. There are a million business coaches, okay? There are a thousand moms teaching moms. But if you cannot answer what you're known for in one very specific sentence, you're gonna be invisible, right? So if I. Someone creates an offer okay, I'm gonna help you with mindset and strategy and marketing and sales and operations and productivity, right? And it's okay, what is this? What am I gonna walk away with? Okay, what is the transformation? What am I gonna literally walk away with after this thing is over when I'm done Vague offers do not sell anymore. And they used to be able to because people were like, yeah, I like you, so I'll just, I wanna learn whatever you have to teach me, right? But. What you really need to do is get clear on how unique you are and what you stand for that is different than everyone else. Okay. And for me, and I actually been I've been reading the I've been reading the answers to the survey Okay. That people that people have been filling out. And it is fascinating to me because, when I asked the question of, when you think of me, what do you most associate me with? And everyone, almost everyone wrote, okay. So a strategy that works for real mom. Life strategy works for real mom life. Sustainable growth without burnout strategy that works for real mom life. A most of this is the strategy that works for real mom life with some sustainable growth without burnout. But that was the majority of what people were sharing. That was the majority of what people were saying, right? And so I'm like, okay, great. I've done my job, right? People know me for this, but I am known for helping CEO moms build leverage sustainable businesses in part-time hours. Okay. That's my lane. That's my lane, okay. CEO moms for with scalable, leveraged offers in part-time hours. And when someone thinks to me, they should immediately think, oh, she's that one that helps mom scale without burning out. So what do you wanna be known for? And figure that out now and. Again, if you have multiple offers, which you can have, alright, which is fine, although I highly recommend a more simple business model, which I'm gonna be sharing more about in the planning party. But make each offer specific, okay? Each offer should have one clear transformation, one specific outcome. Okay. This offer helps you book out your one-to-one services. This helps you build an offer suite that that, that moves people through it and sell continues to sell within the offer suite, right? One thing, one promise one result, because people ask, what does this program do? You should be able to answer it in a one sentence, okay? That is the almost like the one a friend's episode. It's like the one where you did this, the one where they did that. That should be your your very, like that you should have a friends style summary for every single offer that you have. Okay? For my own business I had CEO Mom Academy, which really, I actually am gonna be trimming it down a little bit, but it's basically a step-by-step roadmap to book out your service-based business in under 20 hours a week. Okay. And I teach you how to productize your services in there. And it was just very, it was very specific for that. It was like, I'm gonna help you productize your one-to-one services and systemize them and sell them. Alright? My non boom mindset makeover was literally 35 days to completely transform your mindset from someone who is. Like a reactive entrepreneur who's always kinda just waiting for things to happen to her, to someone who makes things happen and looks the world in a completely different way. Every offer is very specific to what it does. And you need to know exactly what you're getting. My standout and sell mini course is I'm gonna teach you how to create a signature framework that literally makes your entire business more more cat nippy, makes people buy from you makes it easier for you to market and sell your offers and makes it simpler for you to deliver. That is very specific. My mom bible marketing method is literally how I was able to. Create content and market my business in 30 minutes a day or less. Okay? Because it's mom-viable. This is how I market my business, right? So you really need to stop trying to be everything to everyone, which you can because if you are a generalist who is good at a lot of different things, which I hear you. Okay. This might feel very scary to you if you're a multi-passionate person. This might feel very scary to you and if you think if I narrow it down, I'm gonna lose potential clients. But that's not true because when you are specific, you're gonna become magnetic to the right people. Okay? The ones who are like, holy shiel, this is exactly what I need. This is, she's the answer to my questions. She's the answer to my problem. And these are the clients who will buy fast, they will implement and they'll get amazing results. Because they're made for that specific person. So ask yourself what is the one thing I wanna be known for most? Okay. What is the one transformation each of my offers creates? And can I explain what I do in one sentence? And if the answer is no, it's time to get more specific. So now that you're getting really specific, let's talk about simplifying. Okay. You don't need more offers. You need better offers, okay? And here's what I see a lot. I see coaches with six different programs or. More. Okay. I've seen coaches with whatever, a bajillion different offers and this mini mind and that mastermind and that, four week thing and that mini offer. And they're all priced differently, all slightly overlapping, all sounding similar. Okay. With like just a different name. Each one has a different name, but like they all sound like they do the same thing and you're like what do I even choose? Or service providers offering things like custom packages and VIP days and also retainers and also mini intensives and also done for you stuff. And also templates, right? Course creators launching new things like every quarter because maybe this one is gonna hit and then they wonder why nothing's really converting consistently. And the fact is confusion kills conversions. And again, I used to sell a lot of stuff. I used to sell a lot of things. I was creating new offers all the time. But when you have too many offers, number one, you confuse your, can. Confuse your audience, okay? They don't know what to buy. And number two, you are exhausting yourself because you feel like you're marketing all these different things at once. And I've seen, okay, I've seen and bought these trainings on how I can sell five different things at once. I'm telling you right now that, except for, with the exception of one person, one person. Who with maybe a couple of kids. None of these people who are marketing multiple things at once. Were moms, not a single one. And I did the research here. Okay, it is too much to hold onto mentally when you're trying to do this. Okay. I really recommend focusing on one thing at a time. And again, if it's maybe you have a free thing and you're also selling, an evergreen offer behind this, and you're talking about that as well, that's different. If you're highlighting, let's say you're Mastermind and you wanna talk about that on a regular basis, amazing. If you wanna talk, talk about client results. Share what's going on behind the scenes. Totally do it right? Even if you are marketing something else because you wanna, you wanna keep the proof flowing. But really, if you're marketing different things at once, it can be confusing both to you and to other people. It's a lot to manage and and hold onto mentally when you're trying to be like, okay, what do I talk about today? It dilutes your brand to an extent, right? Because you're not known for that very specific thing. And I recommend a signature offer suite, meaning your offer suite is built around your signature offer. I've seen people call it your Queen Bee offer. I've seen people call it your whatever I call it like your Emerald City offer, right? So all roads lead to the Emerald City, right? The Brook Grove, like it's all, everything just leads like to the Emerald City in the middle and all of your smaller offers, if you're gonna create other offers, which you can do. Those offers lead to that ultimate goal of getting people into your signature offer. And this could be a one-to-one service. This can be a group, program whatever it is. You want it to be very clear that this is your main offer, that like you want everyone to end up in eventually. Okay. And so here's what I did, and here's what I recommend you do is audit your offer suite. Look at every single thing you're selling and ask yourself, does this actually serve my ideal client's journey? Is this offer specific enough? Does this make me money without draining me? Alright. And does this actually lead to the main offer that I want everyone to buy? If I could only keep two or three offers at most, would this make the cut? Okay. And if the answer to any of these is no, then. Retire it, archive it, do a last flash sale, and then let it go gracefully and double down on what is working. Okay. What offer do you love delivering? What brings in revenue without giving you an ulcer? Okay. What gets you the best client results? That is what you wanna build around most. Okay. What do you enjoy delivering the most and what feels the lightest to deliver? And creating clear pathways, right? Your offers need to flow. Leading. You have your main signature, high ticket or mid ticket offer, then you know you have a, maybe a lower ticket offer that leads to that. That's maybe a little portion, and I talk about this in my Lazy Money Masterclass, which I highly recommend. This talks all about how to create front end funnels to your signature offers you. Literally, like you can cut a little piece out of it and be like, okay, get this, get a little taste of my work. Oh, you want the rest of it? Then join the signature offer. Whatever it is, make it crystal clear what is the process that people have to come through. And for me, what's happening is I'm actually going to be retiring my Mastermind for now. Not because they don't love it. And I might just be, I might be continuing with the mastermind, like behind the scenes with the people who are already in it. Just ongoing because at this point I find coaching them very simple because I know their businesses like inside and out. And that does not take a lot of like mental work for me.'cause I'm like, yeah, like I can see clearly what their next steps are and how to get them there. And I know what their mindset challenges are. I I know all this stuff. But I am sunsetting my mastermind because honestly it just required like the idea of scaling. It just required what was going, is going to require too much one-to-one personalized work. That was very unscalable for me. And I need something that's going to be more scalable. I'm bringing back. A program that I had in the past in a much more streamlined way. And I am and I'm creating a really amazing opportunity to ex like an accelerator to kick things off. Okay. I don't want to I'm not going to, I don't wanna talk about it too much because I'm gonna be sharing more about it at the planning party. I'll be sharing more about it maybe in in a couple podcasts from now. But I am, basically what I'm doing is I'm taking one of my group programs and I'm pulling out a very specific part of it that I feel people, everyone needs as their foundation. And that's gonna be the acceleration point where people are gonna be able to come in and build that foundation for their more systemized, productized, scalable business. And so they can actually scale their business well in 2026 with specificity with that, unique. Differentiation point about them that makes people be like, yes, I need you. And that is going to be that's going to be like a the sort of intro kickoff offer into my longer term scalable offer. And I am building everything, my business around monthly recurring revenue and really thinking very much in terms of monthly recurring revenue for a specific reason. Last thing I wanna talk about, and this is my, my announcement, which is really exciting. You wanna build for sustainability, not just like quick excitement, quick cash grabs in the moment. I'm sharing this for the first time publicly. I've, I'm not shared this publicly until now, but thank God I am pregnant with my seventh baby. And that is honestly why I've been very checked out through November and December. I have literally never had a first trimester like this one. The nausea was, nausea, but and I was obviously exhausted because you're building a placenta. But I do not remember ever having the level of brain fog that I had in this first trimester. And the only time I realized why I kept kicking myself. I'm like, why can I just get work done? Why can't I just write a post? Why can't I just write an email, record a podcast? Like it doesn't require a lot of energy from you. Just sit in your chair and do it right. Sit on the couch and write a post. And then I woke up in my second trimester and was like, oh, I can think again. I can have a complete thought process from start to finish. This feels so good. It was really, it was very humbling for me. Okay. Because I'm like, thank God I, I've been pregnant many times. And I was like, yeah, it's, whatever. It's gonna be hard. I'll be nauseous. I'm not gonna feel great, but I can do it. I can get through it, it'll be fine. But the fact is. Every pregnancy is different. I'm older than I was the last time I was pregnant, which I mean, not much, much older, to be honest. My baby is gonna be, please, God is going to be two. Just turn two when I have this baby. And I'm really I'm really excited. This is, this was planned. This was on purpose. We, I really wanted to have him to have a sibling close in age to him. So I'm just really excited for this and we're all really excited for this. And honestly, I just feel so grateful for a healthy pregnancy and, so far and and really just, I have the best family. Like my kids are just so cute and I'm just, I'm excited. I'm excited to do it again. But the fact is that I cannot build my business. Around something that is not going to be ultimately scalable. Okay. And so I'm very I'm going back to my group program. Because of the specificity involved in it, the specificity makes it so much simpler to sell. Okay? If you are a mother. Who wants to sell services this year? You wanna book out your one-to-one services, but building the foundation for a more scalable, leveraged business later on. Meaning you wanna book out your one-to-one services and then have yourself really set up to then create other offers that will help you make money when you're off, you're gonna wanna be paying attention to this. Okay? Because when it came down to it, I just kept coming back to this. My clients who. Had the best results were service providers who were experts in their own right and then leveraged their expertise. To create their more scalable, leveraged offers like the courses or memberships or things like that. Service providers really are my heart, okay? So if you are a copywriter, a designer an OBM any sort of a social media manager, right? Any sort of service provider you are gonna wanna be paying attention to this because I want you, and I hate like this thing, oh, you made 10 K months or whatever. But if you really wanna set up a very doable, scalable six figure business. Okay. That enables you to work 15, 20 hours a week without having to, feel like you're always behind or you keep again, running on that treadmill not really knowing what to do to get clients in the door. You want a business that works. You want an offer that sells a signature offer that sells, that makes it simple for you to sell. Then you're gonna wanna be paying attention to what I'm doing. Okay? Because honestly, those are the people that I was really like, I started off helping and I'm going back to that because, what I can see from the survey is that people really need this. People really need this again, and you're gonna be getting personalized coaching. You're gonna be getting coaching in group calls. You're gonna be getting, reviews on your stuff. It's gonna be really good. And it's gonna be built in a very scalable systemized way. And I have plans for everything. I have plans for my maternity leave. I've planned out my 2026 already. I'm gonna be sharing that in the VIP upgrade to the 2026 planning party. Again, highly recommend joining that. Go to alben.co.com/party. But I need a business that is going to continue to increase monthly recurring revenue. But that is really simple to talk about and do okay. And to be honest, you needed that too.'cause maybe you're not pregnant, maybe you are. Congrats. But maybe you are dealing with a chronic illness. Maybe you are navigating a family crisis. Maybe just have a whole bunch of kids that need attention, right? But you also need money. Because kids require money. Maybe you're just tired of hustling and feeling like you're not really getting anywhere. So whatever it is your business needs to support your life as a mom. It cannot consume it and take it over. And if you are planning your business, if you're planning your business like someone who doesn't have kids, then you're not gonna able to implement your plan. And that really is the problem with most plans, right? Where moms we, we'll follow you. Oh, 2026, planning session or whatever. Oh, cool. But if we're planning our life, like we don't have constant interruptions and you're launching and your kid immediately comes down with the flu, right? And we're like, I don't know. You wanna launch something and all of a sudden, five minutes later you are looking at a positive pregnancy test and you're like, oh my God. I don't know how that happened. You do know how that happened, but it could be shocking. It could be expected, it could be unexpected. Your business needs to support your life as a mother. Okay? So how do you build for sustainability? The first thing is creating offers that don't require constant live delivery and constant live calls. Okay? So again, I highly recommend having services as the foundation of your business, right? But there are ways you can deliver services. That make your life a lot easier. Okay. Doing asynchronous support doing, being able to do work on your own time and having check-ins that don't necessarily require calls. Creating templates that you can, easily repeat processes. Having a group program or some sort of a leverage, like a group offer, a group intensive, as with prerecorded content that enables you to just show up and do coaching or consulting, right? All these will give you breathing room. And when I was barely functioning in my first trimester, which was. With my baby and also this one. My baby my, my current baby and also the one that I'm currently pregnant with. And even like when I was pregnant with my daughter Eliana, back in 2020, right? The thing that enabled me to keep going was that I had, I showed up once a week for a call and coached and I recorded and delivered, curriculum and content on my own time. I was still doing service, like service work when I was pregnant with Eliana and she's five now. And and so it was harder to get on discovery calls with clients and stuff. And I, and because I live in a time zone that requires that I do discovery calls at night. And it just became very, exhausted the way I was running it, and that was when I started productizing more and just started building my business in the way that felt much, much more aligned to the actual lifestyle and the actual schedule that I lived. The second part is building systems that run without you, right? So if you are if you have a coaching, business or you have more leverage offers but even if you don't, even if you have services, email sequences that move people to discovery calls, evergreen funnels. You know that sell low ticket offers or intro offers that move people towards your signature offer, automated onboarding or your delivery, right? If you disappeared for two weeks, would your business still make money? And if it wouldn't make any money at all then fix that because life is going to happen. Okay? Number three is focusing on retention and not just acquisition. It is easier to keep a client than find a new one. I'm currently in the third year of masterminding with my current Mastermind clients. I love them and one of them has been my client on and off since 2020. Okay, so it is easier to keep a client than find a new one if you deliver well and you build offers that people wanna stay in and you continue to care about them and their results, and you create experiences that make them feel like they never wanna leave monthly recurring revenue is going to be the natural offshoot of that and planning for the worst case scenario. Okay? So what if you got sick? What if your kid needs you? What if you have a bajillion Jewish holidays and you keep taking time off, right? Would your business survive? And if not, what needs to change? It is not about being pessimistic, it's about being realistic and being smart. Okay. That is exactly what we're gonna be doing in the 2026 planning party is mapping out your year in a business that can handle your real life. Because I don't know about you, but like I'm not pretending that my business happens in a vacuum. It doesn't. It happens in my very busy life as a mom with six children, and our strategies and our offers and our business model needs to reflect that. Okay, so recap number one. Okay. The market has changed. High ticket buyers are more cautious. People need more trust. Content doesn't convert the same way, and AI is everywhere. So human connection is paramount. In real stories and real unfiltered you is going to be the differentiation point for you to actually sell. Number two is you have is being known for something specific. You have to be known for something specific. Okay? Generalists are going to get lost here. Every offering is one clear transformation, and ideally, you wanna focus on one signature offer that makes it really simple for you to do, which means me. Again, teaching point number three, simplicity is your friend cut down the offers than not serving you. Build your business around a signature offer. I'll be sharing much more about this and this kind of business model and how it works in my planning party. But you wanna also create clear pathways into that offer and really focus on that. And that will enable you to sell with simplicity and run your business in a very simple way. And the last part is building for sustainability and not just excitement and qu quick cash injections, right? Creating offers that don't require you all the time. Building systems that run without you. Automate as much of your, even your services. Automate as much of that as possible. Plan for the real life because it is going to happen, okay? And this is not about burning everything down. It's about building smarter and more specifically. And you did not start this business to become exhausted and burnt out and go back to getting a job, which you might wanna do, which is fine, right? But if you really want the flexibility and freedom of having your own business and the ability to make as much money as you can with no cap and be present with your family. For people to know what you do and why you're the best at it, then you're gonna wanna follow along. Okay? Let's build this in 2026. Let's make this happen. I promise you people are still buying if they feel like they need it. So we are gonna help people figure out that they need you. And that is exactly what we're gonna be teaching in the 2026 planning party, which is happening on January 26th and 27th.
