105. How to Plan Your 2026 Like a CEO Mom
Most business planning assumes consistent capacity, predictable childcare, and steady energy. That's not mom life—and it never will be.
I'm currently pregnant with baby #7, dealing with first trimester brain fog, and planning my most strategic year yet. How? I'm not planning for an ideal fantasy world. I'm planning for REALITY—sick kids, holidays, maternity leave, and the capacity shifts that come with motherhood.
In this episode, I'm breaking down my exact framework for planning a year that doesn't fall apart when the unexpected happens. This is the foundation—then I'm going WAY deeper at my free 2026 Planning Party (February 2-3).
What You'll Learn:
- Why planning for your ideal life sets you up for failure (and what to do instead)
- How to map your non-negotiables FIRST before any business goals
- My realistic capacity framework for planning revenue around motherhood
- The three-focus system that creates momentum without drowning you

Welcome to the Raising Your Business Podcast. I'm your host, Yael Bendahan, founder of CEO Mom Academy, mom of Six and Lifelong Reading addict. This podcast is here to empower moms to run their businesses and lives like the powerhouse CEO. They are. I want you to believe that you can have the business success you desire. And be present with your family and to give you my best tips and strategies for how to make that happen. I'll be sharing the honest reality of balancing business and motherhood biz models that work for you. Marketing simplicity, and the mindset of A CEO, mom. Now let's dive in. Hello. Hello. Welcome back to the podcast. I am feeling a little bit sick today if you can't hear my voice. I drank a lot of throat coat tea and then I dove in here. So I really wanted to get this out. It was really important to me to get out this week because our planning party is happening next week. I ended up pushing it off because my email provider started, went all wonky and then wasn't sending emails for a few days, and I wanted as many people as possible to join. So i'm really excited for it and I really wanted to talk a little bit about my planning process and like what you can expect in the planning party and what we're gonna be talking about. If you missed this, I am currently pregnant with baby number seven. I'm planning my year around a due date in July, which is really funny because number one, all three of my babies, this one and the last two, who have all been born while I was a business owner, have all been born. In Q3 or like right before Q3, which usually tends to be a quieter quarter for me and for my audience because we're moms. So I just find that really amusing that like somehow I did not plan these, this did not happen on purpose, but somehow all these babies were like, you know what, mom? I'm gonna do you a solid and we'll just chill in the summer and you can get back to work in the fall. I find this actually really cool and it's actually really appropriate for this planning process because here I am teaching planning when I'm navigating a pretty unpredictable thing, giving birth and having a baby. Because as if you've had even one, or more than one you really do not know how. Your birth is going to go. You don't know how postpartum is gonna go. You dunno what kind of baby you're gonna have. So even if you are an experienced mom like me, who's having your seventh child you don't, you really don't know. You have a basic idea, but anything can happen. This pregnancy, this first trimester, I had the worst. Brain fog ever. Like I've never dealt with this level of like mental limitation. During my first trimester, I'd always been tired, I'd always been physically exhausted, but this level of brain fog had never happened. So the question that you're really asking, and really as mothers we should always be asking is, how do you plan your business here when you literally cannot predict what life is going to throw at you? Most planning advice assumes consistent capacity, childcare energy, and that is not mom life. So today I'm gonna be talking about my framework for planning a year that doesn't fall apart when the unexpected happens, and I'm gonna be going way deeper into this in my 2026 planning party next week. So before we get into the framework of planning, I wanna tell you a little more about the 2026 planning party, because this episode is just the appetizer and you wanna be there for the full meal. So is it going to be a two date? Free live workshop, February 2nd to third on 1:30 PM Eastern. Full replay access for a couple of weeks, and there is a VIP upgrade day for available to upgrade into for$47. Where I'm gonna give you my actual planning sheet that I personally use. I have the most gorgeous Google Doc and and Google Sheet that I literally use as the business brain for my entire, like for my entire business. It's what I refer back to the whole year as I am implementing all of my plans and. This is really important because number one, if you have been, you found that like the holiday season was a little bit difficult to focus and you really couldn't think past, like the holidays in December and you're like, okay I'll deal 20, 26 when it happens. That was me because I was pregnant and first trim semester and exhausted. And I, this is like when I'm really nailing my plan for this upcoming year and, your 2026 goals need more than good intentions. The market has shifted. There's ai, there's declining trust. What worked last year or the year before or three or four years ago is not necessarily working. Now. You really can't just post more and hope. You need something very specific. So number one, day one, we're gonna be streamlining and simplifying your offer. Suite learn. You're learning what selling now in this market, auditing your current suite, retire what's not serving you, and position your signature offers so they're easier to sell and buy. And walk away knowing exactly what you're selling this year and day two, we can be focusing on how you're selling it. This year we'll be talking about your 2026 sales calendar. I'll be teaching about my momentum marketing method, how to reverse engineer your income goals, map out your launches and promotions, create your content strategy plan for your capacity, walk away with your entire year, mentally mapped out, and as a bonus, you're gonna get a$250 gift card just for registering. I am gonna be giving you the foundation today, but if you want to join us for the planning party, go to be.com/party and you'll get access to this free event. There again, there will be a replay if you can't make it both days, but there'll be a special gift for people who do show up live on the actual days. So let's get into planning a year. Last week I was on a one-to-one call with my mastermind client, she was being a little vague about a 2026 planning. And finally I asked, what is really going on? What's going on with you? And she, what we really got to, we got down to it, was she was a little bit nervous to make like an official plan because she has a DHD, right? She has a lot on her plate. She has three kids. She has a very flexible schedule. There's a, a lot of things happening. Things are unpredictable. And she had been burned before. She made these beautiful, detailed plans, and then life happened and she couldn't follow through. And she felt she she was like failing, right? Every single time. And the point. What I told her was that the plan is not the prison. The plan is the compass. It's the structure that you can clinging to and hold onto when you are feeling confused or stalk or what do I do next? You know what your next step is because you have your plan. And I remember when I found out that I was pregnant with my. Baby. My, my daughter Eliana, who is now five, she's turning six in the summer. I remember thinking like, oh my God what am I gonna do? Is this baby going to ruin my business? I never had a baby while having a business before, and so I, I really shifted my business entirely that year. And and what I found was that actually having her really helped me. Get even more clear and na nail down exactly how I wanted to spend my time, the kind of offers I wanted to sell, how I wanted to scale my business. I ended up hitting six figures that year. Literally half the time that I'd spent working the year before. I literally worked half of what I worked the year before and made the same amount of money, and then I was like, wow. And then the next year I doubled that amount of money. Working literally the same amount of time. Two to four hours a day at most. I had my daughter home with me that year, so literally two to four hours a day and it was amazing. And so the fact is that we have this constant tension as moms, right? We need this structure to hold onto, and we also need flexibility because life happens, And most business planning is designed for people with a consistent schedule. You can have up to 40 hours a week a consistent childcare, predictable energy, and that is not mom. Moms a different framework that starts with the reality, not a fantasy ideal life. And that is what I'm giving you today. And at the planning party, I'm gonna be going much deeper into this and exactly how to implement this. So here's the problem. Let's go to the actual, the first point. A lot of people plan for their ideal life, like ideally. I have X amount of time to work every day. I have kids in childcare. My kids never get sick. My work time is uninterrupted. I have perfect energy and plan like they have. They're 25 with zero responsibilities. To be fair, when I was 25, I think I was pregnant with my fourth baby. But let's say the average person, and the reality is that kids get sick, right? Pregnancies happen. Thank God it's amazing. Holidays exist. School breaks. Random chaos. Your energy fluctuates all the time. What do you wanna do? You wanna plan for your real life first and build your business around it. And this is really important because when you plan for this ideal life, every disruption feels like a failure. You feel like you're just falling further and further behind, and you feel like you're the problem when really the plan is the problem. When you plan for the reality, you're building in that like resilience. You're not surprised when your life happens because you expect it. I personally, whenever I plan a launch, I. I literally I give myself less time because inevitably one of my kids will get sick during the launch or something's going to happen, A war breaks out. I don't know. This is I'm not even kidding. This is an actual thing. So you want to stop feeling guilty because you plan for the interruptions to happen, and when you plan for the interruptions to happen, they happen. You're like, yeah, I knew it. That's why I built this in. So number one, you wanna map out your non-negotiables first. So you're gonna pull out your calendar, and this is what I personally did in my Google Doc. Pull out my Cal, look at my Google calendar. And mark off everything that, you need to have off or have reduced capacity. So for, this could be religious or cultural holidays. So for me it is the high holidays, the Jewish High Holidays, which basically is gonna be taking up the entire month of September this year. Passover, which is basically I think it's like end of March, beginning of April. I think it's the whole first like week and a half of April. But I have to do a lot of prep before Passover. So like I count that as like part of the holiday. Then, again, prep time before the big holidays, if you're getting ready for a, big Thanksgiving or big Christmas or New Year's or whatever, you're having a lot of family, you have to plan that in as well. Things like maternity leave, right? My Q3 is gonna be basically almost completely offline. School breaks, which could be summer breaks, winter breaks, random teacher days. Storms crazy winter storms that happen all of a sudden, right? And sixth season, right? So when I say sixth season, I assume about 50% capacity in the dead of winter. Even though in Israel we don't really have a very dead of winter, but. Bearing in mind that like kids just seem to be getting sick a lot more than they used to. I don't know. I don't know what it is. Is it COVID? Is it something else? I'm not sure, but they just seem to be getting sick a lot more. So you wanna mark every non-negotiable before planning everything else. What are the most important dates in your calendar? What do you need to block off no matter what? That's your foundation. And then I want you to define your realistic weekly capacity, right? Not your, if everything goes perfectly capacity, what you can actually sustain. So my breakdown could be things like a normal week I would be working, 10 to 20 hours a week. And that's in the morning and sometimes in the evening. When I'm my first trimester, it's five hours a week. When I, in my pregnancy, I'm working less at night because I literally do not have the mental capacity and like the energy to work in the evenings. But sometimes I will. But that, that to me, I consider a bonus during maternity leave. It's about one hour a week max during holidays, minimal to zero during sicker six seasons. Winter seasons, 50% of my normal capacity. And then, my work rhythm. So I teach this in my CEO Mom business blueprint, which I will link in here. It is a really, it's a really fantastic blueprint that I still follow exactly how I get things done, how I schedule things into my calendar, how I schedule things into my week. And I have a weekly work rhythm where like different I designate different days for different focuses. This year, basically Tuesday through Thursday are gonna be my client coaching days. Monday is gonna be very heavily CEO day, like strategy, content, things like that, marketing podcast recording. And Friday through Sunday I basically have off, right? So Friday I can't work'cause I'm preparing for Shabbat Sunday. I'll do some prep for the week, but I'm doing a lot of prepping for my fa for my house. And so I have some business prep as well. So you wanna think about your capacity as not necessarily consistent throughout the whole year. It will probably change by season. You're gonna have less time in the summer than you would during the regular school year, right? So you don't wanna plan the same exact hours every month. You wanna build some variance in and then designing your average day or week. When do you have the most energy? When are you with kids versus focus time and matching your tasks to energy, right? If your mental capacity is best in the morning, then doing your deep strategy work higher, in the morning client coaching, if you feel like you can do that. Like I know I can coach my clients really easily in the evening'cause it just turns my brain on when my clients are asking me questions so I can ha host ca calls in the evening. And it's okay, but I also, again, do not wanna have multiple nights with calls. So I try to batch my calls to one to two days a week at most. Admin stuff is best for, when you're lower energy in the afternoon, when your creative mind is not really there, right? And then you are gonna build your business goals around this reality, right? Instead of asking, what do I wanna achieve, which, which would be great, but what can I realistically achieve given my actual capacity? So let's say my example, I know until I have this baby, I have about 10 to 20 hours a week, max Q3 basically off. So what can I do in those hours? And I estimated that my range would be. Between$200,000 to$320,000, low to high end. And my sweet spot ideally would be between 250 to 300 K. But again, I 200 K is like really even it's even bonus. It ha it gives me extra revenue. It gives me revenue. I can put in two ads. It gives me revenue I can save. So even hitting the lower end of my goals, I'm still gunning for success. I'm not betting on one number.'Cause I have the margin. So planning for reality. Is planning for success. Planning for ideal fantasy world is planning for burnout because you'll never ever have the ideal fantasy. So the truth is I could probably stretch to 400 K if I hustled really hard. Took on, tried to take on a lot more one-to-one clients, but. I would be exhausted and my kids would probably suffer. I'd be resentful. So I'm choosing a lower goal this year, with my sanity intact. And that's still multiple six figures, and I'll enjoy my life a lot more and I'll enjoy my baby, right? So that is what I'm really excited for. So in the planning party, we're actually gonna be doing this like lifestyle audit together. On day one, I'm gonna be giving you, I'm gonna be showing you exactly how I plan for capacity and mapping your actual capacity and building your revenue plan around that reality. Plus you're gonna get the two$50 gift card on top of all that, so it's free. So like you're literally getting, you are literally getting$2 for free. Highly, I highly recommend jumping in. It's, yeah, again, it's theyaelbendahan.com/party. The second part is choosing your e energetic focus. So knowing, again, how do you want your business to feel this year and. I'm not going to go super deep into this because I'm gonna be talking about it more during the planning party, but for me, my word this year is simple. My coach, Taylor Lee used to say this, pick your energetic goal. My energetic goal this year is simple. Why simple? Because I'm having a baby. Okay. My life is getting much more complicated, so my business needs to get simpler and simpler. But also the truth is I tend to automatically overcomplicate things. So my default is to overcomplicate. So my coping mechanism has been to be like, okay, how can I simplify this? Obsessively, and this is what I help my clients do. Like literally, and you could ask any of my clients, they'll come to me like, I have this whole plan for this launch. And I'm like, okay, how can we cut this in half? How can we make this simpler and simpler? And my friend Steph Crowder was just talking on her podcast about. Making your business boring to scale to a million. And so what hit me was like, if boring can make a million, like what can simple do, right? So for me, making it simple to hit 200 K to 300 K feels better than really complicated at half a million dollars, right? So what does simple look like for me? It means fewer offers, right? Like one main core offer with one main on-ramp and some front end funnels with stuff that I've already created. Repeatable systems, repeatable marketing systems, repeatable delivery systems, right? Not reinventing every single month. Having a plan, a quarterly plan, having a weekly plan, having a monthly plan, selling the same thing. Over and over again versus a new thing every launch. To me, boring frankly for me is beautiful. I I love boring. Alright? Because honestly, I have six kids, six and a half, right? My life is really interesting already. Okay, kids. Never let my life be boring. So I want my business to be as the most boring part of me in a way. And I know it's not gonna be actually boring because I adore working with my clients. I love marketing, I love like being creative with my marketing and talking about like offers and talking about, creating my content and being in creative mode. So the fact is there are so many ways you can talk about the same thing. And i, my, my goal is to have kinda like a boring backend and putting my creativity into the front end messaging. The work I'm doing. How I'm talking about my business, how I'm talking about the offers that I'm selling how I'm coaching my clients. And again, when you have a life with clients, it's really never boring. I've never gotten really bored talking to my clients. So other energy words could be things like abundance growth, commitment, consistency. My, my coach Taylor used unwavering conviction. Ease spaciousness. Momentum alignment, right? These are all kind of choosing your energetic goal for the year. And the way you use it is really running everything through his filter. Does this align with my energetic goal, right? Does this align with simple? So we're gonna be talking about that more again on day one. Then you're gonna be thinking about what are your three primary focuses in your business, Now the fact is you cannot do everything. You especially cannot do everything as a mom with limited capacity. So the good news is you don't need to do everything alright? Because you're going to choose three main focuses and let everything else be bonus. Why three?'cause number one. For me, one is too narrow.'cause putting all eggs in one basket two is okay to me, but not enough diversification. And I wanted to leave space for backend projects. Five plus is too many, right? And I used to say I, I would do up to six projects a year, but I just decided that even six was too like one every other month. It was too much for me. I had enough time, I didn't have energy, and it spread me too thin. So for me, sweet three is the sweet spot, which is enough momentum and diversification, but not drowning. So my three focuses for 2026. Are number one, my main signature group program, which I'm going to be sharing a little more about it. I'm bringing back CEO Mom Academy and the goal here is teaching the repeatable process for launching and selling your signature offer. And this is really important because this is my main landing pad, my offer, my Emerald City offer, where I want everyone to eventually end up all roads lead to this offer. And it's going to have a very specific curriculum. It's going to have though, I'm gonna have three calls a month. There are gonna be ways people to submit their stuff every week for feedback, or every month there's gonna be different tiers of support. It's gonna be very specific. My second focus is my front end program is gonna be leading into the CEOM Academy. And the goal of this is to give people an on-ramp into the academy that leads people into working with me. It gives people a taste of working with me. It gets them a specific result, and it is going to be, it's gonna be a lower commitment, it's gonna be a faster win, but it's gonna be very specifically designed to create momentum. Into the academy. And and I feel like that it's important to offer because number one, what I've seen in my, as I've been going through my survey answers, a lot of people want shorter shorter programs with like very specific goals. Like very, a very specific end game a specific result. And so I wanna offer them that and give'em a chance to work with me and get a taste of working with me because I found very often when people come in, start working with me. I've had my clients in my mastermind. This is the third year they're in my mastermind already. I have clients, one, one of those clients in my mastermind has been working with me on and off since 2020. So the past five years. People do come back. People do come back and to work with me again, or they continue on working with me. So I wanna give people a chance to get a taste of me and get a really great result going. Really like launch and validate their signature offer. And we're gonna be talking about that more next week. And my third focus is evergreen, front end funnels. I have a lot of offers that lead, that can lead into my CEO Mom Academy. And I'm designing the the evergreen sort of funnels to. Not only bring in leads and sales through things like ads, through things like collaborations, but also enabling them to behind the scenes upsell people into my academy. And my goal is to have these working seamlessly by the time I go on maternity leave in July. It is very specific. So my goal is that, again, by July, my finals are so dialed in that I have. Email sequences that bring people into my academy. I have lead maggots that convert to mini offers, lower ticket front offers, and backend upsells and downsells. So What is not on the list of 2026? My mastermind. I'm not going to be enrolling new clients in my mastermind. I. I may put, I put it in maintenance mode and continue coaching my current clients if they wanna continue this year, because I know these businesses inside out, I can coach them in my sleep, but I am not gonna be taking on new people requiring onboarding heavy one-to-one. And this might change post maternity. This might change in September when I'm like, oh, I wanna start doing more, higher touch again. That's fine, but definitely not planning on it this year. I'm not even including that in my mental revenue plan. And one-to-one for me is bonus revenue. It is not in my core plan. I do offer intensives. I might promote them at various points, to kind to create some some lead-ins into my offers. But I'm not relying on it to hit my goals. It is the gravy, not the main course. So if it happens, great, I add it to the bottom line, but I'm not counting on it as my revenue because again, I'm gonna be very busy this year. And I actually have a priority matrix that helps you choose your three focuses, and I'm going to be sharing that with you in the VIP upgrade day, by the way. That is part of my business brain spreadsheet that I'll be sharing with you if you upgrade to VIP is literally just$47. And that, honestly, that spreadsheet is worth. At least$500. I'm not even kidding. I could probably sell it for 4, 9 7 and it would be worth it. You wanna make sure that you, again, you are prioritizing these focuses in a way that actually makes sense with your goals. And the last part is the momentum marketing. Concept, right? The concept that everything sells, everything. That there's a constant flow of sales, a constant flow of leads coming in now. So instead of having isolated launches where you start from scratch every time you're creating a system where each offer naturally leads to the next, where concept from one launch becomes your funnel for the next, where growth compounds over time instead of resets. Why does this matter, especially for moms? So the important thing is, number one, is that you're not starting from scratch every month and you're constantly in this kind of like launch mode panic, When you're planning out your year, you're thinking about what makes sense. You're working backwards from your goals and thinking, okay, what makes sense to do beforehand? What makes sense to do a month beforehand, two months beforehand, right? What do I need to have in place? How many leads do I need to have in place? What's my goal for upsells? What's my goal for downsells? So you want to make sure that. You are creating an environment where people are constantly coming in through, at various price points or various places to, Hey, I'll help you hit your goals. So a really, a great example of momentum marketing, and I use this example a lot. I've talked about it in the past a lot. But back in, I think it was 2022, it was the end of 2022. It was the year my oldest son had Bar mitzvah. So 2022 I in fall 2022, I launched Co mom Academy. It was a 5K offer. I got 30 5K in the launch. It was, I got seven people in that round. And again, it was actually like, I was actually impressed at myself because it was like right after the Jewish holidays, so it was definitely took some time, but it was a great launch that converted really well. And it was$35,000 in sales of decent amount in, in paying fulls. And so a really nice amount in cash. One month later. So this was in October. So one month later in November, I launched a Black Friday sale. I did an offer party where there were an opportunity for people to see what I was gonna be selling. And then they got they got these daily deals. And I know like people are always doing this daily deal thing. Now it's become a very common a very common strategy. But back in those days it was not as common. But it was not very random. It was strategic. I knew there were a lot of people who had wanted to work with me, but couldn't do 5K quite yet. So I offered different, multiple kind of mini offers at lower price points. So there was like, there was an opportunity to get a an intensive if they bought like an all access pass and they got all the offers. And there was also, whatever, there were offers between I think$47 to 600,$700. That week I made 10 K in cash. In cash. Like in my bank right then. And then someone who had been seeing my launch and then saw my Black Friday decided that they actually did want the full Academy access and they bought it at 5K Painful. So within six weeks I brought in 50 K in sales and a very big portion of that was in cash. And if you look at why this work, right? The COM Academy launched because I had a lot of content around it. I was being very visible. It built that authority and visibility and created that demand for working with me. And Black Friday caught those kind of, not yet people, those people experienced my teaching, my experience, my offers. One realized, okay, actually I'm ready for the full thing. I wanna upgrade. And each offer sold the next offer, right? So this was not a random thing, it was momentum. I'm gonna be talking about the four components of Momentum marketing deeper at the planning party on day two, but the basic components are having you, number one is having your signature sort of lending PET offer, right? The main thing you're known for. We're all roads lead. So knowing what you have over there and positioning it to sell in this current market, and things are still selling, people are still buying higher ticket. I've been investigating, I've been looking around, people are still selling, people are still buying. Having'cause growth events, having the growth event component to bring new people into your world, having front end offers which are lower barrier entry points into your signature offer. And having down seller off ramp offers right options that are for people who are not ready for your signature yet and keeps them warm until they are right. So when you have those four components and you're able to cycle through them on a regular basis, you are creating an environment where people are constantly coming into your. World, right? So the fact is that knowing these four components is one thing, right? This is not like new information necessarily, but actually platinum out for a year is where the magic really happens. So you need to know your sales goals broken down by quarter or broken down by year, knowing your leads goals, how many new people you'll need. In order to hit those sales targets, what you're selling when, what content supports each off, each offer, what funnels need to be in place, and what funnels you can create out of these out of the sales plan. Like very often when you do this, you launch this and then you can turn this launch into a funnel. And the fact is, this is not simple to do alone, always. Because you wanna account for your life seasonality. What's working now in the market, doing the math and the conversions and the capacity, making sure everything flows together. Like I literally do this with my clients one-to-one because it, it enables us to go really deep. And so it is worth having someone leading you through this process. Okay? I personally plan six months deep into the year, and I stay flexible for the second half of the year. Right now, I'm very detailed through June. Right, which is when I'm gonna end, I'm gonna start maternity leave at the beginning of July, and Q4 is a looser structure. I have a basic idea of what I'm gonna be doing. I know the events I'm planning on running, but not in the greatest detail because it really depends on how the first six months of the year goes. I'm gonna see what I can optimize, what I can scale, what I can grow, sustain, all that kind of stuff. So again, day two is gonna be devoted to mapping out your 2026 sales plan using the Momentum Marketing Method. This is my signature system. I've never taught it publicly for free before. I use my mastermind clients who pay 10 K plus to work with me, and we're gonna be doing it together live, So we reverse engineering your income goals into your quarterly targets, mapping what you're selling when figuring out which front end offers lead to what signature offers, planning your growth events, and creating content themes tied directly to your sales goals so you can create. Momentum each thing sells the next The, my goal for you by the end of next week is to have your entire year mapped out. Ideally, you come and join the upgrade day on Thursday, where we're gonna do this together, and I'm gonna give you my exact document that I used to do this. But I want you by Friday, To basically know, here's what I'm launching, this is what I'm selling, here's what I'm gonna hit my sales goals, here's what my minimum viable, here's my, stretch goal. And you're gonna be getting these tools, this spread, this planning spreadsheet. This is where you're getting the VIP upgrade, but I'm gonna be walking you through the pro, the overall process. In the free training, so you're still gonna get a lot of the process. But in on the VIP upgrade, you're gonna be going really granular in there, and the fact is, I'm gonna be sharing what actually is working right now in 2026. Not what worked last year. Real current. This is what my clients are doing, this is what my friends are doing. You literally cannot Google this, okay? You're getting insider information from someone in the trenches with successful CEO moms on a regular basis, Now I'm having a baby in July. I might be teaching this again in December. I probably will be teaching this again in December, but you don't wanna wait till December to plan your year because it'll already be the end of the year. So let's bring us together, if you remember nothing else. Number one, planning for reality, not your ideal circumstances. Number two, choosing your energetic goal. What is the I, the word of the year? You could choose a word. You could choose a feeling but again, write it down and use it as your filter. Number three is picking three main focuses. You cannot do everything, okay? So choose what you really wanna focus on. And number four is using momentum marketing. Thinking about how one thing will lead to the next in order to create momentum in your sales, in your audience, growth in your upsells, downsells, all that kind of fun stuff. Remember planning. The whole idea of planning is not rigidity. It's not a prison. Even if you do have a DHD like me, and you feel like, oh my God, it's too much. It's, I wanna be creative, I wanna be exciting, I'm multi-passionate, blah, blah, blah. But it is going to be your savior because you'll have a structure to hold onto, right? Almost like a oh my God. What's that thing called? Like those frames where, you know where plants grow on, right? My sister has one now. She built one in her in front of her house. So she, her husband built this frame, right? And now she has grapevines growing all over the frame and they're growing in whatever direction they want, but they're overall, they're clinging to the shape of the frame, right? You can grow in various little directions. You can do things that are exciting. You can grow your flowers here and grow a vine there, but. You are gonna be sticking to your basic structure. And the difference between moms who can scale and moms who stay stuck in in, in just feeling I don't know what to do. I, there's too much stuff to do. I don't feel I feel like I don't have any direction. The number one answer that I got when I asked in my survey, when you think about your business, what, how what's the feeling that you get? I the main answer I got was, I feel capable, but directionless. I. No, I need a clearer strategy. That is, that has been, that's the most, that was the most common answer that I got. Alright. So honestly, if you want a direction, if you want a clearer strategy. This is your chance. This is your chance to get your direction, to get your roadmap to being able to create a sustainable, scalable business this year. And really just be creating a place for you to be consistent, to be getting consistent sales without feeling like you're overworking or burning yourself out.
