What You'll Learn:

  • Why "sell the destination, not the airplane" advice is flawed for seasoned CEO moms
  • The real reason your signature framework is your AI-proof moat
  • How your framework creates infinite content angles—so you never run out of things to say
  • How to turn your framework into multiple strategic offers at different price points
  • Why your process pre-qualifies the right clients and filters out the wrong ones
  • How to make your business scalable beyond just you showing up for every client

Sell the destination, not the airplane. Sell the island, not the boat. How many times have you heard people say that when they're teaching you about sail? We don't wanna hear about your process. No one wants to hear about how the sausage gets made. They just wanna know what result you're gonna give them, and that is it Because that is just gonna get them confused. They're gonna get bored and they don't need to hear this. I'm calling bs. I'm calling BS because anyone who's, I don't know, taken a first class flight or a business class flight knows that the way you get to your destination definitely matters, right? And yes, people, if it's the only way to get to a destination, there's no other possible way. People will go on the, the budget airline or the rickety boat, but. There, people choose to go on a cruise trip to an island. People choose to go on a first class ticket to to a vacation. Some people prefer road trips versus flying'cause they hate flying. And some people refuse take a road trip because they hate being in the car. And all they wanna do is just get there as quickly as possible. Using the airplane analogy. If you're telling me you can get to Hawaii, I wanna know, am I flying first class? Am I flying economy with three layovers? Am I flying in a budget airline where I have to pay for water? Because that how actually matters. So here's the My truth bomb for you today, and I'm gonna share exactly how to do this. People do care how they get to their result, especially moms. And I know this because as a mother of six children and one another one on the way. If you're gonna tell me you're gonna get me a result, I wanna know exactly how that's going to work. Because in a world of AI swap where everything sounds the same, and everyone's strategies are mushed together in some sort of regurgitated made up process, your unique process, your experience is what makes you different. And in this episode, we're gonna talk about the secret key to creating. An asset that is the backbone of everything in your business, your authority, your content, and your offers, your scalability, and your AI proof remote. I'm pregnant with baby number seven. I don't have time for complicated, and this is the only way I've been able to build a multi six figure business in part-time hours. Welcome to the Raising Your Business Podcast. I'm your host, Al Behan, founder of CEO Mom Academy, mom of Six and Lifelong Reading addict. This podcast is here to empower moms to run their businesses and lives like the powerhouse CEO. They are. I want you to believe that you can have the business success you desire. And be present with your family and to give you my best tips and strategies for how to make that happen. I'll be sharing the honest reality of balancing business and motherhood biz models that work for you. Marketing simplicity, and the mindset of A CEO, mom. Now let's dive in. So this is something we've been told and I know I learned, I learned sales a very long time ago, and the thing that I was constantly told was. Walk people through the result they're gonna get future pace it show, share what their life is gonna look like when they're there, share what it's gonna be like. Share what their life looks like now, right? Sell that dream. Sell the outcome. Don't confuse them with the process, nobody cares how you get them there. Only that you get them there. Sell the result, not the features. People don't need to know about the features. That advice sounds smart, but it is flawed for seasoned, savvy, CEO moms like you. Here's the reality check. We've been around. If you are a business owner and you've been in business for more than a year or two or three, you've been around the block of time or two. All right? We've bought the dream before. I wanna know what is under the freaking hood. All right? So using, if you are using the airplane as the example, right? You can get to Hawaii on first class flight. You can get to Hawaii on a, economy when stopping in three different places, right? If you are promising me a hundred K months, but the route includes 10 sales calls a day, 50 K in Facebook ads 24 7 content creation, then no, I don't want it. I'm out.'Cause we're not asking can this work? I'm sure it's if things are gonna work every, there are so many strategies that do work. What we wanna know, is it going to work for me when I am working with a new coach or when I wanna, invest in a new program or a new strategy? I'm asking, what does the path look like? What is required of me? Will it still work when I have three hours of sleep with a sick kid and a pile of laundry and two hours to work that today? And that's it, right? As a mom, I need to know that your method fits with my reality, and the dream is not enough. If the actual process of getting there is going to be a nightmare, so let's say, you have a program that tells you I am going to help you book at least five to 10 group program clients a month. And our person A says you're gonna do this through weekly webinars, weekly live webinars, and an evergreen funnel or or a repeatable funnel that you do every single week. You show up for a live webinar every single week, and you do it, reasonable. Reasonable. It's definitely possible. Person B is going to say my method is with a special kind of paid ad that generates like tons of sales calls. You're gonna get 10 sales calls a week, and by the end of the month you're gonna walk away with five to 10 clients. You, based on my special sales call process that converts, consistently at 45%. Okay, cool. But you're gonna need a$2,500 a month budget for ads to start with. Person C says. This is the way I book five group plans a month. JV collaborations and referrals have a special referral process. I have a collaboration process and. This. And when you hit these targets and when do these specific kinds of collaborations, you're gonna get five to 10 group coaching program, group coach, group coaching clients a month. All three are promising you the same result, but the process is going to be wildly different. And we can actually literally see this right now because people can say 10 K months from here, till here, till tomorrow. But I have one person on Instagram telling you 10 K months, 20 K months, a hundred K months through digital products on Instagram. Low ticket products, nothing. High ticket. Literally like digital products. Nothing more than$67. Okay, cool. Some people are saying yes, create a high ticket mastermind and that is gonna be your way to a hundred k months. Fine. Another one saying, if you have a signature course with a signature webinar that you run ads to all the time, you're gonna hit 10 K months, you're gonna hit a hundred K months whatever the promise is. All three get the same results again, but the process is going to be different. And the process is what's gonna determine if someone says yes or no. If someone told me I had to get on 10 sales calls a week to hit my income goals, I would literally laugh at them and close the tab. I'm sure it would work. It probably would work. You know what? Like I used to do sales calls a lot when my kids were all smaller and I had plenty of time in the evening to do whatever I wanted to do, right? But. I don't have 10 hours for calls. I have limited hours for calls with the clients who are paying me, let alone someone who hasn't even paid me yet. I will have a conversation with you in the dms. No problem. I'm happy to chat back and forth with you as much as you'd like to make sure that you're making a good decision. A hundred percent but I just don't have the time to get on a call. So I, like I, I'm busy, I have kids at night. I have a limited amount of time I can work at night, and I do not have time to get on calls, multiple times a week. If someone said, you have to spend$2,500 a month on ads, you're gonna make it back, cool. But what if someone doesn't have$2,500 a month to lay out? Maybe there's gonna be some testing time, but they're not gonna see an ROI. They don't have that money to sink in and they don't have to take out a loan and they don't wanna do that. That strategy will not work for them. Let's break it down. Here's what is not gonna work for most mom interpreters. Maybe it will, maybe it won't. I don't know. Daily sales calls, probably not huge ad budgets. Maybe not. I don't know. Constant content output. Show me another way. I do not have time to be just creating nonstop, and I definitely don't want to be creating just from ai. People might be like, oh, we'll just use AI and then you can, if you put out enough content, you'll flood, flood the market, you'll flood the algorithm and people are bound to see your stuff. Yeah. But once they see my stuff, they're not gonna be impressed because it's gonna sound exactly like everybody else. This matters because as a CEO mom, we are not being difficult here. We are being realistic. Our lives do not have loads and loads of buffer space. We do not get to spend 10 hours on, a funnel build that may or may not convert, or that's gonna require tons and tons of money thrown into ads. When our toddler just poured tomato sauce over the couch, which is an actual thing that happened yesterday. I just wanna say this like my, my, my toddler. Walked up to my husband who was sitting on the couch with a bowl full of tomato sauce and poured it all over him. Zero expression, just like I wonder what would happen. And thank God we have a leather couch. But I. He said, my husband sounded so shocked. He called me from the room. He was like, do you see it? Do you see this? And I was like, what happened? He's I had no idea. So your dream clients don't just want a transformation, okay? They want compatibility. They want sustainability with their life, and they want a system that is going to respect their unique. Bandwidth and situation. So your process your, the results and the process you're gonna take them through is really going to depend on the ideal client that you're focusing on. Don't you tell me about the result, right? I wanna know exactly how we're gonna get there. Your process is going to be your differentiating factor. One of many, right? Your story, your experience is gonna be a differentiating factor. It's what makes people choose you over someone else who's promising the same result, right? So the right process is going to attract the right clients and the wrong one is gonna repel them, which is actually a good thing. So if your process matters this much and it does, then you need to have a signature framework. And I've spoken about this before and I will keep shouting this from the rooftop. That framework is going to the backbone of literally everything you do. So what is the signature framework? It is gonna be the repeatable named process that you take a client through in order to get your results that you are offering them. It is your unique way of getting results. So an example is my CEO Moms Method, right? Which I taught for years. My mindset offers marketing systems. Another example is my scale system, right? Which is currently, set your capacity, claim your genius, activate your sales leverage, and then expansion and overflow. Why does this matter? How does this create authority for you? It signals that you are not winging it, right? You have a proven system. People immediately assume if she has a framework, she must know what she's doing. She must have done this a few times before. It makes your offer productized, right? Even if it's a service or a one-to-one coach coaching package, which I always talk about this. Productized services. Productized services. This is really important, If you want to have a scalable service-based business, you need to productize your service, meaning it needs to be a product, something that you can explain exactly what they're gonna get, the process they're gonna get it through, and. It needs to be able to be sold on a sales page or on a webinar or some sort of sales asset. It should not need you to get on a call to walk through the entire process. If you wanna get on a quick sales call to explain how you're gonna customize this process to them, by all means. You wanna get on a sales call to see if you even like the person and you wanna work with them. You. Fantastic. Awesome. You should do that. But it should not require you to get on a call for the person to understand what they're going to get, It creates immediate credibility and trust, and it honestly is the fastest way to position yourself as the expert in your space. And here's something we have to talk about, because this is more important now in 2026 than ever before. We are living in a world of ai, slap. Everyone sounds the same. ChatGPT can write a decent Instagram post, but the problem is when everyone is using ChatGPT to write an Instagram post is using the same exact framework and the same exact catchphrases, right? It can write a book, frankly, but it doesn't really matter because it's going to immediately go whooshing over people's heads. I know when I see an a Chachi BT written post, I immediately just tune out. I don't even read it. I don't, I open an email, I see it. I don't even read it. But what it can't do is it cannot replicate your signature framework that's born from your lived experience, your client results, your unique story. That framework is AI proof. That is the moat around your business, so to speak. And the more generic the internet gets, the more your specific process. Becomes the thing that makes you stand out. Look, anyone can teach how to get clients, right? But can they teach how to get clients as a mom with six kids and under 20 hours a week without sales calls or pay dads? No. That's my process. That's my scale system. That's what makes me different, right? AI can write a post about mindset, but I cannot create the rich mom energy framework based on my actual experience, building wealth while raising a large family. In an Orthodox Jewish community, using biblical principles, that is mine, right? So when you have a clear named framework that is deeply tied to who you are and what you've lived, you become UNC Copyable, and that is going to be your real competitive advantage here. So in a world where everyone is using the same AI prompts and copying the same strategies, doubling down on what makes you unique is literally going to be the only way for you to stand out. So without this, you sound like you're just trying things until something sticks. You're not gonna feel confident in your offer. Clients are gonna feel uncertain about what they're signing up for and how it's going to look right. People wanna know how it's gonna look. People I, in this uncertain world, I don't like saying that, right? In these uncertain times, people need certainty as much as possible. So they wanna understand exactly what the process is going to look like, right? People might ghost you after a sales call because they're not confident in your process. This happened to me in the past. You become just another voice in this noise of the algorithm, which is not being very nice to us these days. Let's be real, right? So when my client I literally have, one of my clients wrote, I just signed two new 5K clients this past week, and I'm by nailing down my process, right? One of my, one of my clients who was a nutrition, like a health and wellness coach, literally signed two discovery calls in a week. She not too signed. She got into discovery calls in a week and closed them because she used her framework to transition to the pitch in a way that made so much sense to the person who was on the call and they're like, yes, I want this right? So having a clear and aligned framework doesn't just make your offer look good. It makes it feel safe, and safety is what sells, especially for. Overall moms who are tired of throwing spaghetti at the wall, especially for people who are living in a world where like you feel you, you can't trust anyone, right? You can't trust coaches.'cause you keep hearing all the stuff about people lying. You can't trust service providers'cause they ghost you and they don't deliver on what they promise. You can't trust the freaking government, right? So a framework builds authority and makes you AI proof. But here's where it gets even better. And honestly, this is my favorite part. Because as a mom, my life is complicated enough already. I have six children, age 16, 2, 1 and a half, and used to be 16 to 16 months, which sounded cute for an entire month until he turned 17 months. It makes your marketing insanely simple, so when you have a signature framework. This is my simple sales system, and I actually shared this on Instagram, so go check my Instagram. I'm gonna, I'm gonna be putting it in my highlights. I have this, what I call the spiderweb model, right? Your offer is gonna be the center made up of your framework, and like your framework pillars are the spokes that come out of it. Alright. Each piece of your framework is a content pillar. Each pillar can be broken into infinite content angles, right? Because there's all different types of posts. There's case study posts, there's perspective shifting posts, there's educational posts, there's objection posts, there's there's storytelling posts, right? And every single piece of your framework can be broken down to multi little pieces and spoken about. Which means that you literally will never run out of content to create, you'll never run out of ideas. This alone is worth the price of admission here, every post podcast email reel will naturally lead back to your offer because your offer is made up of your framework. You're always selling without being salesy or pushy, right? Because you're just explaining you're not even, oh, buy my thing. You need it. You're like, here's the process you take that I take you through. Here's one little micro piece of the process. This is why it's so important. I teach this in. This offer, I do this in this service, right? And it creates simplicity. Alright? I used to map out my content for the week in like literally 30 minutes. I would map out my content for the month in an hour at most. When your method is clear to people, it is easier to sell because people trust what they understand. It is easier to create content because you have these anchor points that kind of pull you back towards that main offer, what I call your Emerald City offer, and you feel more grounded and confident because you feel like you're not winking it anymore. And this again, is another reason why your framework matters so much for your content, because your framework. Is tied to your experience, your client wins your unique process, right? In a world where everyone's using AI to pump out all these generic posts about, you gotta have a mindset and you gotta be consistent, and five tips for more clients. Your framework will enable you to pull out these specific story driven angles that AI literally cannot replicate, because it cannot replicate a story, right? The more you lean into that specificity, the more your content will cut through the noise. Specificity is more important than ever in this. Crazy. Crazy online space where it's like basically the wild west. Alright. And. Like this episode, for example, right? Your framework can turn into a live web training or a webinar. It can turn into a blog post or a YouTube video. It can turn into a lead magnet. This episode is about frameworks, which is a part of the see claim. Your genius in my scale system, so I have the set your capacity, claim, your genius, activate your sales, and in Claim Genius. I that's, this is a very big part of that is creating your unique framework. And this episode is content and it's teaching and it's also sales.'cause I'm gonna be telling you why you need to join my accelerator if you want to build this foundation in your business. But it doesn't feel gross to me because it is genuinely valuable. It is helping you shift your perspective on something and is uniquely mine, right? So without this, you're gonna be asking yourself, what do I post about today? I sit down to write a post. What should I write a post about? Maybe I'll just go back into Claude or chat pt, right? And you're just gonna sound like everybody else. People just consume your content, may not understand how it ties to your offer or it's, or that they're gonna just, they're gonna just slide right past it because they just don't feel like it's relevant to them. It's just another piece of AI stuff that they've seen. So here's the coolest part, the same framework doesn't just give you content and it can actually give you multiple offers and funnels, and this is the really cool part. Alright? You're like I don't know if I wanna have this one offer, which I do teach about how to create your signature, offer, your Emerald City offer, and you're like, yes, but I don't wanna put all my eggs in one basket and how do I get people into this offer? The cool thing about your framework is that it can spawn multiple different offers at different price points, at different kind of points in your process. What I teach, and I teach this all the time, I'd say my Lazy Money Masterclass is pulling out individual pieces and turning'em into standalone products and all roles lead back to your main offer. The Emerald City offer, right? Which means you're not randomly just creating offers, hoping they connect. You are like, oh, what do I feel inspired to create today? It is literally a strategic reverse engineering of your sales process. You're working backwards strategically. So instead of creating random offers that don't necessarily make sense together, each smaller offer becomes a strategic entry point into your ecosystem, into your funnel, and that's how you build funnels that actually work and move people from one point to the next, a product suite that actually creates. Multiple sales in the lifetime eval of a customer because you can test which arm of your framework resonates most with your audience, and you can create natural ascension, right? People move from one offer to the next without you having to convince them. So as an example for my my, my CEO Mom's method, so my mindset pillar. I had the Rich Mom Energy Challenge, which was, it's now, I think it's 2 97. It's a 35 day challenge, which honestly is like, it has changed my clients' lives. Changed their lives, right? And then inside of there, I can always upsell into my CEO Mom Academy, my, for my mar, for my. Marketing pillar, right? And my offers pillar actually kinda works together. So my standout and sell mini course, which teaches you how to create your signature framework, right? And and that enables me to basically use that as a front end. Hey, do you wanna stand out? Do you want, that actually works for your marketing, for your messaging? And then as the order bump, I have my mom viable marketing method, which is like how to plan your off, sorry. How to plan your content using your signature framework. And as they have the nonviable marketing method, also as its own offer with stand out and Sell as the order bump. So they both work together in a really beautiful way. And then the next step is the messaging. I have a messaging module that I pulled outta my CO mom academy, which was like a messaging course. And then if they want the messaging and they wanna be able to be able to create the content. They can then upsell to get the full content module, which, with this signature framework and the messaging and the content module together to be able to put together something really great. It's not gonna help you build your entire business ecosystem. It's not gonna help you build your strategic, product suite. But it is really gonna help you when you come to, when it comes to creating content, if you already have an offer and you just wanna help making it simpler and easier. And all these things can lead back to upselling into my signature program, CEO Mom Academy, each offer as he spoke, leading back to that hub in the middle. So you see how you can create these mini funnels for each pillar, right? So I have a freebie beyond, messaging, right? Like 10, the 15 messaging questions that you know you need to answer for every offer to make it irresistible online. Then you have the mini course on standout and sell or messaging, one messaging lesson and then you upsell into the messaging program and then into CEO Mom Academy. I have a freebie on 10 content types that converted, which I actually do have this. So content that converted, it's 10 I think it was like 10 or 12 posts that I did that converted really well into different things and different types of content and why they worked and have a little video about why they worked and a pdf. So you can literally like reverse engineer and kind of copy those ideas and then upsells into the non viable marketing course and then into CMA, right? So all these things create their own little funnels and that you can test what speaks to people. What speaks to people? What what lands people, what are people most thinking about? Are they thinking about the mindset part? They think about the marketing part. Think about the content, right? And then you could see which one converts the best into your offer, and you can double down on that. So you've got authority, right? You've got your content and you've got your offers all built around this one framework. But this is, there's another huge reason that this really matters. And it's gonna be about your clients and who you attract, your framework filters and. Pre-qualifies the right clients. When you clearly explain your process, people are gonna self-select because they're gonna know upfront what is required of them, which means that the wrong people will opt out and the right people will come in ready to do the work. Why is this matter so much? Alright. Because when people are like, okay, I wanna do this thing, and then they get into the course, or they get into the program, they're like, oh, I didn't realize this was gonna include ads. Oh, I didn't realize this was gonna include sales calls. Oh, I didn't realize this was gonna include doing weekly webinars, which I didn't want, I don't want to do right? That's when you get buyer's remorse. That's when you get refund requests, right? I didn't realize it was gonna be this much work. That's when you get the people who like opt out and then complain about you on in Reddit, right? So these people who are like, oh, I didn't realize it was gonna be so much work, are gonna be just eliminated from coming into the program at all. And the client to do come in will show up engaged because they chose your process knowing what it required of them. So you're gonna attract people who actually enjoy working the way you work. The way that you do it resonates with them, and you're gonna stop wasting time in sales conversations with people who are never really the right fit, right? Like I said, they don't just want the transformation, they want the compatibility with their life and their values and their priorities. They want sustainability for their specific situation. They want a system that's going to respect their bandwidth and still get results. So if your process requires 10 sales calls a week, say it. Say I have 10. The 10 sales call a week process, my, my process is guaranteed to close at least 50% of all sales calls you get on people that the timer desire are going to opt out. People who love sales calls and talk to people and have the capacity, or maybe have team members who can do it for them are going to be excited, right? If your process is ads heavy and requires a 2,500 a month budget, then say it. People without that budget won't waste your time or theirs. And people who are ready and will have the budget will sign up confidently. If your process is organic, content focused and requires showing up on social three to five times a week, or, or creating, three tiktoks a day, which I have seen people. Say to do. People who hate being on camera are gonna just self-select out. People who don't like doing multiple tiktoks a day are gonna just pull out. People who love creating content are gonna be like, oh my God, yes, this is my jam. I love creating short form content that you know, that gets results. I am very clear that my processes do not require you to be on sales calls all day, or run paid ads, or even have a massive audience. Obviously, you wanna continue growing your audience. It's very important, but you don't need to have a massive audience to start with. My process is built for moms in part-time hours, and because I'm clear about that, the people who join are all in, they know what they're signing up for. Without this, clients are gonna come in with mismatched expectations. You're gonna get pushback. You're gonna get disengagement. You're gonna get refund requests, and you waste time convincing people who are never gonna be happy with your process. You end up just feeling exhausted and wondering why your clients aren't getting results. It's'cause they weren't the right clients. They were not the right clients for you. And I joined, remember I joined a program a while ago and it was very clear, like it did work for me. I did get an ROI, but the scalability part of it really required a much bigger audience than I had. And I resented that they didn't share that. They didn't share it. It was really meant for people who are much further along in their business than I was. And and so I was able to get it started using their strategies, which worked really well. But the consistent growth required a bigger team than I had bigger. Ads budget than I had and a bigger audience than I had. And so I wasn't able to grow the same way some other people were who were further along. And I wish they had said that because they said this for people at any stage, at any point in their business. And the last thing I wanna talk, I say about Signature frameworks, which is really a big differentiator, is that it makes your business scalable and AI proof for the long haul. If you have a clear, repeatable framework, it becomes a teachable process, which means you're not the only one who can deliver results anymore. Or you can create assets or products that can help them get the results, and your business can grow beyond the hours that you have available. If you have a service, you can train a team to deliver parts of your process of VAs, OBM, junior coaches, right? You can productize that service and you can have people do the parts that you don't enjoy so much because they know the process that you take. You go through, you can turn your framework into a course, a group program, a membership. Your business stops being a hundred percent dependent on you showing up as every single client, and that is literally the difference between a job and a scalable business, right? If you're a service provider, your framework can become the backbone of templates or SOPs or certification program that you can teach others. If you're a coach, your framework can become the structure of your group program or a self-paced course. If you're a consultant, your framework can become a scalable offer that you can license or teach others to deliver, right?. And the fact is, again, in this AI world where everything's being scraped and used, your unique process, your framework, the productization of your offer becomes teachable. It becomes scalable, and it becomes deeply, uniquely yours. That's what makes it valuable because it's through your lived experiences, refine through your client results. It's tied to your stories, your values, and without it, you stay stuck in one one delivery forever. You can't really scale without burning out. Your business can't grow beyond the hours you have available and you hit this income ceiling because there's only so much of you to go around. And I remember my client she says she niched down, write the sales pages. She was a copywriter. She did all kinds of copy. She niched down to sales pages only. She became busier than ever, and she got her highest paying client. And that's what happened. You get clear in your framework and your process and your unique offer, and you productize your genius. So let's tie this all together. You are seeing at your framework is the backbone of your entire business because number one, it gives you authority and AI proofness, right? It positions you as the expert, not just any another coach or service provider. And in a world in. AI of AI content slop. It is the one thing that can make you UNC Copyable Number two, content, right? It gives you infinite angles to create content that naturally sells your offer and stands out from those generic AI generated posts. Number three is your offers themselves. That lets you build strategic funnels and multiple entry points that can only back your signature offer. Obviously do this one at a time, but it gives you the possibility to keep building this really strategically. Number four is the clients. It filters for the right people, and that's clear expectation, so everyone will show up, ready to do the work. Clarity converts, yes, but compatibility closes, and people need to see that this is compatible with their values, with their reality, with their goals. And number five is scalability, right? It makes your process teachable so you can grow beyond yourself with courses or group programs, teams, certifications, whatever you want, and it stays uniquely yours in an increasingly copy paste world. I had my first multi six figure year, the year my business was the simplest. I had one offer, which was my six figure mom accelerator. One clear framework, right? One clear message. Everything came outta that message I created. I remember I created a bunch, a couple of low ticket workshops that went deep on, on one specific part of my framework, and then I did one. No, I did. I did it twice or three times. My six figure mom retreat, where I walked people through my framework in the different parts of a scalable business as a mom. And those converted at I think 10% of people who bought tickets upgraded to the multi, four figure, five figure offer. And I did it in between 10 to 20 hours a week with my baby at home with me. That was the first year I hit multi six figures, and that was the first year I realized that it really was true. And you don't necessarily need to work more in order to make more. Quick recap. Alright. You wanna sell the boat, not just the island, right? Sell the airplane, not just the destination. Your framework equals authority equals easy content. Strategic offers the right clients, scalability, and your AI proof moat, right? And if you want a business that stands out in a world of ai, doubling down on what makes you unique is going to be your superpower. And that is what we are gonna be doing together in the CMA accelerator.? I. I'm launching this because I had my C Mom Academy. It was a nine month program. But I wanna give people a real kickstart to the beginning of 2026, and I want you to build the foundation for a really simple, scalable business. So if you wanna stop guessing and stop scrambling for kind ideas every single week, stop wondering what you're gonna sell and creating random offers that don't connect and stop feeling like you're rebuilding your business every single month. The CMA accelerator is for you. This is gonna be a 12 week sprint where we're going to set your capacity, figure out exactly what your capacity is so we can build your business model accordingly. We're gonna claim your genius, build your signature framework create your create your productized offer and really create that unique messaging map that's gonna help you stand out among all other people who do what you do and launch it with a my simple, low key launch process. So you walk out with proof that it sells. Not like a pretty sales page or a fancy webinar. Actual results. And we are gonna be using the first three phases of my scale system, which is the exact process I've been using with my clients for years behind the scenes. And honestly, it works so well. So what we're gonna do together is number one, like I said, set your capacity, starting with your real life. Not hustle mode. Not oh, if I could had eight hours a day, this is what I would do. Your actual bandwidth as a mom, you're gonna audit your time, your energy, your mental load. You're gonna set honest revenue goals that align with what you can realistically give your business. And you're gonna stop building a business that based on imaginary availability. And by the end of this phase, you're gonna feel grounded. You're gonna feel clear, and you feel relieved that you find, have permission to stop forcing the hustle and the guilt and that I feel like I'm always behind feeling. In phase two, we're going to claim your genius. This is where we clarify what you do best and create your signature prioritize offer. You are going to prioritize your zone of genius into a focused premium offer that becomes the heartbeat of your brand. And this can work for service providers. It works really well for service providers, but it also works really well for coaches, consultants, course creators, people who wanna have a simplified business. You what We're gonna create that thing people think of when they think of you.? We're gonna define your offer suite your thing as your offer, and then your upsells and downsells. And you're gonna create a messaging map that makes selling feel easy because your words finally match your genius. And by the end of this phase, you're gonna feel clear and focused, expert, and in demand, and your work is gonna finally start feeling light again. And phase three, we're going to activate your sales. This is when we stop waiting just to feel ready and creating all these fancy launches and start getting paid. We're gonna pre-sell your offer with a big private invite strategy. I use some of this in my cash injection campaign, but it's gonna be more targeted than ever. And create a beta wait list. You can deliver a really lean, high touch beta for fast feedback in cash, and then. You launch publicly to build visibility and validate demand. This is scrappy but strategic, and it's gonna be exactly how you prove your offer works before you spend months perfecting every single detail. So by the end of this phase, you're gonna have actual revenue, you can have real testimonials, and you're gonna have a validated offer. You can sell on repeat for the rest of 2026. You're going to get record a curriculum. You're gonna get every single week dripped out over the next 90 days. You're going to get weekly group coaching calls, Live q and a hot seats, real time feedback with me. You're gonna have Slack coaching Tuesday through Thursday. I'm checking in there every single day, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday to make sure that I can get your questions answered. You're gonna create your custom messaging map as well, which will be like, literally like the foundation, honestly, the foundation of your entire business and brand, so you know exactly what to sell your offer. Any day of the week at the tip of your tongue at all times. You're also gonna get three personalized reviews, I'm gonna review your messaging map, I'm gonna review your offer document, and I'm gonna review your private beta launch strategy and give you specific feedback. You're gonna get all templates and resources you need, so your offer suite map your launch plan, sales script, content planner. So you're not starting from scratch, And by the end of it, you're gonna have launched your product as service or offer to your warm audience, and it's gonna be validated and ready to sell. And the best part is you get immediate access to my Cash Injection Bootcamp, which is a 9 9 7 value plus a bonus, one to one Voxer hour with me to map out your cash injection campaigns so you can make up your money back. In the first week. Literally, you can, you should, you can pay for this program with the cash you generate in the first two weeks. If you implement this cash injection bootcamp really well, there are two options to join. You can join the group where you get the basic three reviews and the group coaching, and it's gonna be incredible and you're gonna get so much out of it. Or if you want more one-to-one or personalized support, you can upgrade to a VIP option. The details are gonna be on the actual page. And the fact is, this is the first round founding price. It is going up after this cohort, and I'm pricing it this way right now because I want the right CEO moms in the room. I wanna be able to say yes without it being a painful decision.
